This is the biggest and best tractor supply I have ever been to. They really have everything that you might need. The employees are very friendly. They have a garden center and a huge showroom for some of the lawn equipment and ATVs.

I am so upset with this store! My 73 year old Mother went to buy a XL Dog Dome for her dog and nobody would help her get it from the shelf nor did anyone help her take it to the cashier. She had to load it in pieces because it was so heavy and still nobody helped her with taking it to the car. She ended up having to call a friend to come help her while the cashiers just stood there watching! The workers on Sunday 12/17/23 have no respect for the elderly and are very lazy!

Great as always but the whole time I was there the cashier was on her cell phone. Checked me out ok but thought that was a bit much as I was in the store over 30 mins and she never put it down once.

Great store but I’m here to review the dog wash. I’ve been in self pet washes all across the country and back and this one makes my top 3! The shampoos are nice quality and work well for my golden retriever.My only suggestion would be that the two pet wash bays have ramps or steps for older dogs. 10/10 recommend and hope they keep the pet wash well maintained for years to come!

They didn't have any bags of the dog food that I feed to my dogs on the shelf but said they had some in the back but they couldn't open a pallet for just one or two bags. What?? Sounds lazy to me. I said just forget it. Had to go to another location for my dog food. But this location was so much closer to home.It was the Team leader and not a very good one at that. I won't be back!! Customer service sucks at the location in Childersburg.

Very good place to get all your farming needs. We recently got chickens and we went to tsc to get everything for them with the exception of me getting toys for them online. They are very helpful employees. Very well mannered and getting more inventory in daily.

Shawn is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to CUSTOMERS!Not helpful at all. Rude to other staff members. After purchasing worth of goods from the store I called back with a question. Sarcastically he told me I needed to read the back of the bag for instructions. I told him I didn't understand the instructions because I was administering medication to an animal. I have several times to speak to the lady at front who is very nice and and always willing to help you. He refused to let me speak to the associate. Not to mention what I was in the store he called her several times over the radio demanding that she come to his age she told him several times she was assisting another customer. He disregarded that she was helping me as I got ready to leave he followed me all the way out of the store as if I was a thief. I'll never come back to this location again. Probably will never go back to another tractor supply. I think I'll just go to PetSmart and not petsense since it has dealings with tractor supply

The store sells you outdoor equipment BUTDoes NOT supply repair parts such as mower blades. Was told at childersburg store that they only sell the fast moving partsNot all parts for all brands of equipment.So much for service after the sale

Is this a joke? Supposedly the biggest tractor supply in the state of Alabama. Yeah ok, first off the building maybe bigger but they have all their outdoor stuff inside, post, dog kennels, gates, etc.The place looks like a ghost town there's so much open space on the sales floor. Secondly, they don't have a single item here that cannot be found in Talladega, Alexander City, or Inverness, yet their supply of these items is severely scarce. I don't understand why because it's the same price which ever one you go to for shopping. Lastly this is a farm supply store, why are people bringing pets like it's a Petco lol. And price wise I'll stick to my local feed store, better quality and way lower prices.
