This is a good place to deliver to but the reason for the three stars is the employees gather up on and around the steps at entrance to the building and smoking. They don't even move aside for you to enter. Upon leaving I had to walk around nine people lined up on the steps at the door. I am sure that a place away from the entrance could be made available for them to smoke.If I had needed the hand rail of the steps it would have been impossible to reach. I was unloaded in 1-1/2 hours waited another 3-1/4 hours to get the paperwork done. This was after paying for the lumper fee.

I love this company and their employees! They are all so sweet and caring. I suffered a medical episode at their site and the love and care I was exemplary. I highly recommend working with these amazing people.

The worst receiver in the world, the appointment was at 6 a.m., they started unloading at 10 a.m., finished at 12 p.m., now it's 4 p.m. they still haven't given the documents, but the lumpers was $335, when the workers walk, smoke, take breaks every 30 minutes and do nothing!

Who are these people saying this is a great place… wish I could give 0 stars. This was 1 of my top 10 worst receivers.8am appointment arrived at 7a gave me a door immediately. Had me unloaded by 830. However it’s 12p and I’m still waiting on paperwork. (How can it take more than 3hrs for paperwork, on a sealed load) Now I have a missed appointment fee from my next pick up.

I am here for delivery at 5.50 am got dor within 2 minutes when I was entering from 6.15 am to 11.30 am truck unloaded lumper fee charged but paperwork not ready hold me about 5 hour for paperworkPoor staff not professionalism

I deliver there often. It's a pretty nice place. The security check in is nice and friendly. They assign you a door and usually get you right in. The people in the shipping and receiving office are nice as well. The lumpers usually do a great job in a timely one too, they get it done. All n all a good place.

Checked in at 4am for 5am appointment. It is now 10am and I just received the lumper text to pay. Not sure what's going on here but unloads take entirely too long. Makes no sense to. Their needs to be a law in place to guarantee these shippers/receivers will have us IN and OUT within a certain time line or pay fee directly to carrier onsite before leaving. Update, it is now 11:30 and still onsite. Waiting on paperwork apparently. This has been one of the worse experiences I've ever had being off loaded. When asking for an eta on completion no one seems to know how much longer I will be here.

I arrived a little early for my appointment but they got me right on the door and had me unloaded in a couple hours. A good job overall I'd say. They don't take checks so had to call dispatch to pay by phone but that didn't take long either. One of the nicer places to deliver.👍

Arrived at 7am for appointment and got a door right away. Took about 45min for them to unload me. TOOK 4 HOURS FOR THEM TO COUNT THE PRODUCT AND SIGN MY BILLS. DIDN'T GET TO LEAVE UNTIL AROUND 1PM, because of this place I missed my next load!!

All good except for the unloading time. I paid the lumper over 2 hrs. ago and still have not gotten paperwork. I have been here for 6 hrs. and counting.

Get comfortable if u come here.. Showed up at 5:45am.. Appointment was at 6am.. Got straight into a Dock Door.. Had to pay over $200 for a lumper.. Been unloaded for 45 minutes now.. And still waiting on my Bills.. I will never ever come back here again..

Awesome place! Got there at 05:30 for 07:00 appointment, immediately got door. At about 09:30 started unloading, finished at 09:45. Received and paid lumper via text immediately. Got paperwork at 12:15. They destroyed my DOT clock, if you need a 10 hour break, this is your place. Will never unload here again.

I've delivered here a half dozen times. There's no staging area, no over night parking but they start at 4am. Appointment times might apply to some but for mine ,they receive until 11am. My appointment was 5am . I arrived at 830 and in a door. There's usually lumber fees because this is a grocery foods type distributor.

Not the fastest on unloading but they get the job done. Please try to be a little faster on getting the bol to the driver a little faster then a hour after pay for the lumper would be nice

Arrived 0530 for 0600 apt. Straight to door. Took ab 90 for them to start but was finished w bills at 0810. Not bad at all. I’ll come back. Bathroom and snacks available. Park on the off ramp from interstate. Only a few spots outside the gate. Wouldn’t count on them.

10/19/2023If you have time to burn, come on over !! If they get a Government load in, everything stops!! Are our loads not as important?? Arrive 7am (8am appointment) Get door right away. Finally done 11:30. 4 pallets. Went to check twice, & 1 time to use the John. Always 4-6 lumpers smoking & littering at the door. Management needs to make them a place away from drivers trying to enter & exit the receiving office. It stinks

Unloading fast appointment 8am so check in 6:50am check our 8:00 am not bad and no overnight parking . Security very friendly they give you door and when you back in then go to check in office for check in they call you when finish

Unloaded fast. Nice people. Clean restrooms. Food for sale if you don't have any. Paperwork takes a little longer to get. Some street parking maybe for about 6 trucks and some of those will have to go past the entrance so a u-turn is needed to get into entrance.

My experience with the management and delivery team has always been over and beyond expectations. I believe this to be due to being Birmingham based. When products have not been available due to supplier issues they have provided better alternatives. The rep has made personal deliveries on weekends. Their success comes from their customers success.

Arrived at 0715 unloading started at 0900 finished unloading at 0945 didn't receive bills until 1330. They only took 10 small pallets of my trailer. So why did it take 4 hours for them to check the bills? I have no idea. Also the gentleman that was working in was not very friendly and didn't want to explain what was taking so long. I will come back but I will plan to be there all day. And pray I have no more stops after it.
