I went today and they were having issues with their registers. It would not take my rewards card so I didn’t get points for my order. But they did scan a code to get my sales items. Apparently this has been an on going issue for them. I shop there to try to keep dollars local and their sale items but this could be a discouraging issue for future purchases.

Very clean, you notice that right as you walk in. The bakery is on the left side of the store, so I wound up walking the whole store before I found it. Most of the other stores have it on the right side as you walk in. Came for a birthday cake for my 4-year-old daughter, and they had so many cute ones to choose from! Some of the smaller ones were shaped like roses, absolutely beautiful! Not badly priced, either. I didn't have to wait for someone to personalize the cake, which of course is always nice.

The deli hot-bar products are top-notch, albeit not cheap. House-brand Chek sodas come in more flavors than I've seen at any other location. Be sure to get the app and shop the specials for best results.

OMG $7 for a gallon of MILK!!!! What are they smoking?.?.? I spent over $60 on a gallon of milk, 2 bunches of grapes, a bag of chips, dip, 3 large Noosa yogurts ($2.75 EACH) 3 small Noosa yogurts (1.60 EACH) a small package of bologna, and a small package of ham. Winn Dixie in Clanton is RIDICULOUS. Oh, and MOLDY strawberries in the sale case. DON'T SHOP HERE.

Another store I won't be shopping at anymore. Apparently Winn-Dixie has decided that when I go shopping I want to scan and bag my own groceries, that's the reason I stopped shopping at Walmart and started shopping at Winn-Dixie. I guess I'm either shopping at associated groceries in town or driving to Publix. Winn-Dixie I don't work for you you're supposed to make my shopping experience enjoyable not force me to scan and bag my own groceries. If you think to full-service registers is enough you are wrong and you're about to pay the price with my business and probably more people in the future. I haven't been in Walmart in three years, if you think I can't live without you you're wrong and I hope other people follow suit

I love the staff here. I left my keys on a buggy once and they helped me find them. The prices are a bit high but they have great deals and sales. Usually everything I need is in stock.

I use the pharmacy at Winn-Dixie and find that they have better prices. I really love the store and the cleanliness of it. The workers at the pharmacy or very helpful and very efficient.

The Clanton Winn Dixie is the worst grocery store I have ever been in! Always out of something I need. The deli employees ignore you. The produce is sub par. I had a meat employee that wouldn't butterfly a chicken breast for me and when I spoke to manager about he claimed he didn't understand what my problem was and was very rude!

Thier self check out is terrible if you have a lot of groceries you have to go from buggie to scan because they don't have a belt. They have 3 or 4 employees standing at the self check out when they could have them on a cash register. The cash registers that are open the clerk is not at the register she will be walking around hiding so you have to use the self check out she will even tell you that another cashier will check you out after you have placed your groceries on the belt. She will say sir she can get you on 5 . She obviously is lazy and doesn't want to work also meat is in the cooler that has the date out over a week buyer beware. The deli is outstanding thats the only thing I can say good about this store.

This pharmacy needs to get it together! They call me over and over and when I call back they say no one has called me and are very rude about it! And I have not requested a refill and have made it clear I don’t need anything. Yet it continues. This pharmacy is too busy to care about their patients and it clearly shows.

I LOVE this store!!! It's clean, very organized, and the staff is very helpful and polite. My favorite worker is Carlos in Bakery/Deli and the self checkout staff. They are always so cheerful. The only down side is an older lady that is a cashier, can't remember her name (dark hair, raspy voice) she can be VERY rude to customers. I witnessed her be rude to an elderly gentleman one morning, and I nearly cried as I watched her snatch his debit card out of his hand and told him "no, you HAVE to do it THIS way".. I had hoped he would say something to someone, but he headed for the exit door. Then she proceeded to tell me how bad her morning was already and she had JUST gotten there.... She said "they" keep putting all this on me, I'm just about had it... She then pointed at a "black /brown employee"and said, and she shows up late EVERYDAY but still gets the help when she's here, I show up on time, and get no help. And I was like, Look I'm just here to get my groceries, but I Do hope your day gets better. Please remind your employees of the importance in not sharing personal drama with customers. Other than ALL that!! I Love our CLANTON WINN DIXIE

It was a very friendly atmosphere. As soon as I walked in One of The employees knew I was looking for something and asked if she could help. She directed me immediately to the correct ilse. I need it something in the seafood department and they were friendly as well! When I went to check out. They only had the self checkout . I have severe arthritis It takes a lot for me to do this and this sweet young lady came and saved the day I'm very thankful that she helped me and had a sweet smile to go with it! Thank you Winn-Dixie for your great employee Zion😁

The employees are wonderful and helpful.The store is clean and organized.The prices however have risen an average of 10-40% on items since SE Grocers announced the potential bankruptcy. Not a good way to stay in business when we have a supercenter just five miles or less down the road.
