Canine Country Club is great. It’s a beautiful facility with lots of space for the dogs to enjoy. Most of all, the owners and staff truly care about your furry family member. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue...We boarded our dogs, including our champion boxer in June of 2023. We called to check on him midway through our 5 day trip and they said he was doing great. We picked him up after a bath and when we got home he was thin, limping and had a swollen foot. After taking him to the vet who was alarmed he had lost 10lbs in 5 days, it appeared he had been snake bitten. The bite had become infected and the infection turned to sepsis...long story short, after 6 months on different antibiotics and 2 surgeries we still have him!However, he has not and never will return to CCC. Things happen but they had no idea he was sick, even with the weight loss and bath. We don't need a reply from the facility, we communicated after the vet visit, we just feel an obligation to alert others.

We LOVE the Canine Country Club! The facility is CLEAN! I have been to other places which smell like kennels. However, Jackie keeps the Canine Country Club smelling nice and clean! That makes me feel comfortable about leaving my baby there! Also, our furry family member is always excited to jump out of the car when we arrive. That lets me know he is happy there! I also love that there is a fenced area where he can roam and play! I’m always sad when I wait until the last minute and can’t book with Jackie. The Canine Country Club is my first choice, ALWAYS!

We loved our experience at canine country club! First time we have left our pup and highly Recommend them. They made sure we had everything we needed, answered my hundreds of questions with no problem, and helped us find a place to groom our pup if needed!!! I cannot say enough good things about CCC. When we have left our little Maltese, Calli, she was always nervous but the staff member would take her and cuddle her. When we went to pick her up, she was a bit dirty from playing in the dirt and sand (I did not want her to have a bath)and she had had such a great time.The last reservation we had, our Calli got sick and had to be with a Veterinarian. I didn’t have to ask. Jackie immediately adjusted our reservation. Jackie was more concerned with Call’s health. This shows how caring they all are. Unfortunately, we lost our little girl since her problems were much more severe than originally thought and she slipped away in her sleep.Jackie and staff, thank you again for all the love and care you gave her and if we ever get another love this will our first choice for our baby. I recommend CCC to anyone with a fur baby.Remember, LOVE is a four-legged word.

EXCEPTIONAL FACILITY! We left our 8 year old Cairn Terrier Poodle mix for first time and after making an initial visit prior to leaving on a 6 day vacation, we felt completely confident in leaving our sweet boy here. Exceptionally clean, organized and friendly staff. We didn't have to worry about him while we were away. They took excellent care of our pup and we felt it was the next best thing to us caring for him at home. We didn't think we'd find anything like that. We are appreciative for the recommendation from our pup's groomer and glad we made the decision to entrust his care to Canine County Club. We are very thankful to the owners and the caring staff and so fortunate to have people that offer a valuable and much needed service.

We were so excited when we 1st. discovered Canine Country Club a few years ago ! They’ve treated our dachshund Otto like family! Climate control beautiful clean kennels! Outside a nice fenced in yard to play! I do believe that Otto comes home feeling like he had been on a retreat! Jackie and her staff took excellent care of my two dogs while I was away for a week. They are usually by my side all day, and I always worry when leaving them somewhere. I didn't worry at all with leaving them at Canine Country Club. They got lots of play time and interaction with other dogs and people, and they came home happy. The facility is clean and well maintained, and check in/out was so easy! I will definitely use Canine Country Club in the future for all my boarding, doggie day care and dog grooming needs!

After hearing great things, we decided to try Canine Country Club. We couldn’t be happier with how they took care of our dog. He was nervous when we first arrived but they were so attentive and worked to distract him. When we picked him up at the end of the weekend they told us how he had settled in and how well behaved he was. He’s now stayed there twice and we’ve felt comfortable leaving him there both times. We love that the property is secured by gates and that the owners live onsite.

This was my first time to use Canine Country Club as a kennel for my dog. They were absolutely fantastic. They sent me a friendly reminder that my dog was scheduled to stay with them; and, they sent me an email with tips on what to bring such as pre-packaged meals, toys, favorite blankets, etc.They met me at the door when I arrived and took my dog to his temporary house. When I returned to pick my dog up, they again met me at the door and brought out my dog. He was happy and very excited to see me.Thanks, CCC for taking such great care of my dog. I will definitely be using you again soon!! Outstanding service!!

I was very pleased with my first experience using the boarding services of Canine Country Club. My 107 lb 5 year old Lab/Husky mix had a comfortable stay and he was well cared for. He was administered his allergy and seizure medications which he has to have twice a day and that was a great relief to me. The price for his boarding was reasonable. He was happy when I picked him up and that is always a good sign because he can be nervous at times. It was obvious he had bonded well with his caregivers during his stay.

