Dropped my lawn mover off to be worked on and was told they were busy so it would take around two weeks to fix. Two weeks later I was told all I need is a new battery and new terminal. They said they would have to order and it would take a few days. I call back two weeks later because I never heard back from them and was told that something must have fallen through the cracks and they still did not have the new battery and terminal and it would take just a few days. Call back a week later to check the status and their literal words were “Mr. Wyatt, your lawn mower has been worked on and looks like you just need a new battery and a new terminal” Same thing they told me the previous week and this time I was told that “someone just needed to go by the store to pick it up” At this point I was beyond frustrated with the incompetence and lying so I told them it better be ready the following week or I will just be picking up my lawn mower and taking it elsewhere. I called yesterday asking if my lawn mower was ready and there response “Mr. Wyatt, looks like your lawn mower was worked on and you just need a new battery and terminal”. Needless to say I picked up my lawn mower today after they had it for six weeks and I still have a bad battery and loose terminal. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I understand lawn places are busy this time of the year but proper expectations and honesty would have been nice.

I purchased a new husqvarna weed trimmer from L&L. They stock better models of lawn equipment than Lowes or Home Depot. Also the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely purchase any supplies or equipment here in the future.

Took a ztx 52 down to have fixed would crank run but it would die.Just had a battery installed brand-new before taking it.They kept it for 3 weeks told me it was fixed by putting another new battery and they had cut grass with it which was a lie Get it home unloaded it ran for a minute and a half b4 doing the same thing. They didn't touch the engine..275 reasons later I will not be using them again

Family owned and operated old fashioned lawn equipment and repair. The people are helpful and polite and they even have a big old dog as greeter.

Fast and friendly service. They used to be a certified Stihl dealer but have changed over to Husqvarna. They were still able to supply me with a new chain for my Stihl chainsaw. I will return for future needs.

If there was a way to give negative five stars I would. They do extra work you don't ask them to and then charge you for it. They're cheap products will mess up your Mower and then they won't do anything to help you out on fixing it. Also they're very rude on the phone

Went there because my late husband had done business with them and really liked the people. Needed new line for my trimmer. Brent was not just helpful but loaded the line for me! Will recommend this business to everyone!!

L & L saw and Lawnmower is a business I will never do business with again. They kept my lawnmower for 9 months and gave me a bill for $470. My lawnmower only needed a six inch weld on the deck that attaches to the height adjustment of the deck. Then the first time I cut grass the belt jumps off 4 times. 9 freakin months!!---

Great experience with these guys. They had the part that I needed when no one else around had it. Thanks to L&L I was able to finish my service on my zero turn.

My go to shop for equipment and repairs . Got turned down for service repairs at a local Scag equipment dealer but these guys took the job and got my machine ready to mulch and vacuum leaves in one day turn around time and the cost were right on target. Great job !

You need to know what your talking about because they may not. But they can can order parts.They just had a roof replaced from a Tornado so they are still reorganizing.

I dropped off some Lawn Equipment there it stayed there three months and when it was going into the fourth month I went to retrieve my product the guy behind the counter asked me to give him a few more days to fix it what it took another two weeks before he finally got a lease to chainsaw working but the weed eater in the lawn mower still was there once I got the chainsaw got home had to cut a limb out of the yard it broke first time using it chainsaw wooden run kept cutting off I took it back or course it was under warranty but I would never take any of my equipment that again I have a friend right now lawn motor have been in there almost 4 months a riding mower and they still haven't fixed it the service is horrible
