They have a clearance section that alot of stuff is not priced so you have no idea how much it is. I took an item to the cashier and pointed this out to her and she told me that item wasn't on clearance, it's just discontinued. Then have a discontinued section then instead of putting in the clearance section.

I bought almost a 20$ charger and I got home to charge my phone and it didn’t even work and i tried calling them to ask them if I couldcome back but no one answered and I called 4 ,4 TIMES.

I love the Dollar General. I call it the mini mall of Alabama. Lol. They have a little bit of everything in this store. Gifts for all ages, cell phones, great food selection. The holiday items are always my favorite but this year the Christmas decorations are pretty bland compared to previous years selections.

First time I had been in the dollar general in cedar bluff in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the changes that have been made since I was there last. It was very clean and the people were very friendly and helpful. This store is very well stocked! Groceries of all kinds and a wide variety. So nice to be able to get up and down the aisles without bumping into a lot of stuff. Great job!

it takes forever at times to get someone to see you at register much less ring u upAisles are always crowded with racks full of inventory for them to stock. when they get thru smoking of course. Very cluttered and unorganized.

DG store in Cedar Bluff, Alabama has the friendliest cashier help of any of the stores I've frequented. They always make me feel like they want my business. I enjoy a friendly person that will joke back with me; making both our days better. Thanks ladies your the best

Store's been so very messy every day. And those big carts sitting in aisles to restock are blocking. The employees are always nice but maybe they need more employees , or a different mgr? Almost every aisle is messy

it was the worse experience i have ever had at a store..first i am a elderly cancer patience and heart trouble. i couldnt find van camp pork and beans. i asked the lady at check out where they were. she said on the pork and bean isle.she walked to find them...and came back with some with bacon in them... i said do you have any that doesnt have bacon...she said im not your personal shopper...they make a lot more than i make and this is the last beans im looking for you. i told her i didnt ask her to look. she was very rude to everybody that came in. talking nasty to them.please do something about her her name was CHRISTINE

The employees for the most part are friendly ! They never have what I go in for it never fails !! May be there on Palit but not on the shelves . Outta all of the ones we have close by this is by far the most cluttered and not easy to get around.

Cool store to shop and go barefooted 😃2 went in on a rainy memorial day barefoot and cashier looked at me and smiled and said hello really cool experience.😃I have also seen several cute girls showing off their pretty toes and barefeet😀👣👣👣

They had clearance clothes out side , I picked up 3 things from there all of them rang up regular price , they said "oh we don't have room on our in side rakes. That's BS.

This story has become very dirty and the manager could careless. My wife went in a couple days ago early in the morning 2 people in the store manager and 1 employee and the whole store smelled like pot.

Convenient but always messy. We go there couple times a week. Seems under staffed. Staff works hard and are friendly and helpful, there is just not enough of them.

Like most Dollar Generals. Items and groceries are cheaper priced. They have a lot of stuff. You get what you pay for in some products but most are good quality products.

If it is required for customers to wear masks, (as they should) why aren't the employees wearing masks?? Only one employee was wearing a mask but it was below her nose. The customers are not protected if the employees don't wear masks and wear them correctly.

This is ALWAYS the go to place for things from a few clothes, pi's, cleaning supplies, things for your house and a whole lot of different things. These prices are amazing & have been for many, many years....
