The address is incorrect.. it's right next to the Marathon on U.S. 231.. I googled the location and it says it should be 7536 U.S.-231 Brundidge..Anyway I had the 3 piece chicken tenders combo and it was freshly cooked and delicious.. service was great and the place was clean.. I was there about 4:00pm so it wasn't busy at all.. there's truck parking in the back in a dirt lot that really needs to be graded because of potholes.. room for about 8 trucks or so..

The blonde lady behind the counter was very rude to fellow employees. It took 15 minutes to get our order. Then I had to get another soda which took another 6 minutes now my food is cold. Orders were 15+ minutes back ordered. Lines at the counter and lines outside waiting on the food.Will not go to this one ever again.

If I could rate this place a negative zero I would. This is the worst Hardee's I have ever seen in my life. Trust me, I don't eat here often, but I work nearby, so at times I find myself hungry with no other options in this small town to choose from. I have to wait a long time EVERY time I come here. EVEN IF NOBODY ElSE WAS AHEAD OF ME. Not the cleanest place. Bathrooms disgusting. Place looks condemned overall. Customer service sucks. Food sucks. Sandwich is thrown together very sloppily. As if someone was having a food fight. The only reason the fries are always fresh is because they always have to cook them every time I come. They never have anything stocked and fresh ready to go. They really need to tighten up at this place. And get the staff in order.

Kudos to the staff when I walked in. Very friendly. Y’all go buy some food to help this place out because they been working for weeks now without AC. It was nice and toasty in there when I walked in and probably way worst back I in the kitchen . The owner is probably going to have to start a hot yoga night here soon to help fix this AC or get a spa going in the back. Anyway hope it gets fixed soon!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I drove through and no one was in line but the employee said there is a hold please wait. Several minutes later they took my order and waited at the window to pay for 7 minutes. I’ve been to this particular Hardee’s several times before and it’s never a pleasant experience. I would not have even stopped here if I didn’t have a screaming hungry kid in the back.

Worse fast food service. They served all the drive thru customers and had us wait 20 mins to take our order. I asked the manager (didnt give name/female 5pm on 2/17/23) If they are serving the drive thru first, she said yes and I would have to wait. We were the only ones in the dine in area but several cars outside. I was going to stand in the drive thru just to get served but my husband said they look like they will spit in our food.Went to Subway instead.

The chicken strips were amazing but the tea was old or maybe the container hadn't been cleaned because there was a funky taste and floaties in it. They have truck parking which was great for me and my husband as we drive a truck and had a delivery right up the street. They allow you to do walk up and order because you cannot go inside and order and sit down and eat. When they came outside to bring us our order they forgot our drink but we reminded them and they went and got our drink for us. We got the onion rings and they were nothing to write home about I wish I had tried the fries. The young person who took my order was very pleasant and polite but no name tag so I couldn't thank them here. There's a good chance we will be delivering here again so I will most likely be eating here again. Overall it was good I can't complain really other than the small complaints I've already listed. Definitely worth going to in a pinch. Maybe next time I'll try there ice cream, I saw that they have soft serve. Thank you Hardee's for allowing truck drivers to park and order I'm grateful y'all are here.

Ended up going through the drive thru twice just to order. The lady at the window said it didn't ding the first time we came through but she got the car behind us. My husband and I went through the second time and we were able to order he got a monster burger and I got two of the small cheeseburgers. Never in my life and the fact I even worked fast food. Haven been given the worlds greasest monster to the point where it dropped out of the wrapper. It was as if they had literally dipped it into a vat of grease and called it done. The small cheeseburgers were at least edible and not as greasy if even at all. This particular location and the one in Troy need to be greatly overhauled and restaffed with better people than whom was working today. Also no one needs that greasy of a product served to them. It is both unhealthy and very uninviting

This is by far the worst place to try to get food I the evening. They take 20+ minutes just to take your order and make it a point to tell this when you pull up. Then after waiting forever to have my order taken I was told that they do offer any of the chicken items on their menu.

All Professions have the Bad Apples.However; blocking all parking of Semi?I will say that as long as you have a Complete Block on Semis parking in your Lot?I will not be buying Food there.Essentially since you have a Wal-Mart Distribution Center not even 2 miles away.Added after reply.Websites for Company reviews?Is Disrespectful.

Not sure this place was open at 6 pm on Friday, I knocked on the door and the drive thru window, no one answered also called, it went to voicemail said we can’t talk now. Watched others drive up and then leave. If I could give negative stars I would. Never got waited on.

This pertains to the Brundidge store... I ordered 2 #1 Combo's. No one was ahead of me and one vehicle behind me. I was asked to pull up and they would bring me out my food. I waited nearly 15 minutes when I received my order. I figured it would be fresh and very hot.... Both Burgers was cold as if they had been in a cooler and the fries were as cold as the Burger. When paying nearly $17.00 for 2 Combo's you'd think you'd get at least lukewarm food. Instead I received cold food and had to wait for it. Very disappointed but I must add that the sweet tea was really good.

I have never had an issue at a Hardee's until I visited this one. Out of tenders, out of sweet tea, out of hi-C. Ordered our food. Pulled up to window to a not so friendly associate Elizabeth, paid and received our drinks. Asked for ranch to go with our meal and she replied with pull forward to curb, no one was behind us until 2 mins later and they also were told to pull forward behind us.. 15 mins later she brought our food out, I am livid. My fries were cold!!! Not warm, not crispy. Soggy cold fries. No one likes cold fries with their burger. NO ranch. Just a Luke warm burger. Oh and when do we get charged for pickles on a kids burger that is supposed to come with pickles already. But wait, we cannot complain because the inside was closed!!! Couldn't pull back around because there was a long line and we heard her saying we have alot of orders coming through and there were 2 cars pulled up. I had no patience to wait to fix it for another however long that would have been in addition to new food or a refund (which I would like to get back my money $30).

The lady in the drive thru was short with us. No manners or friendliness at all. Biscuits were hard and I'm pretty sure the gravy gave my sister mild food poisoning. We will not be eating at this Hardee's again.

There was a time when I absolutely loved Hardee’s Brundidge AL has ruined that almost every time I have visited today I visited to spend my hard earned money only to order at the drive thru and only customer there. I reached the window sat there for some time and then asked for my order again ( 3 employees, 1 customer) finally get my food with way too much salt …again, had to ask for my drink after being dismissed and the window clerk says let’s not get in that big rush as it is taking 5 times longer to get a tea. Needs to be closed!!!

The lady at the register was so unaccomodating and accommodating to a certain group of individuals. She seemed really bothered to do her job. Never again for me my 1st and last maybe it was the location but still...Pick anywhere but here. Thanks

What a dump. 20 minutes wait time for chicken that the batter had lumps when fried making the breaded crust hard as rocks. Apple pies were cooked with old oil that the first bite was like eating an old pecan. Stay away and drive 10 minutes north to Troy AL

I guess the cinnamon raisin biscuits are served cold now!?! I’ve ordered them twice and both times stone cold! I even had to wait on them. They don’t believe in giving stirrers with your coffee. They also need to fix the pot holds in their parking lot.

They need alot of help. First they left a sandwich off of our order which only had 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Fries were cold. Noticed another customer having to go back in, as we came from getting our order corrected, to get his order fixed. Definitely wait for the next eating place down the road.
