This is our usual store because it is the best in Chelsea. I am disappointed in the deli however, we asked for 1/4 lbs of turkey and ham, the employee working gave us almost 1/2 lbs of each and didn’t seen phased by adding more and more meat to the scale…it felt lazy and quite rude to blatantly ignore what we requested, from now on I guess we’ll just get pre-cut meat because we felt taken advantage of.

This Publix is amazing, the deli makes the best sub sandwiches and their customer service is absolutely wonderful.The whole shopping experience is definitely worth the little extra money spent.If I have an opportunity to shop somewhere stress free, I will always choose Publix.Thanks Publix

This is a great Publix for me to stop at when I am traveling and visiting my hometown.The employees are very nice and helpful, and the sub sandwiches were always really good. Since we have learned that Publix's bread and bakery uses bioengineered products, we have avoided buying this fake food, but it is still a good place to get out and stretch your legs and pick up some non-funky stuff if you know where to look.My only real complaint is that Publix needs to start using real ingredients in their prepared products, since you are already paying a premium for them anyways. Unfortunately, the leadership in Publix seems to grow more and more concerned with their personal profits each day than actually maintaining/growing the brand and name of Publix. Eventually people will catch on, and Publix will be nothing more than a more expensive Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Customer service is always above and beyond. I can not remember the ladies names but their store manager, bakery manager, and bakery team were so quick to help out today when I needed them. In a world where no one is allowed to make mistakes anymore, I appreciate our people at Publix for getting the job done!

Sly & Latanya from the deli are very rude and miserable at their job. They have an attitude and were not friendly at all. We come to Publix all the time and never had issues. If people don’t want to work then don’t :)

The ladies in the deli were great and took the time to ensure fresh ingredients were used to prepare the items I ordered. This was my first time at this location, but it will not be my last. The store was clean per usual and everybody was friendly. The perfect Publix experience.

My husband and I LOVE this place. We frequent the deli to grab wraps for lunch and dinner, but tonight, the gentleman that made my wrap and my husband’s salad did a PHENOMENAL job! I mean we always love our food from there, but this man was spot on! Thank you!

Publix's has the best produce in Chelsea. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. And, when they have a bogo you can purchase one product for half price . Also, I have problems with eating gluten. I have been gluten free for more than 10 years. Publix has one of the largest suppliers of gluten free products.
