Most employees are very friendly. The shape of the store is horrible. It is a nice, new store but you can never find anything or get to things you need because there are ALWAYS carts and shopping carts full of stock EVERYWHERE. Some aisles are completely blocked by carts from one end to the other, side by side. You are losing so many sales. Every time I am in there, I hear people complaining. I don't think it is the employees' faults, but something needs to be done. Employees are loudly complaining about being short-handed, and they aren't allowed overtime to get the store in shape. It should be so much better.

The store had a large Coke sign by the highway stating 12 pack Coke 3/$10.00. I got the Cokes and got to the register the cashier was very rude about it and said nope they aren’t on sale anymore. When I told her about the sign she said nope can’t sell it for that. Terrible customer service. She was also being very rude to the other workers by yelling across the store at them.

About a Year Old Store opened in new location.Across street from where it was, on other side of Hwy. 45 (Main St.) & north towards Hardee's. Big parking lot in front & on one side.Big for a Dollar store, modern, every day Dollar Store Stuff, but lots of cold & frozen foods, ice cream, etc. Large assortment of Vitamins & OTC Pharmaceuticals. No Lazy Help here!!Convenient places Open till 10pm.2 Locations in Citronelle, newest store is south of Main Street Location at Hwy. 45 & Russell Rd. (Brand new in January 2020). Both Stores are a definite improvement!!

Dollar General is my 'go too' for staples and cleaning supplies because it's easy in and easy out and you don't have to walk a football field to get your stuff!

Dollar General is the Lifeline to my meager existence. Some are stocked much better than others, the ones in the more rural areas need to tighten up.

Stood in line waiting to check out for 20 minutes with cashiers avoiding eye contact and walking away. Never was able to make a purchase, seems like the employees were too busy with their personal conversation.

It seems they never get inventory up before theres more pulled everywhere but they do have most anything you need if you can make it through one cashier & 15 customers, all the time

Never went in this store and won't go in any dollar general. No consideration for the neighborhoods the are destroying. Ask Gulf Beach Highway residents.

Aisles are always blocked with new inventory on carts. You can't get to what you need. This happens at all Dollar Generals

Easy to maneuver in and locate what you need. Kind, courteous and helpful workers. Only trouble is with DG coupons.
