Oopsie...I've taken a bite of the tasty steak biscuit. I walked in and immediately greeted from everybody. The front counter guy ( with the long braided ponytail) greeted me, too. Very helpful in helping me decide what to buy. Good sense of humor also. Yes, I will be returning. Did I mention they have the steak biscuits 2 for $5.00? When I was in there! Yum yum😋

I did spend a little time in drive thru but not to long. Drive thru worker was nice. Will eat here again.Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely kid friendly so bring all your kids!

Never will I eat here again. After making an order and the young man assisting my group didn't key the order in correctly and not getting the correct food because the way their system is setup for a big hot ham is ridiculous. It was brought to the acting managers attention by someone in my party. After the acting manager refused to hear the fact of the story I was asked to leave with my party as if I didn't have a choice. I was embarrassed and thought to myself if the person operating the register has listened then this would have been avoided. Or perhaps if Hardee's wouldn't try and combine 2 different combos in the number 8 it would be avoided too. The people I was with are very nice people and they usually eat here several times a week as the guy owns a business and is always busy and cooking time is limited for them. I don't want to do business with a place like this.

My mother and I were on our way out of town and stopped at this Hardee's and let me tell you, that's the beat customer service I've ever had at a Hardee's. The man who took our order, he didn't have a name tag on, but he was in his mid 30's, and had a long brownish ponytail, he was so nice, kind, caring, and just the sweetest soul. And he had spectacular customer service. And everyone else we seen also seemed so nice as well. We got our food in no time. And the food, omg, those were the best biscuits I've ever had at a Hardee's location. They were absolutely perfect. The steak biscuit was too good!!!! This place gets a 10/10 and anytime we are going out of town, this is where we will stop for breakfast!!!

Me and the fam stopped by on our way home.Have not had Hardee's in for ever. Great friendly service even gave my weenie dog a piece of bacon...which was in my lap waiting for her burger....Fries were a little too salty for my liking.Wasn't just me.... Whole family commented on how salty they were. But they were fresh hot. All of our burgers were on point...cooked perfect and very tasty....but definitely highly recommend.... everything was fresh and hot... not sitting under a heat lap for hours.... Will definitely stop again on our way back home.Oh and thank you to the lady who gave my starving weenie dog a piece of bacon... 🥓🐶😅

Recently updated, clean, and friendly atmosphere. The food was hot and just as ordered. The biscuits are, as always, only second to Grandma's. The customer service is spot on, full of smiles, and we felt welcomed.

Ordered 3 meals and none were as ordered.Service was friendly.Cashier had issues with entering orders, did not ask for help just gave up and asked another employee to do it for her. Food that we got was not bad, but for a nearly $35 bill. Would be nice to receive what you wanted.Obviously kitchen did not read entire description for food prep as it was on the receipt.

I normally do not write bad reviews but the last 3 trips ordering food here has been horrible. I usually get chicken sandwiches here and my last visits they were the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had. First time it was undercooked, second and third times the chicken was so hard I couldn’t believe they actually served it to me. Do you all even look at what you are sending out to your customers thru the drive thru line?? I actually came back to let a manager know and the sandwich was just as bad as the original one. I will NEVER come back to this Hardee’s and I really hope the staff gets it together.

Place is absolutely filthy... not a single table without food, trash or cups on it. 6 staff members working, not busy took over 15 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers.(no one in front of us). Staff was friendly but the entire time not a single person came out to clean the dining room.

Too many crew members to have the restaurant this dirty. Not a clean table in the place. Made eye contact with several crew members before someone reluctantly took my order. They never said thankyou even when I did. Just handed me a receipt. Lastly, the made a mistake when ringing my order up. I paid with a card. They mistakenly entered that I paid with a 5$ bill and the rest with my card. They came to the table asking for more money to make their register total correct. Plenty of other places to eat in this town.

Dirty bathrooms. Employees did not acknowledge our presence for a good five minutes and then took 20 minutes to get a simple order. May have just been an off day but we won't be back.

The food is really good & thank goodness they are now offering dine in so there's no long lines or any of that.. However the employees NEVER seem to get our order correct. The prices are ok but a little on the pricier side.
