I just moved to the Calera area and decided to give H2T a try. They will have my business for as long as I live here!! Super friendly staff who genuinely listens and does exactly what is asked. They took the time to get to know my sweet labradoodle and made her feel comfortable when she was anxious. She was matted due to us being in the process of moving and not being able to get her groomed for a while. They took the time to get her brushed out and trimmed her up EXACTLY how I wanted. I’m obsessed. Thank you guys so much!!! Chaka will be returning soon.

Highly recommend. Staff is super nice and they truly care about your pet. Emmett has Hip Dysplasia and he was groomed with care and concentration of his hips. He looks amazing and he had a great time.

We get our fur baby groomed here often and they do a great job each and every time! Great service and they truly care care about the animals. This is the only place that we will get our puppy groomed

Had my Yorkie groomed here for the first time. I asked for the “Yorkie Cut” around her face and for her body to be shaved down to a 5 (they have a nifty numbered chart with a faux fur that you can see and feel for different lengths - it was helpful).Since we are new, we filled out paperwork and a release form and they took her back.Her hair looks great, they did an excellent job trimming the fur everywhere (around her bottom, paws and eyes too!) and her coat looks even, shiny, and bright.The staff was very sweet and made sure to answer any questions I had ahead of time. And I got a text when she was ready for pick up!One thing to note - don’t let the size of this shop fool you! They’ve got loyal and dedicated repeat customers. Get there earlier for drop-off services. I got there on a Saturday at 9:02 AM and there were already a handful of families waiting! Would recommend. My puppy was in the same 1 whole piece when we picked her up than when she was dropped off. No nicks, no trauma, no problem!

I just moved to Calera in mid March. I was so fortunate to find H2T grooming! And they are located within a mile of my new home. My pup Daisy was groomed to perfection, I was so happy to see how lucky I was to find such an awesome groomer. And we are getting a new pup today in which is being worked in this afternoon! I would give 100 stars if I could!

The staff are fantastic! My two girls (husky and mutt) always look their best when coming out. He is able to even get my husky's nails clipped without any issues and reports any information I like to know like when they are blowing coats, and helpful tips on keeping the shedding under control. They allow the dogs a to move about in confined areas, but not cages, and some are even in the back yard. If you bring more than one, they stay together, and have ample room to move about. I've never had any issues at all, and will always bring my girls there.

Just picked my baby girl up from Head to Tails and it was an absolutely great experience. I called last minute bc I was off today and needed to grey my baby a good bath, they took her in with no notice and I'll say they have definitely earned our repeated business! They even painted her nails for me and they done a great job on bathing and getting all of the loose hair off of her. Her nails are short and her ears are clean! Very gentle and thorough. I never really know how to tell them to cut my Maltese. I am never disappointed. They're just good people and I've never felt any stress from the workers orvthe animals when I visit. A good groomer is a treasure. These folks bring it, every time.

Took one of my dog's here because it was last minute and they were the only one open and I will now be taking all of my dog's here because they were amazing! The customer service was polite and friendly, they took care of my precious, and I could tell they loved what they were doing.
