I'm not from this area but we'll NEVER STOP AGAIN a copy of ticket cause someone needs to do something with that thing . No business working with public with that stuck up mess

For a Walmart they don't have a good selection of merchandise. The staff is as nice as you can expect. It is a fairly rural location and needs updating inside the store. There was a new construction going on across the parking lot so you can expect some changes.

Everyone at this location is so pleasant. They remember you from your last visit and always make sure I’m finding everything okay. The store is well organized and I always see the associates working I stocking, cleaning, or being of assistance.. I really enjoy this location.

I rate this Walmart an 78 percent, their milk (chocolate) they limit your choice or only carry the cheapest brand, they used to have a selection to choose from. And I noticed customer service will not order any thing for you.. they tell you to do it yourself..

Charles is the manager there and he was so very helpful to me and helped out with a patio set that I was not able to fit in my car and held it for me until I could get back to get it. It was a blessing. I am not from that area and was passing through while helping my sister move so it was definitely not my normal store but I will make sure anytime that I am passing through Brent to stop by and give them my business.

Went to get groceries and look at the receipt only to see that I was taxed twice. When my husband went to take care of that they asked if he was sent by an employee. Sounds fishy. Sounds like Walmart is trying to steal money from customers.

It's Wal-Mart it is what it is. I don't mind self check out if I just grab a few items. However, if I have a cart full of groceries, I prefer full service checkout. That is usually impossible here. I don't appreciate having to check myself out, then have someone do a quality control inspection on my checkout skills at the door. If you wanna check my work, put me on the payroll!

This Walmart is always clean and well organized. The workers are very helpful and when I see them they are actually working. They seem to enjoy their jobs and try to make your shopping experience a pleasant one.

Great experience. It was busy however there were plenty of employees working with plenty of cash registers open. The buggy boy named Ronald was so polite, and such a gentlemen. He assisted across the crosswalk and helped me get a buggy. Still a great place today. And Ronald is still there yay!!

It's not as big as some super center Walmarts. It only has one entrance aside from the garden center. Sometimes this location may not have things that the bigger Walmarts do but it's convenient for those of us who live in Brent or in surrounding areas. Sometimes prices drop quicker than the bigger Walmarts. I found a pair of jack skeleton socks for .50cents. I saw the same pair at Tuscaloosa Walmart on clearance for $3.00. This picture was taken as the store was repainting.

It is a blessing that we have this service here in Brent, AL . I was traveling to Tuscaloosa. Everything is a 5 to me excellent. The employees are so friendly.Jennifer and Drusilla are so friendly and polite. I will continue to shop there because it is convenient for me.
