The picture says it all. This is the nastiest Walmart I have ever been to, you would think it's in an impoverished country. There are always spills. The coolers/freezers are always leaking and have the orange solidifier packs all along the bottom. Literally the handle for the milk cooler was broken and they had a suction cup handle on it.. The center point Walmart is much much nicer and worth the drive

The automotive section sucks. Be prepared to wait for a simple tire replacement to take up to 4 hours. Been waiting here since 1:40pm and we had an appointment, it’s now going on 4 pm.

I enjoy coming to this Pharmacy's location. Pharmacist Jacqueline is the most sweetest, kindest, helpful, and caring person there is. I love how she greets her customers. On her worst days, she is patient/calm to the customers. She answer all questions with such passion. I am sure she is easy to work. She doesn't seem to mind coming from behind her computer to help customers on the sales floor. Thank you Pharmacist Jacqueline for all you do! Awesome Job, Amazing person! 😊

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Employees are not helpful, rude and lazy. To the extent that I started ordering my groceries just to not have to deal with shopping in this trash heap. Then not surprisingly, almost every order is messed up, items missing, incorrect items that I didn’t even order etc. One time the Walmart pickup employees even left early leaving me without my groceries for the night.Will not be shopping, or ordering here again. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The store is a disgrace for Walmart and that’s saying a lot considering how low the bar is for Walmart. Employees act aggressive and rudely if they acknowledge you at all. The pictures were all taken around 2 pm in a very slow time for the store, so no massive crowds.

I came in yesterday, I had a yankees hat on and blonde hair, I was with my family. I went to the bakery/fresh chicken section and I can definitely say, Edward is such a kind person! Great service! Thankyou so much!!

This Walmart location has gone downhill over the past 2 years. Employees will have carts with stock taking up a whole aisle which makes it impossible to get to certain items. Recently they have switched from their plastic bags with Walmart on them to a convenience store bag. These are very cheap and makes checking out times longer. Trussville police hub being added back tells me that the area is getting like it was 5 years ago.

Don't appreciate having people come up to our car on 2 different occasions to get for money at Walmart. I understand many have money problems, but I find it ridiculous that they come right up to your vehicle and beg, +follow you.We help others but safety should be addressed here.

Photo pretty much sums up my experiences here. Staff is kind and helpful. Shelves are empty in a lot of places where I would appreciate some products being. Frequently has many stock carts full of boxes in the way. Produce may not be available for weeks (but I can get it for more at Publix). Prices tend to be better but quality not, depending on the item.

The door greater held my receipt and wouldn't give it back to me while I was trying to leave. I gave up and walked away then he followed me and gave the receipt back to me. He yelled some threats at me as I was walking out the door. Then a police officer followed me to my car and said that I wouldn't show my receipt to the greater. I told him that I had and he held it and started threatening me so I walked away.

These guys were so helpful! I drained my CVT fluid accidentally when changing my oil. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, didn't laugh at me for doing that, and all at a fair price. Friendly, invested, and professional. Recommend without reservation.

Beware using online order and pickup. They will substitute items much smaller and cheaper than the ones you ordered, or will just say it's out of stock. I've gone inside to check myself and found that they did have the items. I guess they're just too lazy to pull them from the shelf. The last time I made an order for pickup, the employee that brought it out said that he was from another store, bc all the employees at this store had quit and walked out.. Edit: recently they do seem to be out of everything, so online ordering is useless.

As a superstore, the Walmart will probably have everything you expect in one of their stores. Its an hour drive from where I live so I usually shop the one locally and this one only if Im in the area and need something. I really like their garden shop because they have a much better selection than the smaller stores. Their furniture department also has a much larger selection.

What’s the point of ordering online to pick up and it takes pretty much 45 minutes to an hour for an associate to bring your bags to your vehicle?!???? Could’ve shopped myself. Target would never 😂😂

I'm no longer a very large fan of Walmart in general.Years ago you could go into any Walmart in the country and find the same suppliers and items in the same location each time.No longer true and salespeople are hard to find for helping.They're always preparing call in or on line orders..Robby Duty

Walmart is Walmart. What more can I say? They either have what you want or they don't. It's typically a place I already know what I want before I go in there I check the Walmart+ app to see what isle it's located on and if they haven't redone the store it's typically located right where the app said it would be.

I hate this store so much. They are always out of half the items I want, nothing is priced, the full sized self checkouts are NEVER open, (since we basically have to check ourselves out now), 99% of the employees are not friendly, can't keep bags in stocks for meat and they never have enough rotisserie chickens for us 7-8 pm shoppers . It's annoying that I continue to shop there because they do have the best prices. Which is why their standards are so low.

The customer service Sucks, you can't get anyone to answer the phone and when they do answer they hang up in your face. I placed a pickup order for today between 5-6 , now I'm being told my order won't be ready until tomorrow, with no explanation as to why..Why have employees if they just stand around watching versus seeing to the customer needs?

Online order misses up. So u call the store. What does ur app say?? Calling me is like dialing amazon on them orders!! Call 1800!! Did u call the store?? Walmart has officially made employees lazy!! If ur lazy apply at walmsrt!! 1-800 verified instore can tell u what's going on if u have an issue with online orders

My assumptions about this location were confirmed today. It was every bit as horrible an experience as I'd imagined given its geographical location. I normally frequent my local Walmart for clients' household items in Pelham, and due to the caliber of that location, I cringe whenever I think of having to shop at any other one. (Skyland Blvd in Tuscaloosa was my least favorite in the counties we serve, but this one just took its place because, despite every nook and cranny of Tuscaloosa's smelling like dank weed, at least they have good looking security guards.)As soon as I walked in and went to the restroom, the sink on the far right sprayed me from head to toe. The middle one hadn't turned on automatically, so I used the right, and it was the complete antithesis. Even my makeup was smeared, the deluge was so severe.Then, I went down past the electronics toward the cleaning supplies and was bombarded by two guys soliciting about my internet provider in the middle of the store. Is that even legal? If people aren't supposed to panhandle outside, what's the difference?They were lacking most of the items I've come to expect at the Pelham location so hopefully the client doesn't mind afterthought items.Finally, the woman who checked me out was completely mad at the world. Sorry you broke your foot, sweetheart. Guess what? I just got over COVID a 2nd time, so I wasn't feeling too hot either. As if that weren't enough, the moron behind me in line was basically pushing me through the line as I was frantically stacking $300 worth of household items into a cart like a game of Tetris, and Tiny Tim behind the register just let her.THIS ISN'T ALDI; STOP RUSHING ME THROUGH THE LINE.

Since they remodeled, nithing is where it used to be. They redid the check out lines and checking out is terrible. The people working the checkouts are useless to tell you when a register is available.
