After we had our dog groomed there she laid around on the couch. She acted like she had been ruff housed by one of the groomers. I know I can’t prove it but the way my dog acted tells me a lot. I will not be going back ever. I would not recommend them.

Zero ⭐️’s would be more appropriate.Both my dogs have come home from this groomer wounded.The first incident my female had burns in her “sanitary” area from the hot trimmer. She also developed a scab on the top of her head where I assume she was cut or nicked from scissors.When I called to inquire what had happened and why I wasn’t made aware of her injuries. The owner excused it and offered only an apology.I understand accidents can happen. So, I gave her the benefit of the doubt.Now most recently, my older male developed two scapes about the size of a quarter on the back and side of his neck after going to this groomer. Upon investigation, they were oozing. I took him to our vet and found that he had a staph infection which required a 7 day treatment of antibiotics. I left the vet and immediately went to the groomer to inquire what happened to my dog while in her care. Again, I received nothing but an apology with no explanation. She didn’t even ask to see him, nor did she show any compassion to the situation.I cancelled all future appointments with her and I recommend that you do the same.Photo caption: These photos were taken after completion of the antibiotics. When I cleaned the area again, the hair was removed along with the scabs.

Highly recommend Summer & her staff! We’ve been taking our Goldendoodle Sadie to her for almost 3 years & have always been happy & Sadie loves going!

This place is awesome with grooming and boarding my two dogs. The staff is very nice and prices reasonable. When I board my dogs they don't mind being there. I don't let just anybody board my dogs so trusting a business enough to leave my babies there is extremely important to me. Will definitely continue being a customer moving forward.

Brought in a stray, matted to the skin. Poor baby probably never had a bath and is extremely skittish. Look at her now, just gorgeous!

They ask what kind of dog I had before they would say if they could take the dog,when they found out it was a long haired medium size dog they said no they didn't have the space for my dog so I guess they only do small dogs