Everything was organized and communication was excellent! Someone met me at the car when I pulled in to help with the dogs. Check in was easy. The lobby and kennels were clean. I received a text reminder about pick up times and a follow up asking about my experience. My teenage son had no problem picking up the dogs. The dogs had their requested baths and didn’t smell when they came home. I recommend CCC and will use them again!

I recently signed up for the day boarding services. I liked how the drop off and pick up was streamlined. Everything was ready and the friendly worker was waiting outside to immediately take my dog for a potty break and to get acclimated with the other dogs. The worker was kind and patient with Knox who is shy by nature and especially shy since this was his first time at Canine Country club. I also like that it’s a gated facility and they have to let you in through the gate. I believe this adds an extra layer of security. The facility has lots of space for the dogs to move around outside which is nice! My only complaint was I wasn’t told about how my dogs day went and how he adjusted to his new environment when I picked him up that evening. It wasn’t worth removing a star but is definitely something that I believe would add to the experience of a customer, especially a new customer to their facility. Overall, I was pleased and would use them again especially for longer boarding situations

This was our first time using the Canine Country Club, and it was on a holiday. I can’t say enough about the way the staff made a space for my dog during a very busy season. He appears to have had a great time and I’m looking forward to using their services again. We are moving to the area and I needed a reliable, loving and safe place for my fur baby when he can’t be with me. This worked out well. Thank You.

Our two pups just spent a week at Canine Country Club fir the first time. It was a great experience! Jackie and the staff were very easy to talk to…and went above and beyond to help me get one of our dogs on some medication for an issue while there.It was a bit further than usual, but I wanted my dogs to have a great, fun week while we were doing the same at the beach. That’s only fair. And they sure did have some fun. Normally they can’t wait to bust out of boarding to go home. Not this time. They both walked calmly to the car…I’m thinking it’s because they didn’t want to leave all the friends and fun. We will definitely be boarding there again.

They are wonderful. I highly recommend them. They took excellent care of my 2 dogs.First time boarding them. One has a medical condition and they made sure she had the best care. They treat your babies as if they are one of their own.

Awesome boarding care for your canine family! Your doggy bathroom breaks are longer, and they can stay in a front yard for a longer minutes to smell the air and the grass, ground,etc! My doggy loves to smell everything outside than walking

I was so pleased to have found this dog haven for our pets. Jackie could not have been kinder and was extremely informative about what I should expect during their stay. After a weeks stay, our 2 dogs returned to us healthy and happy. The staff was wonderful. We look forward to using them again!

Canine Country Club should be the best example of a positive dog boarding experience. From the moment I called, I received exceptional, professional service. Upon pulling into the driveway to drop Sadie off, a staff person greeted me and took Sadie for a walk while I registered. Upon pickup, I received the same exceptional service. Sadie was ready when I arrived, she was happy, she was clean, and the staff had everything organized. She also received her own “Canine Country Club” tote bag, too 😊 cute. We loved having our fur baby stay at canine country club! This is Watson's 3rd and he was so excited when he recognized where he was going! The owners and staff are very professional and you can tell they love all the dogs. The space is great and I know our Watson loved having his own patio and getting snuggles from everyone there. Highly recommend for those looking for a local "We Truly Care About Your Pet" kennel. Brought my family dog here as she wasn't allowed to stay at our rental during the holidays and never have I picked her up as happy as when I left her. Usually we pick her up and she's upset and distant from the family. This time, she came back super happy!!! Prices were reasonable and staff friendly. Will absolutely use their services again in the future!

Wow! What an amazing experience. We caught our Heinz in the woods and he is attached to me at the hip. He and our girl Bella had their first day away at “day-play” at Canine Country Club. I showed up in tears and Jackie put me at ease. She and her staff took such great care of our pups that we have already booked multiple “day plays” but also boarding. We trust them so much with our babies! Best day ever!

Amazing place! I’m one of those crazy dog mamas that was crying when I dropped Hazel off and they didn’t make me feel ridiculous. Plus sent me pics and updates on how she was doing. This was our 1st time w CCC. In the beginning I thought some of their rules and times were too strict/not accommodating. In the end, it was very clear that everything is in place for a reason and it’s for the well being of your dog, not necessarily you. They put the animals first and are excellent at what they do. This will Hazel will always be if they have availability ❤️ 🐾

This place is awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a place to board their fur child. This was the first time our Rocky had ever been to “overnight camp” and I was more than just a little apprehensive. The staff and owner went out of their way to make me feel more comfortable about leaving Rocky. They even sent me a video of him playing with other dogs to ease my mind. The facility is so clean and nice. I will be using the CCC for all of our future boarding needs.
