I consistently visit Whole Foods for their pork meats, organic pasta sauce, and some lactose free dairy products. The staff's courteous manner at Whole Foods makes me feel special. Despite the distance from my town, the excellent food quality and service keep drawing me back.

I think this was like my second time going to the Whole Food Market. The first time I went, I only went to get some of their baked cookies. 🍪🍪This time, I decided to explore the entire store and OMG when I tell you it has everything you need! If you like organic products, then this is the spot for you! I saw food products I haven't seen before! 🤔 They also have a great selection of fresh fruits, seafood , pork, beef, pizza, wines, cheese and desserts! I was surprised to see that they had a hot food bar! 😁 I ended up getting a slice of pepperoni pizza. It was so good that I have already decided that I be going back to get a whole pizza! 🍕🍕 The atmosphere was so nice. I really just enjoyed walking around just checking out the different sections of the store to see what they had to offer. The store is very clean and organized! The store employees and cashiers are very friendly and helpful! Also, amazon prime members can get discount on certain items!👍 I will definitely be going back! 🙌

Nice store…some of their products are victims of inflation, shrinkflation. Especially in the bakery. Pictured is their Tres Leches. They cut the portion by 1/3 and increased the price by .79 or about 20%. Same for other items in the bakery. Reduce product size, increase price by 20%. Nice going Whole Foods.

This is my main grocery store for shopping. I love the products and the variety of items that they have available. I love all the organic options! The staff is always friendly and so helpful. While many of the products are quite expensive, I do find that they are the same as or less expensive on others - you just have to be selective. The breads that they bake there are amazing! The fruit is always delicious and the wide variety of veggies, especially the greens and root vegetables are my favorite. I highly recommend.

This review is strictly for the Amazon return area of the store. I had multiple items to return today, and instead of offering help, I was rudely directed to the self kiosk; the associate seemed extremely annoyed I had asked for help. Then, when I was finally complete, the associate again rudely told me I had to take my box back with me, and there is no where to throw away your trash from the plastic bags and stickers. Absolutely horrible customer service. If there is someone "working" the return counter they need to actually assist customers or why have someone there?

I had a great experience today! I went to the hot bar to get lunch and the food was fresh and very tasty! Sometimes the food looks old and dry, but not today. I got a little bit of everything, fish, chicken and even lasagna. Thank you to whoever prepared the food and the staff in charge!

Update Edit Aug 18, 2023. Not very wheelchair friendly trying to get into the men’s restroom, the water fountain blocks half the walkway. We could do better to think about others. I’m not mad, more disappointed.Who doesn’t love just looking at all the unique stuff

Went by to pick up advertised special and they're out. Probably not getting it back in, sorry. 1) total apathy (this is a recurring theme with most of their employees). And advertising items not in stock - this happened more than once. I still go there for specific items, though that list keeps getting shorter as they continuously discontinue services (breakfast for ex) & apathetic attitude. Used to love this place...

They have variety of healthy food .Most of the workers are helpful and nice. Like the different meats they sell and how they educate the public about the stage of the animal where the meat comes from. I Don't give the 5 star because some of the workers at the meat department have attitude like it bothers them to cut the meat the way you want.

Jeff Bezos. Billionaire worship. Amazon monopoly. Disintegration of worker's rights. No longer hiring full time employees. Corporate greed. Right wing fascist bureaucracy. Too many organic competitors. All of these things and more dismantled Whole Foods from the shining star it used to be. I should know, I worked for them for 10 years. It once was a sort of retail utopia. I believed the conscious capitalism story. But I saw it fall apart piece by piece over the years. Just like our country. Just like democracy. Good luck everyone. WONDERFUL! They had several things in stock that I’ve only ever been able to order online including speciality formulas(goat milk or pea protein) for my children. We even found some fun things we will be back for another trip. The store was fully and nicely stocked and clean and all the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back. Would also LOVE a location to be on 280 in the Talladega/Coosa/Tallapoosa counties area

Ever since Amazon purchased Whole Foods it has gone down! Also the restrooms are always disgusting and not stocked with any supplies. And today they’re both completely closed and as a 7 month pregnant woman this was a huge disappointment. Get it together Whole Foods because lately you guys suck! Also lots of items are expired and still on the shelves. Completely unacceptable.

