Store is always prompt with having the front end doordash orders ready to go, unlike most other places. They have a really good selection of various medications, foods,beverages,and other things as well. 5 star experience when I shop here.

I like the store side just fine - cashiers tend to be friendly and nice. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back due to the pharmacy. They are slow & have poor customer service. I waited a week for my child’s Rx because they said it was going to be ordered. I called to follow up and I was told they didn’t get it. If I had not called, would they ever have gotten in contact with me? Probably not. Horrible service. I won’t be going back and wished I never wasted my time.

Walked into store and asked for help because of a situation outside of the store. Sales associate was rude to me and disrespectful. Whether it’s because of my skin color and I’m white and she’s black, I’m not gonna have a sales associate treat me that type of way! Y’all are suppose to provide a safe environment not hostile one! Manager was supposed to meet me outside of the double doors to assist with the situation and never came out to my safety! Y’all really need to look into your management.

Incompetent pharmacy staff..mislabeling prescriptions, giving more medication than what the Dr. prescribed, a sign that someone can’t count…& it’s crazy how I was in the drive through forever, the car in front me drove off at 5:33pm with their medications. I pull up and see it’s a sign saying drive through closed at 5:30pm. I sat there thinking they would honor the ones such as myself that was in that long line. Nope, the lady comes to tell me the drive through was closed and I had to drive off before I lost my cool. I will be getting my medications elsewhere.

Jaqius is an all star employee and sweet person. The day that I stopped by for a few things she had awesomely lovely braids that were super long! She got a great attitude and I know she’s a great asset to the CVS team there.

This is my local Walgreens. I usually visit several times per week for small shopping trips. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. Despite the neighborhood, I usually feel safe here at any hour, even with my kids. Like any chain drug store, the prices can be a good bit higher than a grocery store. However, if you stick to the current deals, use your rewards card, and load coupons, you can save a great deal.

This place went from one of the best walgreens to one of the worst hands down, service offered wise. Their pharmacy uses to be open on sunday now it is not. The walgreen website let you schedule covid testing on sunday at this locate only for one to show up and be upset to find it closed.

I know this store is in, Centerpoint, but despite where it's located... I LOVE this Walgreens! The staff is Wonderful! They're always stocked with products, the sale signs are up, and store is well maintained.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. From management down. The pharmacy is unreliable, doesnt follow through, and is unprofessional. Even the Regional manager has poor follow up skills. Shame. The staff changed and thats when the level of service changed. Go to the Roebuck location!

I don't know about the store itself, but the pharmacy sucks. I've been in to the pharmacy and through the drive-thru. I've never seen any other customer through either way and yet it takes 30 minutes to fill a prescription I ordered the day before to be filled. And I've never seen them busy. They walk around as if I should be grateful they're there. I will not be going back. I plan to try the one in Trussville.

I stop in here every week or so and the staff is always very friendly. I had to speak to a manager recently and a very nice young lady named Penny sure was kind and super helpful. I recommend this location highly.

Very rude I was calling to ask about a every important prescription she sent me to the phone lady and then when u called back she had the phone faced down I kept saying hello hello they never came back to the phone I heard their conversation they were having with other people that’s just rude ….

facility was clean inside and out,parking lot was also clean free of debri and damage concrete,landscaping could use a green thub,it wasn't inviting.area was wide good open space not heavily crowded with harassing ass people or beggers,no person hanging around the facility so I feel safe walking in.inside clean neat shelves,staff could have a little more customer service attitude though...no lines which is always a plus...

I was waiting on my insurance to start, a week or so in between, and I needed an emergency dose of insulin, they basically told me that's tough, I can't help you. This is life or death for me. Not good.
