I used to work here years ago, and had a rough experience with “management” in which I resigned shortly after. I come in occasionally and every time it is a mess. Completely unorganized with only one register open.The employees are always quite loud with vulgar language. If there was some ambience or music it at least you might could ignore it.Today, me and my sister were at the register waiting while a middle aged African lady was just chatting and walking about, not coming to assist us while another lady was on her phone. Finally, she came to check us out and proceeded to scan all our items as slowly as possible.I put my card in and got distracted for a minute because I was untangling something from my hair, and she snapped and said “it’s asking you a question”I held my tongue, but I should’ve remarked that I was clearly occupied and that she could wait if WE waited for her. It was only a minute, when she took 5 to care for the customers.Unacceptable behavior and I know it all comes down to management and poor pay.I’ve been a manger multiple times and the customer always comes first.I wasn’t rude whatsoever and never am even when others are disrespectful to me. Employees are human too, but professionalism and courtesy must remain a priority.The employees will probably be happy to know that I will not be returning again, because I cannot say I’ve had a single good experience in this store as an employee and a customer over the years.I had hoped the environment would change after my report to HR years ago…

The workers there are always nice and the store is organized as well as it can be, although the selection of freight is not always great. There are hardly ever any storage organization bins and there are a lot of things I have seen in other Dollar Trees that the one in Brewton never has. I am fully aware that this is not the fault of the staff. On another note, I always go there to do my Operation Christmas Child shoebox and I get anything and everything I can before I attempt Walmart. I'm a big Dollar Tree fan. I love the Brewton store other than the limited selection

Went in there last night for 2 items with my mom we both made purchases. The people in front of us had a cart full which is not the problem. There was only one register open and we stood in line more than 10 minutes because cashier Valerie was talking to them about a dog instead of trying to quickly check them out. She called the manager on duty I guess that's who she was and she didn't do a thing.

It's the only Dollar Tree around. Naturally the prices her great. Merchandise is ok. Store is too cramped and there are Never Enough shopping carts. Customer service at least a smile and hello would be nice from the staff.

Well the lady in the store made me do her job meaning I bought the small basket you carry to the counter and placed my things on the belt for her to scan and she asked me to put it on the other register when she could have clearly took it and put it behind her. That is not my job and I don't obey casper the ghost man y'all got to do better here in alabama. I'm going to go back to the store to check her temp again. Smh don't recommend this store at all.

The seasonal aisle was very depleted. Parts of the store were very messy and other parts not too bad. The employees were talking the whole time I was in there, and I was the only one in there.

This trip I was shopping for pet food bowls, and they had several different ones to choose from. Good quality too for $1.00! This is also a great source for holiday related candies!

I absolutely love my Dollar Tree friends!!!! They greet me as soon as I enter the store, share recipes with me, keep me posted on items I've been watching for, and are always ready to share a laugh together.

Get a early jump on monthly items, they have the coolest things for crafts. Great employees an way cheaper then the big store next door!

Lady at the register named Andrea busy ordering chicken on the phone while checking customers out. When I asked her please pay attention to her job so I could get out of the store I thought she was going to flipping explode. She didn't look like she could count money let alone count change and order chicken. She snatched my stuff off the register and barked orders for someone else to come check me out while another 400 lb women who was employed there just sat on a chair watching the whole altercation. The whole thing proceeded to get loud where I asked her name so I could call corporate. She began announcing very loudly that I could call corporate because "she was the best thing that ever happened to dis store". Ironically she showed up to work in a du(sp?)rag. Apparently something you wear when you decide to put no effort into your hair or job. Think I'll just head to Wal-Mart next door from now on.

great store always in and out way faster than walmart they are a larger store with only two cashiers would much rather shop at the brewton dollar tree than walmart...Manager here is friendly along with the people that work here great enviroment all around..
