Absolutely worthless nothing is priced Right when it does have a prize and half of the stuff doesn't have a price the workers are never around when needed the female workers are always rude especially the manager on night shift the old white guy is real nice and young guy is real nice they will actually help where no one else will but I will not recommend this location to anyone other than it needs to be shut down

Don’t deserve a one star at all got most rudeness lady working in their today 5-27-23 went in get my daughter’s a 20 ounce drinks three to be on point well I went self check out lady in front me and lady also at woman’s cash register on other side I got up there to self check out lady still tending to the other lady cause she don’t know exactly what she is doing working a cash register I had pay with two cards cause I wasn’t for sure how much had on that one card she screams out loud says you did pay for all them drinks right why ring them up separate cause she was sending people over to use self check out cause she didn’t know how run the register I said yes ma’am the receipts are right here look she kept on so I said you are not helping me you don’t get paid for this machine ringing me up what’s it make a difference how many drinks I get or what I do as long as I’m paying for my stuff she was so rude and just disrespectful I have never known a dollar general employee be so unprofessional!! That’s my last time going in that store untill they get better employees that actually like their Jobs like in reform they have the friendliest employees !!

Store is always under staffed and understocked....The store's location is great and has the potential to make a lot of money. But whoever is in charge of the managing and the productivity is way out of their league. Under good management the store would thrive you have to be able to keep employees. Give them incentives to make them want to stay with the company instead of trying to bleed a turnip!

At the DG in Coker Alabama they have one cash only register and a card user self service.. the cash only is a trick.. I was called over to use my card at the cash only register today...I think they did this so workers could spend more time putting stuff on shelves..

Staff is very rude the need to learn how to treat customers if they people to keep shopping there. I will never go in there again after today. I will fight the mob at Walmart.They really need think about examining there staff are they going to loose a lot of business they just lost mine

Always a quick trip whenever I need something without having to visit a big grocery store. They don't seem to be replenishing the cleaning supplies as often during the Covid 19 mess but I never leave empty handed

I don't know if they have changed management but you can never get your cart through the aisles. They have the stocking carts in the way full of merchandise. They don't even attempt to move out of your way. You have to leave your cart up front then maneuver through the store get what you need and bring it back to your cart. They need to remember they have a job because of the customers

I gave three stars for the Coker Dollar General because they never have some things that I am looking for everytime I go in there. They always have the isles blocked with shipment carts when you could easily leave them in the back until you are ready to stock. How are you supposed to shop if you can't see or get to those items.

I am a Dollar General junkie. Need something quickly but don't want to take an hour to park your car walk a mile all the way to the back of the store just for a gallon of milk. They have it.

Normally when I go here, the staff is friendly! Well not today. Girl had a attitude out this world. All i did was ask about a digital coupon uughhhhh....is this Dollar General independently owned or something??#RUDE

The so called store manager Anita just argued with a customer quite loudly and rudely iver coupons in front of multiple other customers including me. Someone needs to watch who they hire into customer service positions.

The store manager is rude she always in a bad mood and don't dare ask her where something is she will tell u but in a mean way then make u feel stupid for asking if your not far from it or she will say down aisle so and so where it says so like everyone looks up to read the signs and I have heard her say she hates customers some of them just get on her nerves and the other manager aren't to nice either they get mad and smart off if they have to come up and help they get rude with u if u don't unload your own small basket or if u don't get your bags when trying to finish getting the rest of the stuff out of your buggy but if u get the bags and accidentally set the bag on something and they are it they act like your trying to steal but if they just wait a few more seconds for u to put everything up there b4 they start saying u need to get your bags then that wouldn't happen they run off all the good employees with there rudeness and attitude no

Really need to fire the boy you have working there now. He bad mouths coworkers to the customer and if he says have a good day and you say it back and he doesn't hear you, he will say it again very loudly. Very rude and needs training bad.

Usually a nice pleasant place to shop but today workers were at the register complaining so loudly about other workers I can hear them all the way in the back of the store andI was there last week and the short haired lady was complaining about another worker cussing up a storm I don't want to hear that if you have negative to talk about save it for your time or the office

Went in at 945, they close at 10. I went straight to what I needed which was one item and checked out promptly. Employees have me stink eye the whole time.

Shelves not well stocked. Slightly smaller selection than the other DG' s I frequent. Friendly cashier, but 5 people in line, should have second register open.

Awful management!! I worked there for like 3 days and I was the only cashier ringing people up everyone else was standing around.. would never tell anyone to work there! It’s awful!

I really enjoy the Dollar General here in Coker.!!! Very fast service nice and friendly environment and clean. They also take EBT foodstamps.
