Went through the drive through and wanted a blizzard. At the speaker, was told they did not have ice cream. While sitting in line waiting to get my food, the 2 cars in front of me got ice cream. When I got to the window I asked about it and was told the ice cream wasn't stiff enough for a blizzard. Also the combos I ordered were up sized without my wanting them to be and when I said something the drive through attendant simply shrugged and walked away. I tried to call to speak to management, but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. That was my last trip to this dairy queen.

Ive been to this location a handful of times. I only ever order a chocolate dipped cone & every-time its handed through the window, its melted and or melting.. and Im never given the size I asked for at the intercom. And dont try to go back in the get it re-make ( i was asked what happened as if they didnt just hand it to me like that.) they act like they don’t understand you. I work in customer service, if you wouldn’t want it served to you like that, why serve it that way?

I had a wonderful lunch here for my Grandson. The prices are just right The kids meal comes with enter, drink, fries and icecream. You can get a cone or Sunday or scoop of icecream. Inside was very clean staff was nice and the food came out very quickly. My grandson had the chicken fingers he seemed to enjoy them and he loved the chocolate Sunday.

Update, since I've stupidly kept giving this place my money:I have been in the service industry for longer than half the staff here has been alive, and I've worked with a few cooks who could smoke Snoop Dogg under the table three times while on shift and still manage to read a ticket.I ask for no pickles because I think they're disgusting; but, I ask for no ketchup, because it makes me physically ill. It's a literal medical condition. I CANNOT eat it. So I tell them not to use it on my burger. It's not hard. It's not. I write down orders for meals all night long five or six nights per week, with modifications to a complicated, detailed menu from a classically trained chef, as well as a 2-page craft cocktail list. My entire team can manage to pull this off with roughly one mistake on a modification every other month-- there is NO REASON that this place should be incapable of following the basic guideline "No ketchup, no pickles" on four of every five visits.I give up at this point. But if you're in this area, and you suffer from an allergy more dangerous than mine, please, please don't stop here. They are not going to pay enough attention to keep you safe, and I just needed to say that in the hopes of helping keep someone from getting hurt. Fast food isn't worth an ER trip or even a box of benadryl. Most of the staff are nice and the place is always clean. But they seem to be training for the day their corporate office starts handing out awards for Slowest Drive-through in America... which they will win, hands down. So, GO TEAM, I guess?

We tried to go here on Sunday, Oct. 8, because Google said they were open until 10:30pm. We pull up and see the open sign flashing, but the barstools are up on the tables. We then noticed the sign says 9:30pm for Sunday. No problem since it was 7:30pm. Except there was, they were closed. Doors locked doors and employees saying they were closed. If you're going to have posted hours on the door, honor it. Luckily there is another Dairy Queen 5 mins from this one who do honor their business hours and we ended up eating there. Skip this one and go to the one on Chalkville Mtn Rd. It's worth the extra 5 mins of drive time.

I would put zero stars if it were an option. Dine in isn’t open, so you have to go through the drive-thru. I got home with our food. My husband had the number 2 with onion rings. He was eating his burger and he bit into a napkin that looked as if someone had washed their hands and dried them. That was in the middle of his sandwich. I called, nobody answered. I tried several times, so I drove back to be accused of putting that into the sandwich so I wouldn’t have to pay. Number one that is unsanitary and number two, who has time for that when I had to get in my car and drive back for it. It’s not like we were able to eat inside. I will be reporting the incident to the Jefferson County Health Department tomorrow. I have pictures.

Going through drive through it took a few minutes. We received our order and all was great as usual. I do enjoy that our meal was cooked fresh and not stuck in a drawer or warmer. Burgers, onion rings and cheese curds were great as expected.

We went there on a Sunday night (yesterday) . My family and I decided to treat ourselves with some ice cream. I looked up the hours for this particular store and supposedly on Sunday the store closed at 10:30. Or so the store stated. I even screen shot the hours. We got there at 9:30 and was told they were already closed. An HOUR early. My daughter was so upset because she wanted her treat and we had to tell her we couldn't get it. By this time, no other ice cream shops were open. I'm curious to know if the manager is aware of the employees closing the store. This just tells me the employees were so impatient to get off they couldn't wait the extra hour. I will not be going back.

The food has been really fresh and delicious for a while now! The Drive-thru has been running very well for a while. Not to long ago, the Drive-thru was behind and you would get home to find your order was incomplete. Not only has the Drive-thru been running smoothly, but the inside dining area has been maintained as well. The food is made fresh and you can taste the difference. The staff are very friendly and helpful to their patrons!

I was the only customer. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. Drove up and paid. The girl at the window never spoke a word. Then I sat there for almost 15 minutes and watched 3 girls standing around and just talking. One guy in the back cooking as the 3 girls just laughed and talked until he got the food ready. She opened the window and said "here you go" and handed me my food. Fustrating. Food was good. Service was poor.

Only drive thru was open and there were a couple of unattended Hispanic children (5 to 7 years old) sitting in front. On their outside patio area. I'm assuming that their parent was working in the DQ.

Food is always hot and fresh! Staff is friendly and always ensures that your entire order is correct, which is a problem at most other fast food restaurants.

Have typically had a good experience here, but tonight we visited and had a large order. We had multiple Blizzard's ordered. My sister being a former DQ employee, I knew that they flip them over, before handing them to you. They also have the policy posted on the wall. None of our Blizzard's were were flipped, no big deal, but I thought I would approach the manager. I was told that they only did this on Blizzard of the month and when I showed him that's what I had ordered, he said, that I had last months. No big deal, but integrty is important. A little sour on returning to this location.

Due to the pandemic, dine in was closed. However, their drive through was on point. The staff at the window were courteous, friendly and very efficient! Our food was delicious and piping hot. Exceptional job!!!

This is the second time my order has been wrong and my Blizzard has been so runny you can’t even pick it up with a spoon. Also tried calling to voice my opinion and the phone was never picked up and the voicemail box is full. If I wanted a milkshake or milk in general I would have ordered it.

Always love going to Dairy Queen, they have great hamburgers, fries and unlimited drinks. I usually get the meal deal which includes aIce cream Sundae. I sometimes go through the drive thru window and purchase a Oreo Blizzard😋
