Slowest place on earth. I understand they're short handed, but one girl couldn't even type in numbers/ letters on the keyboard because she had 3 inch stupid nails. Kept having to delete, backspace, type in again.Then she just stares at the monitor for minutes, then has to ask the pharmacist. She never asks for my ID which is required.Also why does the amount of refills never match the quantity remaining on the script??????COURTNEY and BRITTNEY ARE the best

Doctor called in a new prescription on Friday! They still didn’t have it filled on the following Monday evening. Even after being told on the phone it would be ready by 5-5:30! Sat in drive tru line for 25 minutes before going inside only to be told it still wasn’t filled! I was vivid! Was told I could wait another 10-20 minutes and they could fill it, or I could come back tomorrow and pick it up! But the girl working could not or would not tell me what time I could pick it up the next day! Rude employee in the pharmacy and I was already upset with being told it would be ready at a certain time and got there and had to wait an additional 10-20 minutes! After already waiting in drive tru for 25 minutes! For a prescription that they had since the previous Friday! This pharmacy is a terrible place! If it was my choice they would have definitely lost my business!

If I could give 0 stars. I would. They are slow. They never have enough staff. No wonder the turnover in staff is constant. They close the drive-thru whenever they want. It's a horrible pharmacy, but with monopoly type corporate power behind it, nothing will change. I have no idea why they even built two drive-thru lanes to begin with. The company never had any plans to actually offer such good service! I went just now to pick up my wife's prescriptions that her app said would be ready at 3:00. It was 5:00 and I waited behind 5 other vehicles only to be told to come back in 20 minutes. I looked the clueless staff member in the eye and said I'll be back, but you are horrible, and Walgreens Boaz, AL is horrible!

When other pharmacies talk bad about ya,that's bad I will NEVER GO BACK TO BOAZ WALGREENS AGAIN!! Gave me a partial, came 2 get the rest she tried 2 give me another partial. After getten a email all my meds were filled, an how many. Most unprofessional place I've been 2 n a while. Definitely callen the medical board. That chick wit the cheap head band, I'm maken it a mission 2 get u fired.

I was on the phone on hold for over an hour just to call to update my insurance on my prescription refill just to get hung up on!! Terrible customer phone service!! I called a second time and had to wait even longer and still couldn’t talk to anyone!!!

The store employee are great. The problem lies with the pharmacy. Ive been lied to, made to wait because of it. Now they don't even tell me I couldn't get a refill for multiple days. I would run out the day they're supposed to get it in. So any delay would be extremely dangerous. You think they would plan accordingly or let you know so you can go to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever! Never seem to have meds I need. Common sense would tell you that if the stock bottle is getting low on a frequently used antibiotic, IT JUST MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO REORDER BEFORE WE RUN OUT!!!!!! And someone could pick up the phone and call instead of allowing me to sit and wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes only to tell me you only have three tablets and I will have to make another trip tomorrow to get the rest. Will never use them again!

