My shih tzus are 11 and 12 years old, and we've moved a lot in their lives so we have used many groomers over the years. Nobody compares in kindness and a job well done to Knotty Dog! My dogs are not very trusting with groomers but they've loved KD since the first time. We recently moved about 40 minutes away, but the commute is worth it for the care and attention my dogs receive.

They do a great grooming job. Very friendly staff who listen to what you tell them you want done. Reasonably priced services for all that they do. Will be continuing to take my dog there for as long as I live in the area.

5.0Apr 8, 2016Great Local grooming service. Very kind and great with my dog. He looked amazing when he was done. I just explained what I wanted and they performed. Very competitive prices. I normally only get my dog a haircut for the summer, but I will keeping him trimmed, thanks to having such a great experience. The best part is if you don't like what they done or unsatisfied with their service they give you seven days to let them know and they will re-do/fix at no additional cost to you.

Love, love, love Knotty Dog. Sarah, Jonathan, the whole crew keep my crew (a miniature schnauzer, elderly shih tzu, and a rescued border collie) looking and smelling great. They love going to the groomer and I love how welcoming and connected they are. They really helped me get my rescued dog looking great. I can't say enough good things about these folks and the service they give all their clients.

We have always been VERY pleased with how our Westie looks when we pick him up from a day of pampering at Knotty Dog. Sarah does such a great job!! You won't find a better groomer than Sarah! She was my pomeranian's very first groomer when she was a baby and has given her some beautiful lion cuts! Her skill with hand scissoring is unmatched.
