The store staff is nice enough. The actual pharmacy techs and pharmacists are not. Very unhelpful. My wife and I had a lot of difficulty getting prescriptions filled and they would blame it on the insurance company. We finally transferred all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy and these problems magically stopped, so I can only conclude that the pharmacists didn't care about resolving these issues. I think this place is fine for quick shopping but I would recommend other places for prescriptions.

If it wasn't for their new app that allows me to not deal with their staff when I get my prescriptions, I'd have left years ago. They are consistently unhelpful and rarely friendly.

Go somewhere else. Publix Pharmacy in Calera is much nicer and helpful. I'm told one thing on the phone and when you get there you are told something else.

The drive thru pharmacy was closed. I was able to go inside and got my RX fairly quickly.
