Check-in is ok. But drivers fighting for the door! It was messy... 3 drivers from the India area start pushing (fighting) each other...WALMART PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM!!So far, this is the worst werehause I been.Even police have been involved!!!!Management of local walmart doesn't care what's going on parking

Was a typical Wal-Mart, took about 3 hours once we got a dock. They have a restroom. It was easy to find and has parking a half a mile away. A truck stop and patriot parking and repair; it's $10 at patriot.One thing that wasn't typical is on the paper the guard shack gave it states if your door isn't open to find one in the range, depending on what your hauling. I attached a picture for reference.

Worst dock system at Walmart I've seen yet.So checking in was easy. HOWEVER, getting into a dock is not.You have to wait in line for a door and check in every hour. They don't assign you a door like most Walmarts.Everyone in the dock has a green light, but they're most likely sleeping.So be prepared to wait with zero sleep because you have to check in every hour.Oh, and here's the kicker. If you can't get into a dock because people take your dock, then you have to reschedule. This place blows

Check in was fine. Had an appointment for 5pm got here at 4pm get a dock door immediately. Currently 9:12pm and I’m still in the dock door..unacceptable especially since there’s no overnight parking. Walmart has got to do better. At the minimum provide parking if y’all are going to have drivers in the dock for hours.

Walmart will be Walmart. Just be on time for your delivery, and they’ll do their best to get you in and out. No overnight parking, but that’s to be expected. I had a day time delivery so no waiting on a door. I went back in my truck, I chilled out. I was finished in under 2 1/2 hours.

Sloooow been here since 4 went in to see what was going on. They never processed the paper for the driver to leave out the door I was assigned. Currently in the door no red light no nothing it's only 4 trucks out here. First and last time don't make no sense. Customer service don't care about ur time for all they care you can wait. Waste of time and your day that's why I don't even shop in the regular stores. A WASTE

I don't see why all the bad reviews for this place. I had a 04:00 appointment, I arrived at 03:15.Guard gave me a door, I had plenty of room to back in, drop, chock and walked to receiving office.2 1/2 hours later I had paperwork in hand and leaving. No overnight parking at Walmart DC but a couple of truck stops close by.

Came here to deliver a load 189 miles from pick up. Arrived 15 minutes before 0600 appointment for a live unload. With almost 1/2 tank filled with refer fuel. I was told they can't unload me in the required 3 hours unless the tank is over 1/2 full, which is enough to power the unit for 2 days. Nowhere to buy fuel within an hour. So this nonsense has cost me a day and made me lose the profit of that days work and delayed my next obligations to other clients. I will file for compensation as in house rules not given to delivery drivers prior to arrival cre not part of my obligations.

Don't know what all the fuss is about at this Walmart. The lady at the guard shack was real nice and respectful and the lady inside the receiving office was real nice. You don't have to sit and wait the lady at the guard shack explained if for so me reason you can't get into your dock go to door 16 and they will give you a door. My experience was great. The way I see it it pays to be nice when you go inside. Kindness goes a long ways.

By far the most un organized Wal Mart I've ever been too. When you check in at the guard shack they give you a range of doors. For example I got 300 - 307. It's on you to pick a door. If they are full you have to sit and wait for a door to open. They won't take your phone number and tell you when a door is available. So now you have to fight other drivers to get in a door. So it's best to try and speak with the other drivers find out what order they are in. Try and prevent drama. Of course you'll have those drivers that will cut in line. Again extremely un organized. The guard shack is rather pleasant to deal with. However the shipping office is very rude. I don't refuse many locations. But I will never return to this location again.

Had a 4:30 pm appointment, showed up at 3:30 pm its now 8:30pm . Delivering 4pallets. Rude lady at the window. She told me it's been done since 6:30 pm but no bols have been turned in. Will not make a call to check on the bols. Worst Wal-Mart experience. Filthy bathroom no ac in the driver's lounge. Just bad!!!! Negative 10 stars.

Not sure why all the negativity with this place. At 4am the staff was very nice. From the guard to the receivers office. Plenty of room to maneuver around. Got in the door checked in and by the time I walked back to the truck they already unloading me! Thanks Walmart!

Walmart security at gate wonderful, the receiving clerks are absolutely horrible. 5:25 a.m. January 4. I am waiting to get to window to check in they will not attend to me. Yet 2 guys walk in to check out. The black receiver clerk dismisses me yet attends the people checking out. I hate Walmart, I will start denying a load when it comes here.Worst dock door area possible, they don't assign you a door. They tell you what doors you can get into and you basically have to go watch and wait for your door.

You will love this place if you have midnight to 5 am delivery.Otherwise, you will have to wait longer.No truck stops to 50 miles.Gas station hai 4 to 5 parking.

