Ok breakfast, but need to be considerate of how they cook your food..their FOOD IS TOO EXPENSIVE to treat the customer like they don't matter. This was the 3rd time I have had an issue with my food. My French Toast were hard as A ROCK. I had to throw them in the trash 🗑️ and work 😳😳😒

Everybody that works here got a nasty attitude. Even had to wait a long time for food . I heard the woman taking my order make a comment saying I was ordering the whole menu and I only got 2 kid meals and 2 burgers meals .

The parking lot is probably the worst in Alabama. The holes are huge and numerous. I understand about the big trucks but they have a designated area. I'm sure it affects your business. It really brings the appeal of your business. I know you would like to have a lucrative establishment. The people, food and inside are fine. Thank you

Absolutely the most disgusting Hardee's I have ever visited. As soon as you walk in the door you smell the grease. It's overpowering. I went to use the men's restroom and the urinal had stagnant urine which smelled awful. Tried to flush it and it didn't work so that explains the stagnant urine. I decided not to eat due to unsanitary conditions so I cannot rate the food. My only thought was if the employees kept the bathroom and restaurant in that condition I would not want to eat anything they prepared.

The Frisco burger combo ROCKS!They need to work on how to make the Frisco Breakfast sandwich. The cook never puts enough ham on it (2-3 small, very thin pieces) and it's always wadded up in a ball in the center of the sandwich, the bread is never toasted enough unless you tell them to.Wouldn't it be nice if it looked just like the advertised picture when you got it?!As far as the French fries and hashrounds, it would be nice if they were air fried instead of deep fried, all that grease is hard to swallow 🤮.Parking: The parking lot is in dire need of repairs. There are HUGE crater size pot holes in the back driveway entrance due to the 18 wheelers coming in and out. The front driveway entrance is not as bad but, is getting there.

We came into hardees for breakfast it was a simple order at 9 am in the morning received a chicken biscuit that was so dark it looked like it was used from the day before and redropped in old grease when we returned to ask for either a refund or our money the employees where outside having a conversation we asked if we could come inside and was told no so we went back through the drive thru only to be met with attitude from attendant she told us to move our vehicle and we asked why and she said that we are not going to speak to her that way. I have never received such poor service my husband is retired Marine he was not able to eat are take his medication.

If you are a truck driver, your parking lot is like a bombed out war zone. Huge holes everywhere. That said rest of the place is fine. Inside was pretty clean for a rainy morning. Bathroom was stocked and clean. The biscuit i ordered was on the spot perfect. Staff was not overly friendly but not rude or mean. Just kinda there. Order came up quick for me and the 2 people that were in line ahead of me.

My husband and I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and they were delicious, they were freshly cooked and we didn't have to wait long at all. The employees were super friendly and generous.

The Ladies today 10/2/19 were very nice. Greeted me and my Father with smiles.. The food was cooked to order and hot and fresh. The store cleanliness was superb.I thought I walked in another restaurant compared too 3/4 months ago.. The Ladies worked af a team. I witnessed a lady come into the restaurant and was irritated because she had to wait her turn to get her food, and was running late to get back to work.. The crew was very professional hookie they handle this disrespectful Lady..I Salute you All for being great at customer service..I personally want to Thank you Ladies for being Adults in that situation. Kudos.I would be back again to purchase my chicken sandwich. Popeyes and Chic'-filet don't have nothing on your sandwich in my opinion.. The quality of the food goes up and down as does the service. I know everyone's business is in a crunch because of the economy and lack of workers. I guess they're doing the best they can.

Food was okay but the whole restaurant was a mess. The dining area, behind the counter and from what I could see, the kitchen area too.Tables hadn’t been wiped down, trash on the floor and the drink area was a total mess.There was a pile of trash in the kitchen area where someone had swept the floor but people was just walking through the pile.I’m not a clean freak by any means but this was pretty bad.

The food was ok in the end but... the bathrooms were not in good shape at all and no one asked us for our order for the longest time because each worker assumed someone already asked us. Then someone realized no one asked us and told us they were out of breakfast already so to order lunch, and while we were deciding on the other menu they told another customer they had breakfast left but that she wouldn't want it... But then walked off before we could order. 😅 A shift change or break ending at least brought the nicest girl over who felt terrible and got our burger order in, but I had to laugh a bit because the next customer ordered the breakfast we'd originally wanted and was given it without issues. Obviously short-staffed or weird hour there or something. We've had Hardee's elsewhere across the US and never had any issues before. I wish I could give them 2.5 or 2.75 stars instead of 2... but the burgers weren't good enough that day to overcompensate for the breakfast shenanigans (it was just after 10am), the bathrooms, and the extra wait to bring it to 3. Comparing this to other Hardee's and similar food places we've been to across the country the past few years.

Chicken in my sandwich was burned on outside, tasted raw and rubbery inside. Window at drive through was smudged and really dirty. Person on speaker was almost unintelligible and was talking and giggling with someone else inside while taking my order. 😳

The staff is mostly rude and illiterate. They get your order wrong about half of the time. The drive thru is like a surprise every time. You never know who's food you're going to end up with. Kinda pitiful, really.
