My experience was very bad there , I will never shop there again and I hate to say that because I like shopping at this location. I may try another location but at this point no. The so call manager was rude and two others cashier jumped in the problem i waa having . I am a Manager this would have never happene in my store. I tried calling to get the store Manager but no succes. I would love to talk to the District manager.

Never not had something I wanted. Don't wait too late and have your money ready! I get the sales flyer a week ahead in the mail, which definitely helps me set up what to buy and what to cook for the week. Please don't ever leave like some of those other places.

My first visit and I was impressed with the selection, prices and cleanliness of the store. Even with the 10% add-on, the prices were very fair. I bought several items... including a beautiful chuck roast and a package of 3 ribeye steaks. Both were delicious.I would recommend this store and will definitely be back.

Highly recommend to everyone. Excellent deals and super nice staff. Store was a bit crowded, but with the offers they had, it's to be expected. Seems like they update their Facebook page regularly with the latest deals so be sure to check because they may have something you want or need at an unbeatable price. Very, very happy with my first visit and I will definitely be back!

Cashier never greeted us. Charged us $ 3.99 lb for tomatoes which sign said $1.99. She finally had to walk to the back of the store to get a manager. She voided it then she tried to charge me $1.99 ea. Both cashier and Co manager never Said I'm sorry or thank you. Very rude. Been shopping store in pell city since they opened. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

The store is cleaner now and smells great. I love ribeye steaks and they were on sale so I bought a few. No matter what I did or how I cooked them, they were like eating nails. I couldn't eat them

It's a cost plus 10% grocery store. With that in mind, don't expect a pretty building or a fancy sign. But I love this place for grocery staples because you will find less costly items compared to other grocery chains.

My wife shops here regularly to save a couple of dollars on a name brand ice cream. I was here to get chicken wings at an outstanding price. Employees were very kind and helpful including the security guard that I know.

Compare to a save a lot....same type of place. Great prices and deep discounts you can't really find all the time. If you love cleaning products or need some huge t-bone steaks for cheap, stop by and check out the selection and see what I mean.

Not favorite store. It's ok. They put these kind of stores in the black neighborhood you think you getting a deal, but you not. They charging you to shop there. By putting 10% on the back end. These stores making money both ways

Someone picked up wallet and phone and it has been returned thanks to the staff coming to my assistance asap I mean they picked up and kinda ran out. But all the staff came to help right down to pulling security footage. And was ready to help me make sure they were found. Needless to say word got out and it was returned all my things still in it before I got home I do all my shopping here and always will

Wow don't get me started on how wonderful this store is. 😁😁I love shopping there. After this store opened I went and bought a second deep freezer. I own and operate a foster home and I love to cook so this store is a Godsend. The employees are amazing. I have even learned the employees names. Lol You are greeted upon entering the store. If y'all looking for fresh meat at super great prices go to meat depot. So I suggest that y'all go and buy a freezer lol before shopping at this store. We were able to get wings,beef short ribs and boneless chicken breasts for a very reasonable price. St.Louis style ribs,3 in a package for 15.99, great price.

Went here because of all the good reviews and they were not wrong. Good selection of meats at very reasonable prices. They also have some fruits and vegetables that their parent store Fresh Value doesn't have. All in all, a great little store with hood prices.

The cashier decided to make a phone call while I was at the register. She was wanting a real homemade cheese burger and had to tell her baby right then. Hung up when she heard the office door open. So very Very rude.

I’ve had great experiences with customer service here at times, but staff clearly seems exhausted. Any issues I ever have had I was able to bring it to the assistant manager, Taylor, but recently I haven’t seen him so my experiences since have been subpar.
