They have the very best customer service out of any of the stores I’ve been to tonight the two ladies and young man not only did they seem interested in what I was doing enough to help me find what I needed they stay late like 10 or 15 minutes I was even saying just forget it you gotta go home they said no not till you get what you got to have to complete your project anyway I wish I would’ve got yawls names because I would blast it out here yo Y’all were awesome I won’t be shopping nowhere else

I bought a gun safe last year, got a good price. Bought me a wheelbarrow today, also a good price. Had employees outside to help you, didn't even have to even go inside to pay. I like the way they do business.

I like this store, the variety of products is large. The staff is mostly friendly. I go there regularly for a particular product. They never have the size bag I need. I always have to ask for it and it's always just inside the doorway to the stockroom. I don't understand why they don't keep the shelf stocked. Overall, it's a nice place. I would recommend this store.

I bought a pressure washer there that I had to return as soon as I got it home. And now I guess after waiting this long I'll be getting it somewhere else. And now after 5 months I'm having to get this one repaired (the 2nd one). Really dont recommend this brand even though it shows good reviews

Friendly, helpful, clean, organized, had exactly what we needed. Loaded the truck and made sure that the dog kennel that we bought was secure. also was able to use my tractor supply credit card even though I did not have the card yet they pulled it from the computer.

Bought a kayak. And was told to pick it up when we need too. Even called the store about 3 hrs after purchasing. Got there to get it; in store purchase; it was sold!! 😭🤬. Come to find out no note was left sold and the only kayak they had left in stock we purchased was sold. Be careful!!

Waited 20 minutes to fill propane tank. Always have to wait but finally got tired of their slooowwwww service. Left without filling. WILL NEVER BOTHER THEM WITH MY PRESENCE AGAIN.Too many other places to go to get same items with better service

Vast selection available, prices are pretty decent. Pets are allowed which makes it easier to fit and find as needed. Only downfall is the sold structures... Have had problems with certain orders involving timing and quality of material on some coops and kennels, but overall a good place for farming/pet basics.

This is one of the cleanest, best organized and stocked TSCs in Alabama except that the men's bathrooms are characteriatictly nasty as all the rest through the whole franchise. Great Manager at the store who is very helpful to customers. Excellent location and parking.

This Clanton store only orders 3 bags of diamond large breed puppy food. They are always out of stock. Has been this way for months. Don't blame it on the supply, because a ton of other places always has it. Blame it on the store manager who only orders 3 bags, so stupid !

Great customer service. I just got an Australian Sheppard/border collie puppy and was unsure of the kind of food that would be best for her. The guy in there did an excellent job helping us find the right food. Thank you Tractor Supply of Clanton.

I had only $5 to buy kitten 😺 food for 2 little orphans I was blessed with an the sweet lady associate who was helping me locate the food knew my situation and blessed me with a promotional bag of kitten food for (ONE) PENNY! YES, 1⃣ PENNY... SO yes there is still good people left on 🌎

Great place to take the dogs Staff are always very friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you need in stock they will call around and help you find it. May lose them that sale but in my opinion that will always gain them a new customer in the future.

Tractor Supply itself is a good store. They have alot of choices and the prices are very reasonable. The only bad thing about Tractor Supply is the employees. You can hardly ever find 1 to help you and when you do they either don't know anything about the items in the store or they seem really bothered but the fact they have to help someone. They are rude and very short in the answers they give you. So if you go in the store be prepared to figure it out yourself and carry everything out even if it weighs 1000 pounds. Don't expect them to offer any assistance.

I called try to buy a 3200.00 lawnmower was going to pay it over the phone let my wife come and get it because I'm a truck driver they wouldn't do that lost a sell I'll take by busyness somewhere else o and was going to get a 500 chain saw to no thanks I will not do any more minutes with y'all I was going to buy this stuff cash or pay it all out on my card

The aisles are so crowded you cannot get a buggy to go down them. I find myself constantly having to backup and go around like I'm trying to traverse a maze. some of it is stock that's just being put out and it's just stacked up other times it's just empty boxes stacked up for no apparent reason. Even the two main aisles on either side of the store which are supposed to be wide enough for two carts to pass I can barely get a single cart down them. The store is just a jumbled messy cluttered place.

I love having a tractor supply in town, but I wish they would keep in stock. They never seem to have my dogs' food. Also wish the staff were more knowledgeable about their stock.

Just For Fun

Store is junky and cluttered to have so many employees. Outside yard is a huge safety issue with pallets that are leaning and need to be broke down. The pallets have been there leaning for about three days now. Assistant manager Chris was incompetent, looked hungover and smelled of liquor.

They didn't have the air filter for my mower but they did have the oil filter. I guess it's that time of year. Everyone is getting their equipment ready to mow. Maybe next week.
