This is the most incompetent, inept pharmacy I have ever dealt with over many decades. The online program is a mess and doesn’t work despite my complaints. If you try to order a refill over the phone, good luck. Despite receiving many prescriptions over the past year, my online account indicates I have never had a prescription from this pharmacy. A sad joke.

Trying to get customer service from this place is impossible. If you ask for pharmacy you usually hold forever and today the pharmacy would pickup my call and hang up. 3 times. Plus they are never busy so why such terrible service? Management must be absolutely horrible . Save yourself a big headache. Take your business elsewhere.

Needed to pick up a prescription for myself. No line. No waiting. I had a chance to speak with the pharmacist on duty. He was pleasant to speak with and l asked about some vaccine updates. As always, store was stocked and clean. Customer service was great.

Update that you should read👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼Always a good experience. Phone wait time is typical of most pharmacies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. No complaints here!:::UPDATE::: I frequent this store and pharmacy. I get prescriptions here and it's fine. I spend a lot of money in the store. I have one major piece of advice for shoppers with a care card or coupons, watch and make sure the savings are there!!! Sometimes the person at the register will not include your savings!!! This is a critical discrepancy and I plan to take it up with management! We should NOT have to carry a calculator or do the math in our heads when CVS so highly promotes "savings"!! 5 to 3 Stars.

Lately I've been using CVS as my go to for incidentals (soap, OTC meds, snacks, etc.) The associates are always nice. The store is clean and organized. Plus you can get in and out with ease.

If the prices were lower this place would crush the market. As it stands I only go here for the pharmacy. Prices are easily 30 to 50% higher than your local big box store

I cannot ever seem to get anyone on the phone in the pharmacy. Every time I call I am placed on hold. No one ever picks up. Finally I just hang up.I moved here not too long ago and was happy there was a CVS nearby. Now I think I'd rather move them all to another pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

I read reviews. I refuse to deal with a pharmacy that cares so little they don't answer the phone. I was going to transfer all my medicine but now have been on hold too long.Well. I spoke to a manager after trying again...phone was disconnected. I even asked him to walk back there very nicely....he couldn't and the phone went dead.Why would I transfer all my medicine to a pharmacy that can't bother to at least take a call.SColumbiana CVS. you are not going to get my money now. It's a small town...so what's up?I have a chance to edit. The pharmacy obviously has issues as does management and I NEVER do this kind of stuff. I was told many people have complaints...by that manager. Hmmmmm

Very poor customer service in Pharmacy Dept. Stayed on phone call hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone from pharmacy to answer to check on my prescription. So while on hold I drove to the CVS to see if there was a legit reason for no answer. Nope, they were not busy at all, just not answering calls. The front desk clerk didn’t try to address this issue when I called and spoke to front desk about the pharmacy not answering. ..... Your move, Management!?

Pharmacy is terrible. Moved all of prescriptions They NEVER answer the phone. I was in the store last night and the phone to the pharmacy rang the entire time with staff just ignoring it. I’d use another pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy!! You call to make sure they have your prescription and they say yes then when you arrive they don't have it in stock and it will be a week to get it. This has happened to me twice now and this is not a medication you can do without for a week. It's also a special medication that no one carries in stock. If you need a pharmacy to depend on this is not a good choice and I will never fill anything else here again.

I would give CVS a -- 5 if I could. They will not answer the phone. Or hang it up ! When they do pick up. I've been on hold for 1hour drove to town Walked into the store before they answered. Now they got my meds messed up. 7 days after i see my doctor before i can get my meds....

In store is good service, if you are using a phone - good luck. Wait times are in the never answers range with employees picking up the phone, and placing it back on hold without ever acknowledging your call.

UPDATE PLEASE READ: I SPOKE WITH THE STORE MANAGER THIS MORNING . HE IS VERY UNDERSTANDING, AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP FIX MY ISSUE!!! Thanks JOEY💯Man this store needs to get it together. You go wanna be mangers hollering at customers, they dont have a clue what their doing. And what is the point of having a self checkout and pay someone to walk back and fourth behind you while you check out. Like hello if u that bored and think ima steal something or whatever your reason for walking behind me the whole time is then offer to check me out. All the new store staff need to learn customer service skills. Especially your "so called manager " Allen. He has no clue what he is doing, he is very rude, and needs to find a new job.

I have had a prescription for over 3 years set on automatic refill for the last 4 months it’s been up 1 to 2 weeks past due on filling.If I don’t have this medicine I break out in large blisters after about 2 days.So past the first month I went in for 3 months and reminded them to reorder.This month I did the same and told it would be there on Friday May 23 2020.i was out on the 15th.So it’s been 2 since I reminded them to refill.When I spoke to the pharmacist it had not been ordered even though I went through drive 7 days ahead to asked them to remember to order.For 3 months.He found a refill at another cvs 15 miles away.Before I left store I asked the pharmacist to record because refill will be due June 15 2020 about 2 weeks he respond I will do if that makes you happy.What will make me happy is not have to come monthly to remind you and still not my medication 1 to 2 weeks.To not have large water blisters.Or to drive 15 miles to pick up from another store.Basically to be treated as a loyal customer for the past 15 years.And every once in a while answer the phone or hire someone to answer phones and order medications.

I have been on hold for over 30 min trying to speak with a pharmacist. I have even hung up and tried calling again and cannot get anybody on the line. This is by far the worst pharmacy.

Pharmacy rarely has medications that I need filled, the store department staff are helpful and friendly, clean and organized.

Don't fill your prescriptions at this CVS, my wife dropped off the 2 prescriptions they said one was out of stock and would let her know when it was, went back 3 days later because they had not called and they lost BOTH prescriptions and lied saying they don't keep the prescription if it's not in stock.And this is not the first issue we have had with them.Horrible CVS, then make you feel like your a liar and an addict for wanting your prescription..Never using them again
