I walked up to the Tech Megan and tell her I’m here to pick up a prescription that my Dr called in. She says Who are you? Well, yes that would be helpful but you be professional and ask Can I have your name please? I understand it is hard working with the public but if YOU are going to work in the public we should have respect for others. If you don’t like your Job find something you LOVE.So let’s go on… She tells me to come back in 1 hour and I come back in a hour and 30 minutes.I speak with another Tech. She didn’t have her badge on but has a piercing on her lips. She says it won’t be ready until 20-30 minutes. So I ask her are you sure? She rolls her eyes and says I can have it ready in 20 minutes.These ladies should not be working here. If you want to be treated like you are a pest to them then this is your Pharmacy!I will be moving to another pharmacy.

The Worst- 3rd time I've been here for RX and they never get it right. Wont answer calls to save their life so you will always have to drive there if you have questions. My father is on a reoccurring order which i sinply place through refill line so why can you never find it when I Arrive by his name? Today I'm picking up a simple antibiotic that was dropped off a day in advance with insurance to allow time to fill. Came up on my lunch break, waited 23 minutes in a drive-thru line that you can't get out of only to have them try to charge me triple My insurance price. When I told them about The insurance, she told me it was not ran and I'd have to drive around Again to give them time to complete something they were given the night before. So basically I've burnt my whole lunch due to more incompetence at this Walgreens. Unfortunate but i will transfer reoccuring Rxs and we won't be back as this is a circus

My prescription was transferred here when Winn Dixie pharmacy closed. After waiting 4 days for it to be filled they informed me they didn't have my medicine. Their website said it was it was on backorder

I am unable to change pharmacies due to pain management restrictions otherwise I would never use this pharmacy. The cashiers are so rude not sure how they keep a job. No one in line and I have to wait an hour for a prescription!

I use Walgreens because my insurance will not pay where I wanted to get it. But everytime I have talked to someone on the phone they have not been very friendly at all. I mean if you don't want to deal with the public then find another job. I mean how hard is it to be a little friendly over the phone or in person when someone calls or comes in? Everybody has a bad day but being friendly goes a long way.

Better off not filling your prescription here at all. I wrote this as I wait in line behind absolutely no one on a Sunday. Here for the third time this week after I was asked to come back Friday in 1.5 hours, Saturday was told I needed to come back Wednesday. After speaking with a different person it was determined to be an error and I come in today. Not to mention she just told someone in the drive thru to come back in 30 minutes. They seem to think we can just wait around all day in clanton for them. The staff is rude and miserable. When I told the woman I didn’t think I would feel my prescription here again she responded “that’s fine”. This happens here with my prescriptions constantly.

Great store but today I call my doctor to give me a refill on my medication and she did and Walgreens call me and asked me to update my insurance info. I did and I asked them to transfer my prescription to another Walgreens where I was working and they said okay. So when I got off work I went to pick up my medication and there was nothing to pick up so I call my local Walgreens and the person who I talked with was a very rude person that never need to work in a business that requires hospitality on the phone or in person visits because we all have bad days but be respectful to consumers that bring money to business that pays your salary. If I was in Clanton Alabama at the time I call,I would have come to see her. Be Careful who you Disrespect in 2022 because you may lose your job 💯. The Pharmacist in Athens Alabama told me to report this because he said no one on his team would ever talk to a customer that way.

Was hesitant about switching pharmacies at first, but it was so easy to get everything transferred from the previous one. I haven't experienced any major problems here. There will be minor hiccups occassionally no matter where you go. But overall this option is working great for me. I love the convenience of paying ahead online, getting my meds & pick up order at the same time at drive thru window. Even when use curbside pick up, the order is brought out super quick. Thanks so much for the friendly service and making the shopping experience easier for your customers

You’d be better off going to any other pharmacy in Clanton. Prescriptions are never ready at the time they tell you they will be. The pharmacy staff are EXTREMELY rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I’ve never had a pleasant experience dealing with them.

The pharmacy is a joke I tried to get my mother's prescription filled there and the girl behind the counter said they would not take her insurance but Winn-Dixie took the insurance they were just out of the medication at the time so this is why I took it to Walgreens the girl charged me over $20 and my mother's prescription was supposed to be a dollar and some change on her insurance are we coming to this that we have to pocket an extra $20 I will never shop there or take my prescriptions there again after arguing with her over the telephone for 20 minutes she finally ran the right insurance and told me to bring the prescription all the way back to Walgreens to get my $20 you can have it little girl they just lost a customer and I hope no one else takes their prescriptions there

Since changing to Walgreens, things have gone downhill. Wait times are ridiculous. Impossible to get through on the phone. I love the pharmacists there which is why I’m willing to give it some more time before switching.

Doesn't matter which Walgreen location we use its always a confused mess refilling scripts. Workers can only do so much so I cant blame them but I can and do blame their computer system.

I wish we had Rite-Aid back Walgreens is very overrated. Even at 8am on Sunday nee sales product are neaver there. Customer service is very poor. . They say my rewards are not showing had a card since opening . Always Bad experience.

Called to check on my son’s prescription and they said his pediatrician hadn’t called in it yet. Then called back and a lady was very rude and told me they had it and was still in the process of working on it. Very rude staff.
