Every other month I bring in my livestock dog, who is a Pyrenees/ Anatolian Shepherd, for a spa day. She’s not a simple task because she is a 24/7 working dog. Southern Paw treats her like the queen she is and she comes back beautiful, clean and sassy! They charge more than a fair rate in my opinion and are lovely to work with.

The ladies at this pet salon are amazing! They offer so much love and care to our fur baby, Java! It's a 40 min drive (one way) to Southern Paw, but it's worth every mile for the peace of mind I have in knowing he is getting the absolute best treatment. They pay attention to detail and their prices are really reasonable, too!

I dropped off my dog at 11:30 and was told they would call me when finished. They did not call. I tried to call twice no answer. I drove over and got there at closing time. My dog was not even groomed. I was told it would be five minutes. 30 minutes later and after 2 customers picked up there dogs. I got my dog back after sitting in a cage all afternoon.I normally do not leave negative posts but this situation has happened before twice.Very unprofessional.

Our sweet Dash had her turn for grooming today and as always, she looks beautiful. My daughter and I love that when we walk in they know our fur babies and remember their needs. There’s no better place to take your babies, than Southern Paw. 💞

As an over-anxious/overprotective dog mom, Southern Paw is the only place I feel comfortable taking and leaving my two dog-daughters! I love the new building, and even appreciate the protective measures in place- like the separate waiting area so I know mine (and other dogs) won’t get loose or stressed out! Even my veterinarian recommends Rachel- says she’s great and knows how to take care of the dogs! ❤️

I called last minute to get my puppy cut and she took me 20 minutes before she closed!!! Was so nice and can’t believe someone would be so kind and take him before closing. And did a really good job too! He is so cute and she was great with him!!!! And way better priced!!! Totally responsible! My groomer for life!!!

Our fur baby, Goliath, needed a makeover for sure. He was scruffy and uneven in places when we dropped him off. He is a 10 lb bundle of sweetness and the ladies were so nice to him. When we arrived for our first visit the staff took time to really ask what he needed and I appreciated that so much. We received awesome communication throughout. When we picked him up he looked great. His beard and mustache were even for the first time in a while. Goliath is an older gentleman so he has some extra lumps and moles and stuff to work with to get him spiffy but they did a great job. We will be returning.

Took our 18 month old long haired dachshund puppy in yesterday for her first grooming. She was scared but Rachel held her and reassured her so it turned out to be a wonderful experience for her. She looks so cute all trimmed up and neat!! Very good price for all they provide. We will definitely be using them and recommending them in the future!

Had our 2 mini dachshunds groomed for the 1st time at Southern Paw Pet Parlor. They did excellent work. At every other groomer, we have taken Daisy Mae, they say they clean her ears, but they do not. Also, we always ask them to try to do her anal glands. Most cannot do them & do not inform me that they were not able to do them. This is the first time these services were done correctly. They also filed Daisy’s nails which other groomers will not do. Very pleased with the service! Will definitely be going back.

Rachael and her staff are always extremely accommodating and friendly. Our dog, a Papillon, is very well cared for there and is always happy to see them. They do a great job keeping our dog groomed and happy. I highly recommend!

Rachel is the best groomer we have ever used. She gets to know you and your pet. She does an excellent job and is not overpriced. The last time I used one of the chain store groomers, we paid way too much for an uneven cut. If you're looking for a new groomer, stop right here! She is the best!

I can highly recommend Southern Paw and Rachel’s staff. They are a group of professionals who are highly skilled and love animals. I took my very uncooperative Siberian husky to them. Her hair had become compacted due to a lack of brushing. Rachel did not hesitate to tackle grooming her. When I picked her up, she had silky smooth coat with no knots or tangles. She looks beautiful! Can’t thank them enough for the outstanding job they did on a dog that “bucked” them every step of the process. True professionals!

I had a great experience at Southern Paw Pet Parlor! It was my first time visiting this business. As soon as I arrived the tech was very attentive and that followed through the entire time I was there. I throurghly enjoyed the fact that the tech took her time with my dog and really seemed to enjoy the time she spent with the animals! Plus, her patience with my dog was outstanding! At the end of my visit, I was gladly surprised by the price! Me and Hank (my dog) will be glad to visit Southern Paw Pet Parlor again very soon!
