Good food, fast service and small town charm. Check out this unique country store. They serve up breakfast, hot lunches and at a reasonable price. Convenient stop on Highway 331if you are headed to or from the beach. You can gas up your vehicle and pick up a few grocery items. I enjoyed my Chicken Tender Salad today and Diet Mountain Dew.We tried the breakfast in June 2023 and it was excellent! The biscuit was hot, soft and crumbly in my sausage, egg and cheese breakfast biscuit. The flavor of the sausage was fantastic. The hash browns are extra crispy. This is a great place to stop to pick up breakfast.

Clean restrooms, great little restaurant/convenience store (family run) with AMAZING chicken strips and great food prices!! We all agreed, batter on the chicken was some of the best we’ve had in the southern US. Everything was hot and fries were well seasoned. Fresh ingredients on the burgers, but the burger patties could use some more seasoning! Would definitely stop here again! Yum!

I try Nashville Hot Chicken whenever it's on the menu. This place had the best recipe I've tried so far. Better than Prince's Chicken and Hattie B's. If you are driving by and like chicken tenders of any kind, this is a winner.

I was pleasantly surprised, by the decor, of the Old Gin Creek. This store, also has a small restaurant inside. With a few, booths and tables. Couldn't believe, that a famous man, was there also. As a matter of fact, he was standing near the entrance to greet customers. Just check out my photos, and you'll see him in the last picture.

Dropped in by complete chance on a road trip and truly enjoyed this very authentic Southern roadside stop. We had the Philly steaks which were done just fine: the restrooms were so clean; and the variety of odd items for sale ranging from Jam to ammo was amusing and fun. People were upbeat, and the staff was wonderful.

Stopped here on our way home from vacation for gas and restroom. Everything was so clean and the good smelled so good we decided to get lunch to go. We got the best BLT, burger and chicken tenders I've had in a long time. Tasted like my grandma's cooking. Definitely worth the stop!

This store is a well kept up and over all a decent store. Has the nicest employees there and they help you out right away and the gas prices are reasonable as well. I like stopping to get there biscuits in the morning sometimes because they are really good.

Cute place to stop for gas, food, and restrooms! Everyone was very friendly! Food was delicious! Bathrooms very clean! Noticed while we were there someone sanitizing the bathrooms after the rush. It will definitely be our go to stop to and from Florida.

Best fish ever! Stopped here when passing thru. They sold a lot of jams, one called Monkey Butter I expected it to taste more like banana but it was way too sweet. Strawberry jam was very sweet too and almost overpowered that fruit taste. The place seems like a local community and family friendly hangout. Bathrooms are nice and clean if you're passing thru.

One of the best spots on the trip. If you have never dropped in this Little Country Store it is a must. For Gas Restrooms, Good Food And Awesome Customer Service. They also sell hunting and fishing supplies. VERY VERY CLEAN PLACE. Small town

On your way to Panama City Beach, FL just as you’re leaving Brantley, AL please be sure to stop at this nondescript store. The Old Gin Creek Country Store has all that you’d expect in an old country store and more. It was early August when we visited and I was in awe of everything they had available. As a visitor, they had a great selection of Costa gear, fishing tackle, toys for our kids, and plenty of souvenirs to choose from. I purchased a purse that was made from a recycled U.S. Army bag. I had been seeing these priced almost 3X’s the amount they were charging. They were so polite and helpful. I just think had we not needed a break from the drive, we would have never learned about this great little country store. We will definitely make this a destination stop on our beach trips.
