Went to the Centre Alabama location and needed dog food and some hip and joint chews for my dog and an associate “Ansley” was the most helpful and sweetest young lady helping me get what I needed. I now love going to this location and will drive from Cave Springs for my dog supplies now!

Went in today with my boyfriend to just get a tire for his trailer. nothing crazy honestly we grabbed the tire and went to cash register. i asked if the cashier if they had any phone chargers to which they replied no. not a big deal and honestly not surprised. why would they have phone chargers? well the very kind woman at the cash register gave me her own personal charger! seriously who does such kind stuff like that for a total stranger? I wish I had grabbed her name but she was doing her job and i didn’t want to take away more time from her. restored faith in humanity today !

I usually love shopping here but the last two times the same employees have been rude and today I wasn’t the only one they were being rude to. I’ll be going to a different location from now on. Save yourself from having a bad day and go to a different Tractor Supply. I will not spend my money here just to be treated poorly.

Had to wait a hour and a half to get propane tank filled and employees walking around in store doing nothing had to go inside 3 different times before anybody came out to fill tank horrible service

I called the store looking for a particular product got put on hold never got back to so I called again young man answers the phone says he's too busy to look for this product but if another store was out of it they probably didn't carry it either so I go ahead and go over there because the website says they have one available when I walked in they in fact did not have the product I was looking for available however then people started asking me if I needed any help and when I voice my concerns about my phone calls they didn't even care weren't even concerned so I will never step foot in this tractor supply ever again. Customer service is awful

Brought my Service dog in to use self wash.Had very little soap, didn't even give us a towel. All of the brushes where rusty.(I understand water causes rust but they need to be changed out)I will be sticking to my home tractor supply.
