We have boarded here 2 or 3 times with 3 large dogs and I am most pleased that my dogs get to go play during their stay where a lot of other places do not offer play time if they are heavily booked. I'm always impressed that the staff remembers who we are and are always friendly and give updates if I call. Thank you so much for being a trusted facility. You make it easier to relax when we are away. 5-STARS

They are wonderful! I will never board my pups anywhere else. Our pups have separation anxiety really bad, but they always enjoy stays with MAC! They will do grooming as well while they are staying at a great rate!

This place is awesome. They treat your fur babies so special. They get play time, potty breaks, treats, quiet time. Outside area if nice weather. They really watch out for them. The staff is so nice.. I know that I would feel safe if an emergency came up and I had to leave my little girl, Macy with them for a few days and nights. I trust them. Macy loves going for the day.

I didn't use the boarding facility but rather the vet. This was my first visit there and I was having my cat euthanized so I was extremely emotional but they were so kind and patient with me. They never rushed me nor did they push me into a decision one way or another. I was having a hard time with the decision. They were so professional. I live pretty far away from them but I think I will make this the place I use for my other furbabies.

BEST VET EVER! My 2 pups are patients and boarders and I absolutely would recommend both the vet clinic and the boarding. I have a difficult/high-maintenance pit bull that can sometimes be a pain (he actually BIT one of the vet techs once after getting a shot!), but the staff is super-friendly and knows just how to deal with difficult drama queens like my Dax. 💜When I last boarded my pups it was actually my first time ever using a boarding service - (as well as only the 2nd time EVER that Dax had been away from me for more than a day) - so I was pretty nervous about leaving them with strangers in a new place.When I picked them up about 5 days later, I was pleasantly surprised! The price was actually less than I expected and I could clearly tell my pups had been well-cared for and had been fine without me.Definitely my go-to boarding service and vet from now on, cannot recommend enough!

I left my 3 big dogs here for almost a week to board. The staff greets you with a smile and great customer service. Dogs seem happy and worn out from daycare. Thanks a million for loving my babies while I couldn't. I will be back

I have used them twice in the past and my dog was nervous the first time and didn’t want to go in but the second time she leaped from the truck and was eager to get to the back lol I can only assume she really enjoyed her stay the first time. I was happy with the price and the young people that checked her in. They bathed her and had her looking good with a bandana tied around her neck when I came to pick her up. 5 stars

I know my dog loves this place but I love it more. They are so attentive and my dog starts getting excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot to see the owner and her friends. Best money spent. Don’t take your dogs here!!! I booked with them a month in advance and they NEVER informed me that they had a serious outbreak of kennel cough. THEY HAD A WHOLE MONTH TO NOTIFY ME so I could make other alternatives if need be. Even fully vaccinated, they were there for 3 days and my parents picked them back up on a Monday. That Tuesday, both of my dogs had a serious case of kennel cough (They are both vaccinated for kennel cough). I called their boarding/clinic place wondering if they’ve shut down the kennels and are preventing more people from coming in and they still haven’t as well as they completely REFUSED to take responsibility and at least pay for our dogs office visits. I understand us having to pay for the medication. What was going to be about $200 later for both of my dogs, I ended up calling our local vet and they gladly helped us AS WELL AS let us know that MAC boarding should have helped us out. Both of my dogs are so pitiful and MAC is STILL taking dogs. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

They treated my babies like their own. I have 1 dog that has bad separation anxiety and doesn't really like anyone but my husband and me. One of the ladies got her to come around and even let her love on her. That is quite an accomplishment! I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs a place to board their fur babies!!

I’m just saying that things do happen, but for all of the money we paid for four dogs to be boarded for over a week and have one come back with a wound and all of them come back with kennel cough and diarrhea doesn’t sit well with me. I understand things happen but there should have been more communication not a bad surprise when you finally get them home and have to take them right back to the vet. I chose wrong with this place I think. I’m sure they try very hard and are nice people but I’m going to keep my fur babies with me until something changes. I don’t think that they are bad people in any way but it did happen. It’s a shame.

They really love the animals here. Our kitty had to get her second round of shots today and she enjoyed watching major Payne on the TV in the room. She wasn't happy when she got stuck with the needle but she definitely proclaimed herself queen of the office and demand scratches from all the nurses. All in all, she had a good visit. Always happy with this vets office.

They are so good with our dogs, it's almost like being at home! We have an older dog that's having trouble getting around and another recovering so we couldn't take them with us. They got the best care with all their meds and if there was a problem the vet is next door. Looking forward to sending them to daycare soon!

We had to have our older dog put down and it was an extremely hard time for us. They accommodated us and helped us get him from the car to a cart and take him inside, talked us through the process, and showed compassion throughout.

We boarded our two dogs at the Mac for 4 days, while we were out of town. They were well taken care of and returned home happy. We are very pleased and I highly recommend utilizing this facility.
