The vet here is amazing and very compassionate. Not to mention their prices are VERY reasonable! We took our dog Bella there recently to be put to rest, and they were very sweet and loving. We also have taken another dog there for a cancer diagnosis, and she is doing wonderful after the vets suggestions and has lived way past the life expectancy. We also have 2 new puppies and have taken them there for all of their 1st shots and flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and all their checkups have been very affordable. Did I mention we drive from 40 minutes away because they are the BEST around!!! Hands down would recommend their services to anyone who loves their fur babies as much as we do ❤️

My dog was sick. She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I got medicine but the next day it was too late she’s ready to go, but the doctor tried to help me. I wish I could’ve hopped out a little bit sooner and wish I didn’t have to watch her go through that pain, but now she’s without any pain I still can’t get over. It just happened a couple days ago had a 14 years she was like one of my children. She was spoiled rotten. I did the best I could to take care of her I wish she didn’t have to go to the pain hi, I knew what was going on. It was too late too late for me to take her anywhere. My heart is really broken.

👎👎👎👎I confided in my puppy today we went for his rabies and parvovirus vaccine and I asked him for a flea pill and asked him if I could give it to him and how to give him the medicine. He responded that he could give it to her with or without food and with a terrible face. My puppy was poisoned by giving him flea medicine after the vaccine. I will never take my puppy to that place again. They don't care about your dog 🐕 don't come here 👎👎👎👎👎👎

This guy charged us over a 😧👎👎thousand dollars and it wasn't what was wrong had to take the cat to another vet they had to redo the surgery because it had got infected because he used staples instead of stitches I wouldn't take any animal of mine and I am warning anyone that will listen don't take yours there neither

We have always used them and will continue to do so. They have always been there to help when there was an emergency.And they welcome our fur babies for check-ups. I have found them to be both professional and compassionate. The staff always has a smile for you and is truly glad to see you.

Refused to take a stool sample for our new pup even after we specifically asked to do so. Gave us basic worm medication which does not fight certain parasites. Took him to another vet and they got his sample and results came back positive for two different parasites not covered by this generic medication.if we had not been concerned things could’ve went bad for our pup.

Blount Animal Clinic is in the top 1 percent of customer service and care. They were open on Saturday and saw me right away. The staff handled my Dog( Bella) with compassion and excellent knowledge.They allowed me to stay with her the entire procedure ( sedation and stitches ) and explained to me post care and medicine dosage. I'll never take my Dogs anywhere else regardless of what they need.

I've used this clinic for most of my pet care and have always been happy with the care received. Today we sadly had to put our dog to sleep. Every step of the way everyone involved was incredibly kind and respectful of our time to say goodbye. And so much compassion for my grieving children, including one's anger toward the doctor. He did a wonderful job explaining clearly why this was the best choice, and in a way that my children could understand. I am very appreciative for everyone today...as sad as this was.

Been coming here for years... Love the staff and the service they always provide. The Doc explains the issues and answers questions to where you understand and they also are very understanding with concerns.. This is the go to place for simple or major concerns/issues.

This isn’t the closest vet to me so I’ve tested several over the years but I will drive the extra miles for my animals! I’ve brought several of my cats here over the years and Dr. Standridge has always been great with them. Yesterday I had my dog Lady fixed here and after picking her up you would never have known it she has done amazing!! They did a great job with her!!

These are really nice people. They have always been so happy to help us with our pets for years. You can get what you need for your pets even though you don't have your animals registered here, unlike some of the other places around here. You will be glad that you stopped in.

Love the vet(s); you can tell they actually love animals. I would have given 5 stars except the only complaint I have would be the front office staff. She's a little snooty and rude; very short with you when asking questions in person and on the phone. Its like she wants to get you out of there for taking up her time. Again, love the Dr's. They are amazing.

Lobby was very dirty. They really need someone to clean. I understand the type of business but it was a little much. The female veterenarian was nice & informative, the first lady at the check in was kind of snooty & stuck up. They all really need a lesson in being more polite to patients. I only went because my regular vet was unavailable.

Just before Christmas, we had take our 17 year old pit to have her put down. They were all so nice and understood everyone of my tears as I said goodbye to my best friend.

My visit with Blount Animal Clinic was great! Everytime it's that way. They always answer all my questions, and they are kind and courteous and very helpful with our pets. The Vet Dr. himself wanted to do everything he could to help our Ginger with her seizures and he did! They also do their best to give us solutions for our pets healthcare that works within our budget! We Love Our Vet!
