There's no consistency with the food. Sometimes is hot and really good, and other times not. The only thing that's always right are the #5. There was a period that lasted about a month where the fries were not done and actually cold inside and I tasted a couple as soon as I got my order. I know it's not gonna be perfect each time, but it's been happening way too often. I'm sure turnover is part of the problem. Consistency is a MUST in any business.

The employees are not only rood but have no concept of customer service what so ever .. They don't even bother to greet ya when ya walk n the door an they don't even bother to ask "can I help you"can I take your order"...All they do is stand at the register an wait for you to talk to them an tell them what your there for....So disrespectful an no customer appreciation what do ever... I've never been in a Restraunt that was so unprofessional in my life ..an I work in the fast food industry myself so for me to see this is a problem then apparently it's a HUGE issue...

Food is good but for some reason this location never seems to have dipping sauces made up. I have been here 4 times in the last week bc I love the limited time nuggets and there has been no sauce. Lady said they make it every day and run out but I'm literally here between 12 and 1 every time. How are you running completely out of sauce before noon? Are there THAT many people dipping their breakfast in ranch? If you continue to run out during the middle of lunch then you should obviously make more.

Online order. I never leave negative reviews, but this is inexcusable. Everything I ordered was burned to the point it was inedible. The pieces that looked okay, I tried to salvage, but even they tasted overwhelmingly burned. How did the staff even think this was okay to serve to someone?

If I could give this jacks a 0 star, I will not be back to this jacks. Rudest people and said I snatched a bag out of her hand after she was rude to me while ordering told me if I snatched another bag my food would be on the ground, she then snatched my card out of my hand it went flying behind her everyone was looking for it and I told her to not run my card I did not want the food, she then tells me it’s to late. While this is happening the manager was right behind her did nothing. I will not be back and I have let others know to not go there either.

The person taking orders at the drive thru was very abrupt or maybe just impatient. Either way, we all have bad days, but when I opened our bag with the fries in it one carton was completely upside down. There's no way it was an accident. I took a photo just to show how ridiculously deliberate it was. I called the store and spoke to an assistant manager who was very nice, and apologetic. I'm posting the photo so she can see what it looked like. One 🌟 for the experience, 5 🌟 for the assistant managers response.

It’s either really good with great service or subpar with not so great service. You can tell when management especially upper management is present and when they’re not. Overall not had a bad experience just wish the energy would always be great instead of half the time.

The tables were unclean. The people that work there was very, very loud. Talking personal thing in front of customers. Flies was swarming all over the place. The lady at the registry took too long and I complained about the small portion and the price, no response at all from he.There was too much joking around with each other. This was late afternoon. Rude, uncaring. Out of Chicken filets and agreed to another sandwich and was told how much 2 combos would be and when I got around to the window they said the price did not include the fries. My sister said the same thing happened to her when she ordered a combo they made her pay extra for fries. Will not go back their myself. McDonalds will be getting my business. I have never had this to happen their.

I love jacks food but this place probably needs to be shut down.It is filthy the tables are always dirty.I ordered a cheese burger and fries.My cheese burger had two small pickles and two little onions the size of a dime!Please employees stop being so stingy when I order a burger I want my money's worth!And stop giving me fries that is obviously been setting there drying out! I also been letting people to know to bring there flies swatter if your dining in. One one visit I waited in line for 25 minutes before I even ordered!I would say I will never go back but I have family members that beg to go there. Please do better!I don't like to complain but this place needs help!

It was 29° outside and they did not have the heat on. We had taken our three grandchildren to eat and it was the most terrible experience because we were all freezing. I asked that the fireplace be turned on and the manager told me that she didn't know how to turn it on and then she got smart with me when I told her that it was freezing in there. The workers even had on hoodies and coats. One worker told my husband that it felt like icicles in the back. A manager who does not know her building or how to operate everything it's a real liability. A manager who goes off on a customer who has spent nearly $50 on food and couldn't enjoy it because it was so cold. She admitted that the heater was turned off and that she had turned it on which was one of the things she shouted at me. The children's chicken meal was so spicy hot that they couldn't eat it. I didn't need mine because I didn't want to take my hands out of my pockets. It was a terrible experience and then to be treated rudely was just awful.

I've been going to this Jack's for a few years now as I live in town. However, the quality of food has really declined over the past year. The last few times I have been there, all of the food tastes like old grease. They have repeatedly not included sauces in drive through orders. I hope they can get back to the higher quality they used to have.

I absolutely love Jack's food, and normally anytime I'm out of town I go to a Jack's. Except our Jack's here in Centreville. The food is always awesome, but the employees are rude. There is one lady who is always nice, but oh man the rest of the employees are rude and ignore you the entire time you try thank them or shove your drinks and money back you in the drive thru window.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have ramps and large bathroom stall for wheelchairs and other accessibility.
