I made an appointment here at 10am, and they took longer three hours to groom my dog. I went inside to check when she would be done, and none of the groomers were busy with animals. They were all standing around looking through some girls hair, and my dog still needed to be brushed and her nails done, and I was given a quote of 30 more minutes. Overall, it took 3.5 hours to groom my dog. They washed, dried, and brushed her and it cost me $70. I will never bring my dog back here simply because of the poor time management. The people are fine, but it’s simply not worth it.

okay when I took my khloe there they insisted on cutting her the way wanted too. an it was okay looking . NEXT THR SECOUND TRIP. had to bring her back her nails wasn't cut trimmed or painted. her twills was trimmed her ears wasn't cut. I had to go back an an for all of her to be done correct an they corrected it. my point do your job right the first time. The older lady in front is not that FRIENDLY

I can tell you that I love this place! My furbaby Jersey goes 3 days a week (on average) and they treat her like family. She gets so excited when she knows it's time to go! They keep her nails cut for me and I also have them bathe her (she's a 60ish lb. Olde English Bulldogge). On her 2nd birthday they spoiled her. The owner is a great person and her workers do a great job! I would recommend them to anyone!

Loved this for Arnie. Took him for his first grooming appointment. He a was scared but as soon as we walked in the man at the desk was so nice and polite Arnie took right to him. Thanks again guys!

Took my mom's miniature Pomeranian for her 1st grooming and it was amazing! The staff is so sweet and they did exactly what we wanted! She went in with super long shaggy hair and came out looking so adorable and fluffy! Definitely using then for all of our pet grooming needs!

Took my little guy for his first grooming appointment here. He was so cute! Thanks to everyone! Arnie was scared to death of being left (not going to lie I was to, this was our first time apart other than bathroom breaks and very few of those!) But the minute we walked in he took up with the man at the desk. He was super sweet and polite. They have lots of fur babies to see about so call for your appointment. Even if you have to wait a couple weeks to get your baby in it's worth it. Thanks again guys!

This place only got a 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I don't usually leave reviews, but everytime I look at my dog I get mad. I was supposed to pick my dogs up on Sunday and they said to call ahead of time and they would bathe them and get them ready to go. I called multiple times and no one answered. On Monday I called 5 times before someone picked up. They said they got a bath on Sunday because I was supposed to pick them up then. There is absolutely no way they were bathed. My dogs are 13 and 14 and never smelled so bad in their lives. I went to bathe my female dog and she had fly larva on her and I know she got them there because she gets bathed daily at home for incontinence. I had for shave her back because she had a wound because of the larva burrowing. The wound required cleaning multiple times and day and antibiotics. It has been over a month and she still has a hole in her back.

My dog had never had her nails trimmed before so the lady let me hold her while she trimmed them. It let my little dog feel safe. Afterwards she went right to her and let her pick her up. It was a good first for my dog. Thanks

The owners are always attentive to my fur babies needs... the groom's are neat and even on my baby. Never had an injury or complaint from me.. when I leave my big dog and my small dog for boarding, they are fed well, socialized, and entertained. No wire cages, suites for resting,eating and sleeping,, large enough to put both into. Never, has anyone ever abused or neglected Bailey or Kiki. My small fur baby is always happy to see Ms. Kristen and the others. She loves to run and chase their daughter.. with me play time is limited. Really priced reasonably, for the love 💘 of my babies...

Me and my husband were going on an anniversary trip and couldn't take our precious fur babies, so we chose to take them to Kamp Krazy Bones 2 here in Clanton for boarding. Let me tell you.. this place is a true heaven sent. Their staff is beyond friendly. They went out of their way to ensure the checking in was a breeze, they kept in touch the entire 5 days we were away if we missed our babies, and treated them as of they were their own! Even trimmed their nails which is a hassel in itself but were perfect angels for the staff. When we went to pick them up, th epicenter was cheaper then expected and my babies were super happy and healthy! I can't express how happy and grateful I am for this company and their staff for all they have done for us and I will definitely be using them again!

They are Amazing. Took my baby in and made her look Great. Super friendly and make sure exactly what you want. Before you leave so there is no confusing aspects or problems for you baby's they send you home with treats for you lovely baby and are not expensive. Great work for a great price. Thank you guys..

I should have done this months ago. Sandra and her partners are the greatest. Our dogs loved them. We left them in their care for a week at Christmas and we also had them bathe them shortly after. One of our dogs, Roxie, had a bum leg which she had had for over a year. She came home from KKB all better. Sandra and everyone there was so attentive to our puppies. I doubt they even missed us!The website says they are closed. I hope that is only temporary--spring break or something. We infinitely need Kamp Krazy Bones! Bless them!

They kept my dog for over a week so I could go on vacation great rates and treatment. The family business works with you to ensure they are flexible and meet you at your schedule. Just call ahead of time. My pet loves it there and gets to play a lot.

Do NOT use them. They cut my dog's pad of her foot while cutting her nails. According to them, did not notice it. Sent her home bleeding. When I called to notify, there was no apology. Also notified that they didn't cut one of her dew claws and didn't care. My dog's face was barely trimmed and her ears and tail wasn't either. When told we would not be returning she seemed to not care. I question how much Lisa likes tending dogs.

All 3 dogs have now been for their 1st visit and we love it! Love that they get their teeth cleaned too!!!! Beau & Taz Moore and Shadow Bailey will be back. Oh yeah, you can also take your dog for a self-serve wash!!! Very friendly, took extra time with Beau who is recently lost most of his vision!!!

They're awesome and I did try another groomer but my 2 dogs freaked out and I wasn't allowed to go back with them!!!! Well that never happened or happens at Krazy Bones. I would recommend them to everyone 😊

Absolute rudest groomer I have ever experienced in my life. ZERO customer service skills. I took my dogs leash and walked out and said I refuse to use your services or recommend you to anyone. Would not even want my dog in the same room with these people much less left alone and unattended. Please use another groomer.

I boarded my dog there over the weekend and when I picked him up, he was covered in urine and smelled HORRIBLE, then when I went to pay the woman told me $90 for 3 nights at $20/per night, I told her that wasn't right and she said she owed me $10 I was floored by the price but paid anyway. I first tried to pay with my card and she said their machine was down so I got cash but she said they didn't have any change and I would have to come back the next day. So I went back and told her the price wasn't correct and she said "Oh I owe you $5!" No, you owe me $30. She only gave me $25 in change and said she would have to inform her boss about the cash issue. I finally just walked out. If someone can't do their job right, they should not be there. She complained about clients coming in for grooming, complained about being sick and needing a cigarette the whole 30 minutes I was in the building. I will NEVER go back and I suggest going elsewhere if you want your pets taken care of and treated decently.

Whoever doesn't recommend this place, truly hasn't ever been there! The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and they treat your little fur balls like their own! Everyone I dealt with was super nice and the price was perfect!

Was quoted $60 for two dogs to be bathed and shaved. It took all day and when I picked them up I was charged $90 because they did not take dogs out to use the bathroom and one had an accident. They said they had to rebathe them and it was my job go pay it even though they r the ones that did not take them out. Will never use them again.
