All of the women at this location are terribly rude and just over all very unpleasant to be around even for the 2 mins you are in the store. The older lady with the long gray hair (manager )had an attitude when I walked through the door and was talking badly about a customer who had just left the store. If you don't want to be in this field, than find another job. don't be rude and mean to your customers and run them next door to the other gas station who's employees are always smiling and happy-go-lucky. Stop hiring bodies and hire people who want to be in that kind of environment. Worst gas station in columbiana

Normally great. Lately, making me late for work so I can't stand around while the one lonely lady does her best to fumble through the register taking 3-5minutes per person. I allow for 15 minutes on my way in, after 20+ minutes trying to pay for a large coffee, a protein bar, and a banana, I finally set my stuff down and walked out.Y'all need to train better, tell the delivery drivers that the morning rush is NOT the time to be making deliveries (and having the only employee there look over and sign invoices), or hire more people. My time is valuable and I can't waste it standing around. I'll just go without rather than be late.More staff, faster service, that'd be nice.

I was told by cashier you don't do cash app transactions but it comes up on the location search in the actual app and I contacted cash app support and they said you do.

I went in to buy gas and a $0.79 drink and the cashier wanted to charge me over a dollar fifty and argue with me I will never spend my business in this place again. I can't wait for Exxon to open up across the street. Thank God for Chevron

This store is highway robbery gas is like 1000 % markup gas right now in alabaster is $1.94 gas at circle k os $2.43 WTH. Everything in store is way overpriced . Only thing cheap here is $.79 fountain drinks. I do not reccomend stopping here for anything. Save your money and drive a few extra miles to save a bunch.

Always stocked and warm food ready to go at any hour of the night or day. Some employees really exceed at their job, and some employees are there for a paycheck- and it shows.

I would come here every night to get food but lately they have a sign up saying they're closed almost every other day. Nobody needs gas station food for lunch, people need that at night when everyone else is closed...
