This location has really improved from year or two ago. The female manager was disgusting. I stopped going after she made us uncomfortable, she cursed out a male employee because he let her know he was going to the restroom in case she needed him. She was so nasty and a waste of space. The new employees are very sweet and helpful.

Absolute dumbest person that i have ever seen as a cashier. Cigs had a .50 off so when she scanned them, it asked for her to put in a price. Since she cannot do simple math, she started to say that when Marlboro sends them those cigs, its expired and they need to send back. I told her "No, no it doesnt" Family dollar and its employees are just dumb. Why hire people who didnt finish high school and cannot subtract .50 from the total of the cigs. Absolutely crazy how little these people want to work at these family dollars. In my opinion, maybe stop hiring people with a 10th grade education, who are missing most of their teeth and who have horrible attitudes. Yall work at Family Dollar, people at McDonald's make more so maybe stop acting like you are actually important

The female manager has a serious mental disorder. Walking around making customers feel very uncomfortable thinking everybody stealing, I work hard don't have to steal. Stock all in the floor can't get to what you looking for because it's still in the box on the floor. Making racial comments in front of customers. Need to address her attitude towards customers.

Rude staff on this day. Manager searched for any reason possible to deny a simple return with money going back to my card. Initially, it was, “Do you have a receipt?” Then, it was “Man, the store you bought it from was just open not too long ago” after I just let him know that I tried to return it to another store on Carson road who had “Closed, out for lunch” written on two sheets on paper hanging from the door. Then, he lies and says that stores are not able to return items from other stores although the return policy on the website says otherwise. If you’re looking for poor service shop, your local family dollar.

I've shopped Family Dollar for years. This is the first time I've had a customer service complaint. I needed to exchange and this store was the only store that had what I needed in the color i needed. Manager was rude and di not want to do the exchange because my previous items were not from her store. Cashier was very nice but explained that she could not due to her boss and suggested me asking her myself.

I give it one star. I took my mom there and it was this women very ratchet and hood came outside following my mom to she went out the door. She open the door and continued to film my mom to she put her things in the trunk of the car. That is one of the most hood ratchet Family dollar that you can go to on Center point parkway.... I would not recommend know one to shop there... Not professional at all...

The store was clean & organized with employees eager to help. I was informed about the app & downloaded it after exiting the store. I recommend using the app for extra savings.

They are consitently out of detergent fabric softener etc. Also never have household cleaning supplies in stock. You will be lucky to find any of the items advertised in there ads. Also they specifically in mark things as CLEARANCE, put it in the CLEARANCE section and put signs out directing to our toward the CLEARANCE items only to find to find the " clearance " price is the original price when you get to try he register . When you point this misleading advertisement out to them they get angry and say well it must have been clearance priced when they sent from the warehouse. Ridiculous. Employees are also extremely rude and unhelpful. They should all retrained or died. Especially the horrible manager.

1 Manager 4 cashier 1 register open 2nd register money drawer in but NOT OPENED people in line and all standing doing nothing. Disappointed it's Good Friday for them getting g paid to do NOTHING oh And stock everywhere.

Usually only one cashier, but the line moved pretty fast. Currently smells like spoiled food, due to a freezer section gone out. They have not removed the spoiled food.
