My wife and I came up to Walmart and did some shopping. The store appears to clean however the grocery store section seems under-stocked As we were looking for meats I saw the ham pictured below in their meat case. We chose a different ham in a different case. The produce section food appeared okay got it home within 48 hours and the food was going bad. I have never had this issue when going to a Walmart for groceries. It is almost the food that was out of temperature before being stocked. The health department needs to do something before someone gets sick or dies from food poisoning.

I went in today to buy a spray that kills mold and can be used on canvas. I know Walmart carries it because my sister buys it to use on her boat seats. I have a hard time walking but had to walk around that store ten times to find it. I stopped at least six different employees and asked if they would please look it up. None did. They just kept telling me to try this department and when I would get there someone else would tell me to go back to the department I just came from. No help. I found it myself in the home improvement section. The lady in camping was particulary NOT helpful. The level of laziness is SAD!!!

This place is so horrible and just very unprofessional at self check out. Literally u was Christmas shopping. And it was a few 50$ things it was only a 200$ order and they literally had 4 employees over there scanning my cart. Like wow that’s sad !!! I feel like I was being racially discriminated honestly. I won’t be going there again this is like the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me and it also has happened to my family members it’s sad.

It's wal mart.. it is always dirty.. it is had to find anyone to help navigate the store. And 9 times out of 10.. I am stuck scanning and bagging my own products. Hate this chain with a passion... but unfortunately, they have killed off just about all the independent stores.

They don't carry hardly anything most people want want and are used to buying. And the prices have gotten so high I can shop at a grocery store and pay less. Especially on meat. And then, they want to sell everything in bulk not caring about the small families. Walmart sucks!

This is a good WalMart. Clean and well stocked.This store has typical WalMart goods, and also groceries.A good place but I think the vegetables are pricier than other local stores.Overall a nice and well run Walmart

Big thanks to Chuck and Nancy in the Auto department. We had a blow out on our trailer and they went out of their way to help us get back on the road to our vacation! Their kindness during all the chaos showed us that there is still good people out their in this scary world these days!

Like a big lots, in the ghetto.horrible worker's horrible stocking procedures. Worker's constantly on phone act like it's a problem to talk to you. Order what you need or order store to store.

This Walmart is generally dirty and disorganized. Finding an associate is like pulling teeth and when you do find them they generally can't or won't help you.

Be cautious because online prices differ from in store prices. Other than that customer service is great. Associates are easygoing and very personable. Very knowledgeable and understanding to all of your needs...

I loving shopping the clearance trio aisles (home, garden and food). Really helps out when your on a budget such as I am and having to buy gifts for the grands, or finding Mark downs in groceries.So I just want to say Thank you for setting those aisles up for us that shop them. I would have given Wally world for stars, but their prices are outrageous and on top of everything else the air conditioning is awful. This is one place where senior citizens in people that are unable to have air conditioning should be able to come to and have some kind of comfort during these unusually hot days. At least while they're shopping

Was always clean when going to this store. Aisles were wide, associates were polite and very helpful.June 3,22- site was again very clean, talked to, and asked questions; very polite associates- especially Natasha, thank you- and was better stocked than Monroeville Walmart..Plus, what a burger is right next door!Will definitely be returning..Jan.6,22- still very well stocked, including fresh and great produce section.. still very clean and polite associates..09.02.23- Chuck in automotive was amazing. Somebody give him a raise and insure to retain him. Was very helpful, easy to work with, had ties done in no time; even with it being a weekend, and customer flow was huge, the auto shop was servicing everyone quite rapidly. Will DEFINITELY return for future purchases, thank you!11.14- well laid out, very open and clean; very well stocked, associates were very pleasant, especially young lady stocking produce.. will be back.

Normally I don’t have too many problems with my pickup at the Wally World in Brewton Al. Yesterday was a SNAFU day for pickup. I was scheduled to pickup groceries at 4PM for my 91 year old mother. I arrived at around 4 with expectations for pickup. The area of pickup was chaos. Every parking spot full. I tried to check in and was told it would be a few minutes they were running behind. About 5 minutes later I received an email that my order was delayed 2hours! WHY WHY the excuse they were shorthanded. I noticed everyone coming out to deliver to cars had both arms and hands. I suspect it was failure by the manager to schedule enough people to work. I usually dislike WM but now I truly despise them. They really are the death of small town America.

The auto center took care of us on a trip home from the bay. We had a flat tire on the interstate, and they got us taken care of quickly as possible and back on the road. Mary was kind and polite and made sure we were taken care of. My wife and I even had a great "date" with walmart deli food sitting in the auto center.

Bout like you would expect. They couldn't find my order for about 45 minutes, then it took them and extra 45 longer to mount and balance 2 to tires. Now all I have to do is go back down there and make them balance the tires correctly so they don't shimmy!

I ran in to buy a baby shower gift. I get up front and they have 2 registers open and both have a long line. I had to go to self checkout, which I hate.I get my stuff rang up and realize I am on a self checkout that only takes cards, no cash. I intended to pay cash. So I had to pay with my debit card. I keep telling myself that I am going to stop going to Walmart. I work in a grocery store and when I go shopping I don't go to work. I feel like if I am good enough to spend my money at your business then you should be good enough to have a human being wait on me. For Pete's sake people it's the first Saturday of the month, put some extra people on those registers.

Don’t shop here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I placed a pick up order hours before close for the available slot. I received a text that my order was delayed by 2 hours. I received no communication from them beyond that text. I called the store starting an hour and half before close and not single number was answered. Walmarts customer service suggested I go up there.So we go up there and my bf is told they are gone and there’s nothing anyone can do. You can charge my account for $175 but can’t walk to the area they store the orders and get it? They didn't offer any help or a solution instead I was told to come back tomorrow morning because they were closing. They also said they’ve been in trouble for doing this before so apparently this is normal behavior.Oh look as I’m writing this my order is ready! At 11:50 pm…an hour after the store closed. Oh great, I wonder if I should rush up there and get it? 🙄Absolutely ridiculous. I have filed a complaint with the FTC who incidentally sued Walmart last year.

I waited 10 minutes to buy a money order. The lady the Walmart employee working at the money center on Tuesday around 2.The lady she was waiting on made another request and told her "you can wait on him cause this might take a while".The Walmart employee responded "he can wait".15 minutes later she called a supervisor and asked how to do what she had been working on for 15 minutes. I know that I was treated like that because the Walmart employee hates white people.Had a black person been treated as I was there would be lawsuits..As a white person I can only boycott Brewton Walmart and send a complaint to Walmart headquarters in Arkansas..

Poor stocked Walmart. Went in there for their fresh deli bread and none in sight as well as no donuts. Just because it’s a Saturday doesn’t mean that you don’t make these items. Not to mention that when I checked out of self checkout this employee stood over me to ensure I was scanning every item like I have a need to steal from Walmart!! Poor customer service.

I was able to get in and get what I needed to get through the cashier who was extremely nice to me and I appreciated that and I got my vehicle loaded with my groceries and came home. Walmart made it a very pleasant experience. I say that because I'm a widower and I haven't done a lot of shopping on my own I'm just learning. The staff and workers are extremely helpful