This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the country. I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy over a year ago because of how I was repeatedly treated by the pharmacist at this location at that time and their constantly rotating staff. Today I had finally decided to get my Covid shot and which brand shot I wanted so after spending hours researching they were the first that could get me in locally so I thought I'd give it a go while I had the nerve to do so. I showed up 3 minutes later than I should've, I admit that's on me, but it took 15 minutes for the younger blonde female working the register in the pharmacy to clear the 1 person ahead of me which was only paying for her prescriptions for me to be able step up to tell her that I'm here and ready to get the Covid shot which I scheduled online. She proceeded to tell me after checking that the shots they have were expired for the day and they would not open a new vial, that I could come back tomorrow. I simply explained that I couldn't and this would likely cause me not to get the shot at all as it's taken me months to get the nerve to get the shot to begin with. She was insanely rude interrupting me then proceeded to spout off to me using a condescending tone "Well, YOU were the one that was late!" Now again, I admit that I was 3 minutes late, but it took her 15 minutes just to ring someone up. Seriously, 15 minutes just to ring her up. I was watching my watch because I was ashamed of being 3 minutes late. She then proceeded by telling me to "have a great day" in the rudest possible tone then followed laughing. This is only the 2nd time I've been able to leave my home in over a month. She has no idea how Covid has affected my life, people that I care about, or what changes and deaths it has caused in my life which has gotten me to a point that I can't leave my home. She could've taken a moment and discussed things politely with me even if she didn't have the ability to prepare another shot today. She had just wasted 15 minutes ringing someone up so it's clear she had nothing better to do than waste time. There were infinite other options for how she could've chosen to speak to me and 2 guys back there as well that could've stepped in, but nope, that was her and apparently their preferred approach. Guess I'll continue living in seclusion without human contact because she's done all she can to prove to me that people are much worse than some virus that has killed countless people worldwide. I'll never visit another Walgreens. This was definitely the final straw.

My wife has been here to the pharmacy a couple times in the last month and been treated with absolute disrespect. The ladies in the pharmacy are incompetent and rude. It takes them all day to fill prescriptions and when you ask them anything they “sigh” like it’s some huge inconvenience to answer a question. With all the bad reviews this store gets regarding the pharmacy you would think management would take a look. This is not the first time my wife has been treated poorly either. I will be placing a call to the corporate office. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Customer service needs attention, pharmacist lunch causes problems as the rest of the staff can’t do much during that time.. maybe add a second pharmacist during that time so business can continue and customers don’t have to wait.I am not a big complainer but todays service and the way it was handled was unprofessional.We will be changing pharmacies permanently.

I doubt there is enough space to write all I need to write. Drive thru slow but I have no problem since it is a convience thing. I give my scripts, give info and they tell me it will be an hour. I carry my sick self back home. I get a text my meds are ready. I wait in drive thru again. I get to the window and I am told my daughter script is $80. She has medicaid...no charge. They couldn't figure it out. Will fill tomorrow at our normal pharmacy. My scripts on good rx should be less than 20. They were 26. Oh well. I ask for cough drops. He said would take 5 minutes. Forget it. I gave them cash. Took 10 mjnutes....no joke to get my change. Never sgain!!

hardly answers phones and when they do you're on hold for at least 8 minutes. If you exceed those 8 minutes the phone hangs up on you and you're right back to having to call and hope someone answer

I was in line at the drive up window at Walgreens in Boaz Alabama today, waiting to drop off my prescriptions ,sitting behind two other customers, once I got to the window I ask for a price for the 2 prescriptions I was dropping off.. The lady told me their were two other people behind me and she don't have time to give me and price cause she had to wait on the other two cars behind me ! I explained I waited my turn in line and I needed a price quote and I also waited my turn in line and again she told me to pull to the side of the building and wait I ask how long do I wait ? she replied till I finish with the other cars behind you ( so I did) after a few minutes I had to go in and finish my business as I was ignored at the window. This is the 3rd time I have been treated in such a nasty way, I will take my business else where after today.,

If there is coupons attached to products in your store they should honor it. This is the second time I get to the register and am told the attached cupon is expired. I didn’t take it off to see this because you are not supposed to take them off. If they are expired PULL them from the shelf.

Anyone that sells beer and cigarettes to their patients doesn’t care about their patients. Try Boaz Discount drugs. They are locally owned and actually want the patient to live a long healthy life. The lady over FedEx shipping was rude. I will let UPS ship my package

If I could give them a zero I would!!! Slowest Walgreens I have ever been to.....they told me to come back in an hour.....after 2 hours it was still not filled....its ridiculous.....I will definitely not be back!!!

The pharmacy staff is very sweet and attentive. I am visiting from out of town and got sick and they went above and beyond to work with my doctor and my insurance the pharmacist and the techs were all so friendly kind despite the systems giving them problems