THEY TAKE FOREVER and don't call when paperwork is ready. SMALL truck stop with parking down the road from receiver. You better be checking on it or you'll never leave. I was there over 5hrs waiting to get unloaded 🇭🇳👍🏽😎👍🏽🇭🇳

Had a 6 am appointment of course I’ll pull up 5 AM. I’m always an hour early and get to the dock door. No problem I have a frozen load of bread everything going smooth. so i dolly down and pull forward u know walmart policy. turn in paperwork. now i have a second drop which i put on paperwork. so i figured i’ll be in and out fairly quickly. we 3 hours go by so i lay down. wake up 5 hours later. still no phone call. so now i make my way back to the receiving office. The lady tells me still not ready, so I’ll go back to my truck and wait another hour I’ll come back to the receiving office again. The lady tells me I’m gonna be honest with you they took your whole load off and did not read the paperwork that you had another drop so now they’re trying to get the product that you need for your other drop back on your trailer. it’s took them 10 1/2 hours and they also marked that I was 21 cases short, and when I got to my second drop those 21 cases was left on the back of my trailer which caused me to wait around to find out what they wanted me to do with the 21 cases which made me miss my next load They need all the help they can get down here. I bet if they paid more they would get a better quality of workers.

Very nice location and very friendly staff security is very cool but they have big line for check in always . I did 1 hrs before appointment check in they gave me door right away back on door axle all the way back landing gear down chok trailer wheel disconnect air lines park in bobtail parking and go to office check in overthere they are also very nice cool I don’t know name for her but she is very nice and friendly she is on second window when you enter in office like all the way end in office and when unloading finish they csll you and also get text msg and also they don’t have night parking but i saw couple trucks park on close this location i think its small gas stations and i have appointment 4:30 pm and I check in 3:30pm and check out at 6:30pm but i read comments everyone says they took too long but honestly this is time i spend overthere but just i have one issue here the security give me door i come to this door dor back in but already Walmart trailer on that door i talk to yard employees yellow truckers who move the trailers from dock he is black guys he told me he can move then i wait for him but he gone not come back 20 minute wait for him but he not come back then i talk to someone and I back in to different door and let them know in office but its not big deal everything fine

Guard shack had a nice gentleman coming in and going out. Not sure why everyone hates it here. Allowed to check in an hr early. I had no problem with a door. I was assigned a door. Door was open. They started unloading quickly. I was out before my appointment time. Lots of space. Very large docks. And simple backingNot really sure why everyone is mad.

The worst place for delivery!!! Appointment was 6:30 pm, checked in 05:44pm and got paperwork 12:09am !!!Will do report to my dispatch that I'll not accept any further deliveries to Walmart.Honestly, all my other deliveries to Walmart the same thing.

Check in at 1130, let you line up on side the driveway. Guards are nice, assign you a door at gate, break seals back in door, then bring to driver check in. Bring you your paperwork, Was only there for 2.5 hours.

The most idiotic place ever. A huge number of drivers spend waiting time. the trailer must be unhooked and parked separately. after five hours of waiting, I took a picture of my trailer inside, it was standing and working empty. I went several times to pick up BOL, they answer not ready, we are working .. Very slowly, not organized. Bad place for drivers.. There is nowhere to park overnight or wait. In the town, all possible corners and intersections are occupied by trucks. Arrive an hour before the apoitment. I can keep you for 30-40 minutes at the entrance, then a queue at the office, then wait in line when a free door appears and then take BOL to the office. Dumb system.P.S. Another driver came to the office with a question: I brought 2 pallets and have been sitting here for 3 hours when they let me go. I showed him a photo of my empty trailer and explained that my trailer had been empty for more than two hours, but I couldn't pick up my BOLs.About twenty minutes after I received a message from them that my trailer was unloaded, I could not pick up BOL. I stood at the window showing them the message and couldn't pick up my documents.

horrible place. drive was empty within 45 mins and waited 3 hours just to get his paperwork. how do u unload a truck within an hour and make him wait 3 hours to get his paperwork. seems like they need to get organized better.

Expect to minimum 5 hours to unload you. Make sure you get here earlier. Possibility to stuck on the gate. Very slow. I have got in to the dock 5 hours still sitting waiting for paperwork. Avoid to come.

I came 6 am for my 7 am appointment. They told me my appointment was 3 am and that I need to reschedule my appointment. My customer send wrong appointment time. But you can help me unload me without appointment but Walmart policy is weird. You need appointment no matter what..

so far my appointment was at 12:00am… been here since 11:50pm… they tell you to pull to the side and wait for a door!! no doors are available !! drivers are fighting over who was first .. it’s not as organized as the other walmarts.. more trucks are pulling in.. and no trucks are pulling out the dock!!! but they unload you fast.

Been here many times, this is the worst place. Nothing like Walmart. 1 h before apt. and 5-6 h to unload plus 1 hour before apt. Takes 7-8 h to unload 12 pallets. What management Walmart have?