If you have a hankering for something sweet (cookies, pastry, cupcakes, gelato, etc.) this Whole Foods location always serves as a wonderful choice. The seating area in the front of the store is a great place to breakaway from the busy day and have a snack, or even simply a relaxing sit.FYI:This location is also a great place to find unique and healthy live plants.

The floral selection and quality is usually on point.. I have purchased flowers from here MANY times. The huge bouquet S30 +tax I purchased to give to my dancer who was competing in a pageant. So glad I didn't give them to her bc half of the flowers were brown, wet, slimy and gross (hydrangeas, had 5 total singular red roses w. 3 more dying, maybe 4 carnations and then foliage (after cleaning out ALL NASTY SLIME). WORST $30 EVER SPENT ON FLOWERS. 0 SYARS

When I asked when they would have a vegan pizza out they told me whole foods doesn't serve vegan pizza anymore whole foods is no longer a health food store focused on localy sourced food there now run by corporate raiders absolutely pathetic this place has become nothing but a status symbol and no longer serves the community

My visit was to the Mt. Brook Whole Foods off of hwy 280. This was not my first visit but it was my "I get it" visit. Tha staff was friendly, the store was clean and the produce was fresh as it always is. My wife and I made the hour trek this time because we wanted to make a few lifestyle changes. It was on this visit that we met Aaron Hathcock. Aaron was talking to an elderly man about the differences in the veggie burgers they sale. He seemed so knowledgeable, kind and enthusiastic, I stopped to listen. He even took questions lol. He was a real "Grocer". There are so many interesting things in Whole Foods, it was neat to have an "Aaron there to explain the what and the why. Well done

Great..wanted a particular brand of coffee..they were out..said to come back couple days later...I did, but coffee was not there yet..manager said..he was sorry..and to come back Thursday..and he said...ITS ON ME!. So nice...I will have my coffee next week..on him...nice clean store..helpful stockers..and the food bar was good..just what I needed...veggies...rice...and chicken...I'm headed towards no more meat for some reason...this is where I will go to get my weekly lunches...

I don't often go here because of location, but it offers food & related items you cannot get at Aldi's or Public. The store is well lit, spacious, & clean. Shelves are well stocked. I especially like the cheese selection, as I always find something different. I also like the salad bar for the same reason. The fresh breads are also a treat. The store is expensive, but as an occasional treat; worth it.

Last week, I saw a man lean over and whisper in a woman’s ear “this is the worst Whole Foods food bar I’ve ever seen.” Sadly I have to agree. I remember when it was the best, when this flagship store first opened. And for a long time after that too. I remember when it had loads of fresh healthy options with bright flavors & exciting salad mixtures. I remember when people used to make lunch dates to come out to Whole Foods to eat from the hot bar or get a pizza. When that was like a “cool thing.” This store, unfortunately, is a shell of what it once was. I really do hope that hot/salad bar can be a good thing again one day soon. I miss that.

They carry my favorite apples & blueberries when they're in season. Most associates are pleasant. My only concern is ORGANIC RED LEAF LETTUCE and ORGANIC ROMAINE are peeled down to try and save what's left of the stalks making them very small and yet we still get charged the same price as it's counted as 1 stalk at checkout!!! Your next worry is how long will the peeled, cut stalk last? You'll need to buy a couple to get through one week of salads which means you'll pay for 2 instead of 1 nice normal sized head of green.:(Double the price for double the trouble.. It's just not right🧐I also want to add that this store used to carry my favorite SUGAR FREE, UNCURED, APPLEWOOD SMOKED BACON by Niman Ranch UNTIL corporate decided to carry the whole foods brand instead! I've been purchasing my bacon at SPROUTS!:) CHEAPER AND THEY ARE CLOSER in proximity to my house:) They assured me they will be carrying more and more organic produce in the future:)#LOOKOUTWHOLEFOODS!** TIME TO LOWER YOUR PRICES AND INCREASE THE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS PREFERENCES!

Th3 food on the hotbar didn't l look very appealing. We asked a question about the chinese dumplings in the cold case, and we were passed around to several different people before getting an answer. The cashier wasn't very helpful in showing me how to use my amazon app.

Not anywhere near what Whole Foods was in the past. Empty boxes littering the floor, liquid on the floor next to seafood counter. The whole feel of the store has changed. There was a pump container of what appeared to be some sort of bug spray at the entrance of the store. Not what i want to see. Could be an issue with small children. On the bright side, the cashier was friendly.
