Customers are ignored by 99% of staff including store management on every occasion. Don't expect eye contact, don't expect a greeting. What you can expect is overpriced items that are on average 22% more expensive at this location than anywhere else in a 10 minute drive. You can also expect when discussing your concerns of lack of customers service with the manager EXCUSES for not only his employees behavior but might I add his own. No apologies, clearly no corrective measures taken with the staff. Just poor excuse for customer service, the saddest produce section on this side of Marshall county, andoverpriced merchandise. I have you guys multiple chances to be better at acknowledging the individuals who choose to shop at the employee owned establishment.Might I suggest driving the additional minutes north to food city , where you receive proper customers service, sales on top of coupons, gas credits and the best produce.

The parking lot is horrible. the store is disgusting. the only silver lining was the very friendly cashier. she was older but so so sweet.

Only place around that will keep my Keto bread in stock!!! Walmart in Attalla just don't care. I make the drive just to go here.

I'm from out of town, but when I visit we go to this store for groceries. Normally, when I go in, the staff is amazing and so friendly. But today, the little girl at the register was more rude than friendly. I will go back but will not go through her line again. I'd rather wait in another line and have a friendly cashier, than be treated like they don't want my business.

Very nice girl at check-out! Store was clean and bright! Years ago I left 5 stars. Now just one star. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars in this store. We are moving, so I called and they said they would reserve some for me. I went in the store to get them and they acted so annoyed that I would presume to ask for boxes! Went to the back and none were there. They didn't even say sorry. I will never set foot in this store again.

Really nice, clean store. All the employees are friendly. Food selection isn't wonderful but if you just need several things, it's a great store for running to. You usually don't have a wait time in line.

Went in for a single orange. Came out with two oranges...they were the best looking oranges I'd ever seen. I don't even LIKE oranges, but these looked super tasty. I love the home-y feel of this store. It feels like how stores felt when I was growing up in the 90s - small enough to be manageable but big enough that you'll find what you need. Everyone is always so nice there, too!

Just a small Town grocery store but it still has a decent selection. Fresh meat with the best prices in town. Fresh quality produce at reasonable prices. Friendly staff at a clean well kept location. Overall a pleasant experience. I will be a repeat customer. See y'all at the pig!

This is my hometown grocery store I will continue shopping with them even though I cannot give them five stars and the reason being the workers are not always friendly sometimes a lot of them have attitude they don't always tell you thank you have a great day and another thing that really irritates me is I have children and as a single mom I get food stamps so when I'm paying with my food stamp card there's a lady in there that circles my EBT balance and it's just the one lady that does it and for me personally I don't like that I don't feel like it's anyone at that store's business how much EBT is left on my card so for me personally I'd appreciate it if she didn't do that

I'm a diet Coke and diet Dr pepper junkie, so I scan all the ads for all the stores every week to find the best deals. This week it was Piggly wiggly! And while I was there I love to pick up a cake fresh baked and a couple of loaves of fresh bread always cheap and always good.

Old grocery store that could use some updating, but does still have that nice old Southern small-town feel. Just be sure to check the expiration date on everything you plan to buy beforehand. From my experience there are always quite a few things on the shelves that are out of date that have yet to be pulled from the shelf.

Best butchers and meat selections. Employees are friendly and there are always plenty of registers open to check out. Prices are fair and specials are great. This is my favorite local grocery.

I do say, the coleslaw here is to die for. I had a big old bowl of slaw this morning. My wife said she got it here at the Piggly wiggly. I am so impressed. We will be doing all of our grocery shopping from here on out at the Piggly wiggly. Thanks Piggly wiggly! -Otis

Store was clean and the employees appeared clean. Also, I saw them through the window before entering as they were disinfecting the cash register common area. This was reassuring during this pandemic. Items easy to find.

A decent Shopping experience here the parking lot can get kinda crowded sometimes.the produce section is not very good at all but overall the store is a okey store and the staff seems friendly.4 out of 5

Courtious staff, competitive prices, good selection, & clean. Does have electric carts. Has handicapped parking spaces right beside both entrances, plus some in the front of parking lot. Also does have a red light to get into & out of parking lot.

Smaller than Walmart, closer to home also. Very clean store. Staff is always helpful when asked. Wish their produce had a better selection. Prices are a bit higher than Walmart but I am willing to pay for the convenient location. They have a good selection of grocery needs.

I love this grocery store. This is our number one stop for groceries. The meat and produce is always good and fresh. They typically have some good sales, but what they lack in low prices they make up for in quality service.

Nice people, lots of selections, it's supposed to be one of the chepest groshery stores to shop at but I bought 6 items to make a fish sandwich and it cost me 47.00 dollars, don't think that's to cheep. They really need to lower there prices on some things or run better sales.
