Very thorough. Did great job cleaning out a terribly neglected pond and waterfalls.Installed lights and auto fill. Owner, forman and all labor friendly ,seem to desire to make sure customer is happy. You pay for this level of service but I felt it was worth it. If you are looking for 2 guys and a pressure washer to half way clean out your pond at a low price, this is not the company for you. I will be using them again in the near future.

Channing is awsome. Our tank is full of live plants and our fish love it! He has a vision and he loves the plants and fish as much as we do. He cares and nurtures the plants and aquatic animals, fish, shrimp, snails and beautiful plants. Guests to our home always comment on our tank. We are fortunate to have him and Alabama Aquarium and Pond!

We had them come out today to deep clean our tank in our home, and they did a wonderful job. My father passed away in April, and having a fish tank was alway something we bonded over. These guys do an amazing job for us, we have two fountains and a pool. If there’s ever a problem, they find it, and they fix it quickly! They are always nice, and courteous and clean up and take everything with them every single time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We had been having issues with a medium size aquarium and had AL Aquarium come do a consult to see what might be going on. They were responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Came back and installed a new (better) filter, cleaned the whole tank and added a few fish for us. They gave me instruction for the new maintenance schedule and what to do. All in all a positive experience. They don’t work for free ; ) but I feel like you are getting good value for the money.

Alabama Pond guys have been great in cleaning out my pond issues starting five years ago. From the waterfall into the main pond stays so clear you can easily see my Koi swimming in delight. Also updated lighting system that illuminates everything perfectly.Kyle and crew are professionals. I recommend them for any of your Pond needs.

Great service! Brandon and the rest of the staff have taken care of our ponds for several years now and have done a wonderful job. Always responsive, a quick email or text to Brandon and he's right on it, almost always the same day. We got too old to take care of the ponds ourselves and let them fall into disrepair. We called AAPS and they came out to evaluate what needed to be done. In short order all three ponds were back to looking better than we ever had them looking. Great work!

These guys were fantastic. Reworked my fish pond. Rocks, lights… just fantastic! The two guys that were here never took out their cell phones to goof off!!! I have a son about their age and I’m pretty sure most guys that age at least check them occasionally. Not these guys. We’re here multiple days in the heat. Never really even saw them take a break. Could not be happier!! So a few weeks in and I have an alge problem. We removed a lot of neglected water Lillies from the pond during remodel and took away the shade. It’s hot and now the pond is in the sun. Hence the alge bloom. I need a UV light. Guys are dropping what they are doing to come install the light. I was in a coma for a few weeks about 5 years ago from an encephalitis type thing that caused brain swelling. If I get overheated it could happen again. So they are making sure I’m not out in the 100 degree heat scrubbing alge. Just at every turn they have been so helpful!! Had a few maintenance visits now and the guys are just great!!!!

As the Director of Gardens Support for the Friends of Birmingham Botanical Gardens, I cannot recommend Kyle Moon and his crews enough. Alabama Aquarium & Pond Services, Inc. maintains all of the water features at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and they have for over 4 years. They always alert me when they discover an issue and I can count on the advice for repair to be accurate and fairly priced. In my book, they are second to none and if you are considering installing a water feature, they will do an excellent job and if your existing water feature is in need of servicing, give Kyle a call. You will not be disappointed.
