As with so many other Walmarts, I called and asked if they had a specific product (because Store 287 in Jasper REFUSES to carry it/ Just ask Store Director Chris Rhodes).The person I was connected at this site in Birmingham told me THEY DID HAVE this item in stock.I drove FIFTY MILES to come to this one store to get the product, to only find out Store Director Julie and her Associate tell me they do NOT have it and would be 2-3 weeks before they would have any.Why are you going to tell me you have something when you DON'T have it??Walmart Customer Service? You're another COMPLETE AND TOTAL WAIST of time."I will report this issue blah blah blah"ONCE AGAIN . . . ANOTHER WALMART FAILURE TO DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE.

It's like any other Walmart, just a bit bigger. The staff were nice and helped when needed. The bathrooms were what you expect in a Walmart, decently clean and managed. The prices are average, or normal for the items being sold.

General store appearance is dirty/messy with damaged and dirty shelving and floors. Men's bathroom needs a lot of attention having damaged walls (a safety hazard as someonce could cut themselves on the exposed metal corner reinforcement), equipment and general poor appearance. Big difference between this and the Hoover location. That said, all employees I talked with were courteous and helpful, so two stars instead of one. I'll check back in a few months..

6:27 AM / July 23 , 2023 , The Head Cashier was very rude , nasty to me and my friend. No one else was in line and she didn't want to talk. Just a question about how I wanted to pay for 1 item cash. My friend wanted to pay for the full amount of cash. Walmart makes you bag your own groceries and products plus have nasty rude management at this store . Save your money and go to Publix down the street. This is a high-volume store so this post will have to be updated as needed. October 12 ,2019 all self checkout were working. 2 sales associate (yellow vest ) were working the area. Sunday , March 2,2021 8:00 AM very crowded and the self checkout was packed. I only saw 1 checkout with a employee helping.

If I could give no stars I would !!!! For starters the morning manager with the glasses and thin add roller wrap needs to learn some manners! Every time I come to this store my mood is changed if I have to ask for help because y’all mfs act like it’s the end of the world when it comes to helping y’all’s customers and that’s why this store will continue to crumble and constantly lose employees and money!

The worst Wal-Mart I've ever been to. Visited on a Monday at 1pm. Dirty floors, crowded aisles, piles of merchandise out of place, empty boxes everywhere, hangers and random stolen items packaging on every aisle, employee carts all over the store.

The Walmart in Oneonta know the way of putting it it just sucks.I Our deli counter is not What it used to be before pandemic You go into Birmingham and you walk into a Walmart and they have got so much stuff That we don't get out here and on outing out You can still order your meat and have it sliced in front of you You can order a dinner You got your salads you got your cheeses All the stuff that we don't have And then there's the bakery the Walmart I was in just yesterday up and Homewood had so many more desserts to offer plus the staff there was friendly they spoke to you first in Oneonta they they don't they don't talk to you at all and that back at the deli they really act like you're bothering them if you ask for something or ask a question don't do that don't bother him now they're there at work to do what they want I just think that one Walmart should have the same thing the other Walmart has I mean damn there's even a difference between the offerings at the deli between Springville and Oneonta oning out to Walmart do better. And if you notice when you turn into Walmart they have license plate readers why is there a license plate reader going into Walmart parking lot in Oneonta are they doing the police job for them do they own the camera or does the city on the camera or the police department on the camera but the next time you turn into Walmart just look back on the sign post there in the middle and you will see this black object on the facing Walmart which is a license plate reader don't get it don't understand it who needs to know that I'm going to Walmart if you ask me I think it's an invasion of privacy they're not supposed to run your license plate unless you've been suspected of committing some kind of violation or you're wanted for a crime they're not supposed to be able to just run willy-nilly license plates but they are and if anybody knows who is responsible for putting those plate readers up I would love to know.

Don't go there hungry! Everything looks or smells good, so control yourself. Usually find everything easily. Self-checkout is easy.

Walmart in my opinion is the best store ever. I go in people don't bother me, I get what I need, go to the self-checkout line pay for my items, and leave.

Why does this button exist if when pressed no one ever responds to it? Why does Walmart have a ton of self checkout registers but only 3-4 work on a given day? Why are your associates rude for no reason? I stopped shopping here but I’m curious

If I could rate the zero stars I would. I purchase a tv from them and had to return the tv. My option was to either get a gift card or keep the tv. I chose the gift card. When I activate the gift card I purchase a laptop and someone compromised my gift card. Spoke to customer relations for a month to get the issue fix. They finally help and sent an email to the store manager so I could cash refund. I went inside the store and this store Crestwood is so unprofessional. The lady who work evening shift in customer service need to really get fired. She gave me an attitude and refused to help even though customer relations sent them a email stating the refund.. don’t shop here they need to get closed down

Out of 20 plus.orders, only 1 was right. 3 never showed and they still wanted to charge me. Eggs broken and other products leaking. The latest thing, ordered dog food and they sent me catfood. By the way don't try to call. Tried to call for 2 hours and still no one picks up. 4 hours after delivery no show. Management should be fires

Idiots work there,i bought a carpet shampooer and it didn't work well some moron that was working behind the counter said that the numbers didn't match the box whatever that means so they wasn't going to stand behind the warranty so took it to Eastwood Walmart no problem..... idiots at the Leeds Walmart and it's always empty shelves and employees standing around on their phones doing nothing while the self checkout machines are about the only way out so if you have to go to Walmart stay away from crooked Leeds

12/11/2023 ladies at customer service were rude and so unprofessional… refused to explain return policies there were 3 ladies working and it took them over 20 minutes to greet and attend us!!!

Everyone was incredibly helpful, and I was able to find everything quickly. The cashier even bagged my ice cream pint separately, so it would stand upright in the car. So nice of them!
