This place was a disaster, just look at the photos. Tripping hazzards everywhere and a big disorganized mess. Restrooms were "out of order" even though we watched an employee come out of themm Staff was nice and friendly but I couldnt even find what I came looking for Because of the mess. Ill let my photos speak for them selves.

Don’t really know about quality of shopping, but they wouldn’t my 2 little girls use the bathroom (and they obviously have one to use themselves) so we left after telling them why.

First time yesterday ever visiting this store. I live in another county, and don't come to Collinsville that often. But I knew it was a recently new store. When I walked in I was shocked at the unorganized mess everywhere. Thought to myself, this is a very new store..alot of messy unspoken shelves, but there were loaded merchandise buggies all in the ailes. Got my items, and went to check out. There were 2 employees behind counter goofing off and on their phones. I ask the cashier if there were any larger bags of dog food that I could get instead of 2 small bags. (Which I did see the large bags on a cart) He stated to me that they probably were but they couldn't get to them because of the massive stock and no place to put them. He also stated they just had 3 employees. I then understood why the store looked so bad. But then I found this post. This has been overlooked problem at the new Collinsville store.. a year according to these reviews.. why ??? Corporate....looks like you have a serious problem...

It is pretty good but the Thingy that u can scan with ur card that' new Yea I don't evan have one. i wish it was Like paying by money but it's pretty good.

I came here as a paying customer and I was being rushed by an employee of this store while I was giving them my digital coupons. She didn't want to take the time out to actually help me because there were people in line. But the lady at the register was trying to help me because it was a learning experience for her as well as me.

Stock still in containers not put on shelves when there is already limited stock on shelves. Have buggies blocking the shelves. The staff is very unprofessional. They were hollaring out to one another about what needs to be done at the registers at that particular visit. They let the check out line get very long before they will open another register. I live near this store but i hate going there. I will drive to walmart before i go there if i can. This store is all around rediculous.

Was given a bag with a hole in it after the cashier overfilled the cheap bags to begin with. One redbull dropped out of the bag before leaving the store and we couldn't find the hole in the bag. Got home and 2 fell out and busted in driveway on my way inside at home. Way i see it now is that I'm owed 2 blueberry redbulls.

Cleaner than some. Checkout was easy. Young lady that was working was very friendly and helped me find light bulbs.

Dollar General locations are always bad about not having more than one register open at a time, no matter how busy they are. This one is no different, lol, but they are a tad more organized than others around here.

The lady working was very nice and consider under the circumstances that none of the scheduled employees showed up they all quit. She was unbelievable upbeat and positive.

Its convenient since it's the only store in collinsville to shop, but its seldom stocked and often dirty, the employees are friendly but the store needs attention. I do shop there alot because of convenience.

If not for the help the young cashier gave me with the western union app i would still be stranded on the freeway she deserves a raise so thankful for her help. (Way to go young lady)

There are times when cashier is backed up and there is only one but today was not like that. Found exactly what I needed exactly where I thought it would be and checked out promptly

Its okay but disorganized and you have to hunt for what your looking for. Not set up in a convenient matter, store employees were kind of rude.
