Another customer entered the store 7 minutes before close and was denied access to the bathroom. She exited the store and peed on the sidewalk in front of my car. Both CVS staff on shift were told about this when they came to collect shopping carts on the sidewalk. They did nothing about it. Absolutely disgusting. As a business manager, I completely understand wanting to clock out and leave at close, but leaving a mess like this is such a bad and unsanitary business practice.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I sat at the drive thru pharmacy for more than 5 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and came to the window. The absolute WORSE customer service!

I gave them two stars because of the nice young lady checking me out. I gave detailed information regarding my daughter's coverage being attached to mine as a dependent. I go to pick up her meds and was told that they can't verify her coverage. First of all they didn't verify her coverage under my name as I suggested. Then the pharmacist says oh so a 28-year-old dependent. Now this is when I got pissed, I said yes she's a 28-year-old disabled dependent! I'll be moving my prescriptions somewhere else. All of this could have been avoided had he not thought that he knew more then me!

I wouldn’t even give this new “crew” at the pharmacy a star PERIOD!!! The crew they had at this location about a year ago was AMAZING. Quick, punctual with answering the phone and EXTREMELY helpful with insurance issues. This “new crew”…. Are TERRIBLE at every aspect of their profession. Apparently CVS “rotates” their staff periodically for whatever reason… Ridiculous…

1 star is far too many! These employees lie, loose meds, and are incompetent, should be able to pick up my meds at my home town store but had to have them transferred. I have never incountered anything like this in my life!

I have to say the professionalism at this store is awesome. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kristy she went over and beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for and she so sweet...you don't get this kind of service anywhere you go now a days I am glad I came here. Thank you Kristy

The young white female with short male looking hair(imo) was disrespectful and dishonest. I stood at the drop off counter for about 8 minutes. 1 person was a the pick up line when I had walked up. We looked at each other twice and she proceeded to help 6 people before me. I’m easy going person and realize I’m not the most important person. I also understand people make mistakes. I asked her where is the drop off point was because she ignored me and went straight to pick up. She had that young smug nonchalant self entitled look and then made a snide remark. No respect and just really pathetic. I hope the young confused woman reads this. Be better! You are a poor representation not only of yourself, but also your family and employer.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! The store was neat and everything was easy to locate. I shopped for the sale items and I also joined the carepass membership which helped me save a lot of time and money!

this pharmacy has given me the hardest time. they never have the prescription i need even when it says its ready for pick up and always out of the medication i need no matter what it is.

I recently moved to Calera and had to transfer all of my prescriptions from WALGREENS, and the staff made the transition smooth and painless for me! These girls are the BEST! They are helpful and make sure I have everything I need! I love ❤️ this pharmacy! The CVS App is great. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy for everyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻

This store is so convenient. It is close to my house. The level of front end customer service is extraordinary but the Barber's Deliver guy is terrible at leaving the right amount of product with the store so I cannot depend on this store for buying my Milo' tea.. Splenda Yellow label. The Pharmacy techs are Generic and can be rude or self absorbed at times. If you just need to pick up something then you are good. If you want a smile and a question.. That will cost extra. In total the store is well packed with great merchandise, and the Store has a higher than average turnover Rate of Management but other than that, I love my CVS in Calera. The ladies at the front desk near the photo section go above and beyond to help customers and they are the saving grace to this store.

Very polite employees, doesn't seem to be crowded often inside or the drive-through. I would much rather spend a little more by purchasing what I can here on the weekends than going to Walmart in Calera.
