They have always been very nice and if you ask them to stock an item they will. A bit over priced but that's what you get for conscience. They have a good wine and cold beer selection. Great for getting the basic needs around the house or sticking the pantry. They have a good supply of indie food.

Would give 5 stars if they remembered to ask you for your receipt, but overall they are better than any of the big name supermarkets nearby like Publix. Prices are close to Publix, with some products being cheaper and they have a good ambience too. They have everything you need except for meat. But, I don't eat meat, so I guess it's really convenient to have it so close to where I live.

Every neighborhood should have a "Wilson's". This is so convenient and friendly. They have a lil of everything. Absolutely perfect for us here!!!

Kind employees, convenient, and very fair pricing, especially compared to similar convenience stores in the area. There's a little something for everyone, especially weed smokers and folks who roll their own cigarettes. Tons of snacks, household items, even Hungry Man TV dinners and those giganteous burritos from back in the day. If you live nearby, is a terrific place to grab necessities without blowing money and getting treated like an inconvenience by the ghetto women at CVS.

Cons:. This is a typical Birmingham neighborhood store. They sell stolen merchandise, expired milk and dairy, unlabeled mystery meat, rotten potatoes, and food they make at home.Pros:. The beer prices are cheap or reasonable. The beer and wine selection is plentiful. They have about anything you could need, from motor oil to"tobacco" pipes. Everybody working there is very nice and seems actually happy.Funny gross: Their "deli" was deducted points for: washing and reusing disposable gloves for handling food...

Good. But i would be better if they bring Halal foods(slaughtered by Muslim law). Hundreds plus muslim students with families are residing near wilson.

Nice little corner market. Has a wide variety in the store and he is super nice. I see reviews about prices and in my opinion they’re right inline with any other downtown store in Bham. If you’re in the area swing by and check him out.

Wilson's is a great store to find just about anything you want. The milk isn't crazy expensive like you would think. The beer and wine are hardly any more expensive than the grocery store and given its location that's pretty great. Need some tp or scissors? Want to try some frozen Indian food? Pick up some drain cleaner or a notebook. They kind of have everything and if they don't let the owner know and he will order it. They have 12 pack of Sierra Nevada cans because years ago I brought it up. They could work on their protecting the neighborhood and calling the police.

This place sold me milk that had been expired for 6 days! I didn't realize it until after I took a gulp. I almost threw up. I took it back and he didn't want to give me my money back. He just wanted to exchange. He finally gave me my money back and said next time we can exchange as if they often sell spoiled milk. I just took my money and said don't worry, there won't be a next time.

This is my old neighborhood store & I miss it a lot honestly! You won't believe all the different options until you see it for yourself. Sometimes I'd find something that I'd just be shocked to find there. And the owner & night manager are great guys & SO nice! Man I miss Wilson's! 🙌 😍

The owner and the rest of the employees are really nice. This place is a bit cheaper than the gas stations around here. And they have a selection of Indian foods!

This market is the epitome of the old neighborhood store. You can buy anything from a cold drink to a washcloth or a first-aid kit. Nice folks too!
