Stephanie Gonce that's crazy something like that happened cause every time I have been there the employees have always been polite and courteous and willing to go the extra mile for me ...it may be a drive for me but would rather visit this family dollar rather than any other location and of course this store has the best manager available and she has over 30 years experience..love this place

Notice the grit on the floors soon as I walked in. Grabbed a few 1$ toys and some clothes. When I went to check out the cashier to busy talking to another employee about how money is coming up missing out of the drawers to pay attention to what she was doing. The cashier kept dropping my things while bagging. Once I got to the car I went to separate the clothes from the toys and noticed one of the toys was missing but was rang up on my recipe. I went back inside to ask if the toy was on the floor and the cashier was very snippy and said everything was in my bag. I went out to the car to check again and I couldn't find it. Went back in the store to repurchase the toy and the cashier was rude to me when again I suggested she look on her side for the missing toy.As I was leaving she hollers in a mocking tone "Make sure you come back"Upper Management needs to retrain the employees because the current state of the store and customer service is severely lacking.
