My pick up order was set to be available at 7pm. Went to pick it up and it was not ready. I questioned management only to be told there were 2 workers available as if that was my fault. After 2 trips made back to only get turned around, I started to call only to be hung up on several times. Terrible customer service and poor management!!!!! I still do not have my paid for in advance pick up order. It is now 9:17 pm. January 18, 2023

I really despise shopping, especially for groceries. This location can & does get busy. Personally, I will shop during non peak hours if possible. If you are on a mission, you can be in & out with record timing.Less people=Less time spent in store

Hands down probably has the nicest employees on earth. I was having a hard day and went in for a fishing license and the nice employee got me a chair to sit on while I waited. It’s the little things that matter.

Walmart... Let's talk about it. My experience this morning was absolutely amazing. So I definitely recommend going while the day shift is present. We were greeted upon arrival, the staff was friendly and courteous, everything we needed was in stock. Not to mention (funny phrase since you actually mention what's not to mention🤣) THERE WERE SEVERAL REGISTERS OPEN 😳 so we didn't have to check ourselves out! Our cashier was extremely friendly and bubbly( I didn't get her name but she's slim and outgoing). Kudos to the day time staff. Our experience with this particular store is usually in the afternoons and the experience is not the same.

Went there yesterday used self checkout because I've gotten used to them not having a register open, now every time I come to Walmart I spend at least a hundred dollars or more because I have a big family, while in self checkout yesterday I had 3 Walmart employees standing over me while ring up my items so I asked them to move cause they were making me feel uncomfortable they did and went and got the sheriff and he came and stood by the ice machine watching me I felt so disgusting and disrespected also making more errors than I usually do using self checkout, while removing an item one of the worker reminds me to finish paying for my last 3item as if i wasn't going to do so, I DO NOT STEAL I WILL NEVER STEAL AND I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS WALMART AGAIN I will never go back even though this is my local Walmart i will travel the miles I would need to so that I can shop for my family without feeling like a suspect of stealing

Horrible customer service. Every single night they close down all but 1 or 2 registers no matter how busy the store is. I live 3 mins away and usually drive an extra 15 minutes just to go to target because the service is so awful. These pics were taken on a Thursday night. Line wrapped about the aisles smh

On Halloween I visited Neighborhood Walmart #5100 to load a green dot sponsored debit card; Denise was helping me. Midway through the transaction she starts a conversation with a co-worker and tells me to follow the prompts on the screen to complete the process; I did. This resulted in me paying Walmart money that was intended to be loaded to my banking account. Denise and whoever was in charge at the time then pulled her drawer and went to the office. When she came back she told me the money would be on my card but I still proceeded to load money on my card that day paying with cash. Before I left she assured me the money would be there. I waited 3 days and called my bank and they informed me that there was no refund issued just a charge for Walmart for $73.74 so, I paid Walmart money and did not receive a service nor product(s). I returned to the store Friday 11/4/2022 and asked Vera at customer service if I could speak to the front end manager she was at the desk at the time, I explained what happened and expressed that I only wanted a refund. She looked at my credentials and then enlisted another young lady to help after they went to the office they came back and said they did nothing wrong. I then called my bank to confirm the money was never loaded or refunded I pulled my transaction history to prove it they still said they did nothing wrong. These young ladies went to go get the store manager NATHAN who told me they had done nothing wrong and I was missing money because of my problem with my bank despite my bank talking to the “front end manger” and confirming my story. He left and came back with a print out of my receipt I became frustrated and asked him could we sit down in his office so he could explain better because at this point the customers in the store were watching and I was getting embarrassed he said “there’s nothing I can show you there up can’t show you here” he then laughed at me and said “I mean why would you even insert your card twice anyways” (I had never loaded that card before I was following the instructions given by Denise) I explain this to him and he says he’s going to watch the camera footage. 13 minutes later NATHAN comes back to me and says “yeah you can get in line and Vera will load your card” because he watched the camera footage and saw clearly what has went wrong and I was telling the truth despite them calling Denise at home to confirm my story, despite seeing my bank transactions, despite talking to my bank’s corporate quarters themselves! NATHAN finds me in line and says “sorry” not even “IM sorry but, Sorry”. He and his staff walked around me for 47 minutes accusing me of trying to steal money from Walmart and laughing at me. Calling other team members at home to continue to laugh about the situation it was incredibly humiliating, degrading and rude to be accused of STEALING in a store full of my ACTUAL neighbors and peers

They never have enough cashiers. The self checkout i was using had an error but i had to wait for the cashier running customer service to clear her line and come assist me. After about 10 mins she was able to assist me. The crazy part us no manager showed up until she was already assisting me.

I placed a delivery order on the 22nd to be delivered on the 23rd 12-1. I received a message after 1 saying it was delayed 2hr. It's 6:30 on the 24th and I still haven't received my groceries nor a refund. I have tried calling the store no one is answering the phone. Walmart. Com customer service was no help either. They said to call the store or go up there. Why should I have to do all that. If I was able to get to the store I wouldn't have placed a delivery order.

It's better than going to an actual Walmart. Bad neighborhood. Very crowded and staff is normally not overly friendly. Never enough registers open because they try to force you to self checkout, so that means long lines to even do the work yourself. For every great thing you discover here, there are enough negatives to remind you that you're still at a place run by Walmart.

Never, never, never do pick up at this location again. Waited a whole hour for my pickup order. Other cars arrived after me and got theirs. The guy bringing groceries out said they just grab orders, they don't go by arrival time. That needs to change. Ridiculous. Never again.

I'm standing at the pharmacy department right now. The staff is so unprofessional!!! Everyone have 2-3 inch nails which is so unsanitary. I have been here 40 mins waiting on 5 pills. My sister was here twice earlier today. This is ridiculous!!!

Never fully stocked with nothing you need. Every visit look like the day after a food shortage been announced. The pickup department gave away my groceries because they failed to verify anything but chase you down to show a bubble gum receipt. They never answer the store phone & all the managers at this location are a poor representation of management. I drive to Irondale where they appreciate their customers. This location is the worse.

Most of the employee's here seem like they don't like their job. There's not anything necessarily wrong with that, but you shouldn't make it obvious to the customers.One lady spent at least 20 minutes at the self check out line. I'm behind here not once did the employee ask if she needed help.

I think I'm going to stop going to this one! One time it took 40 mins for me to get my groceries. I had to go into the store to tell them I was waiting because nobody was answering the phone.The other day the lady came to my car asking for some number and I'm like I dnt know what the number is you're asking for but here's my name and order info.Today the lady walks past my car and goes to three other cars asking if they had an order. Then on her way back to the store she asked me if I was picking up an order. I told her yes and she asks for the order number. Ma'am, here's the name for the order!!! Maybe if they stopped closing the stuff out before they bring the order, they will know what spot I'm in and the name on the order because it definitely says both!!! Ugh!!!

Stood in line at the customer service desk once I got to the cashier I was told she could only check out customers with 5 items or less. There was no sign anywhere posted saying 5 items or less . So I took my 10 items to the self check out. Once again this is walmart , expectations are already low, I know not to expect anything close to good customer service or the shelves to be fully stocked. Its just convenient, can't wait on Amazon to ship something needed right then.

Great customer service Mz Vera is the tops.Great Pharmacy the entire staff there is TOP NOTCH!! The Meat and Produce departments keep there areas Clean, Neat and always updated. My hat is off to u Guys for making all my shopping experiences A-1!!!

I hardly ever visit this Wal-Mart but was happy I did on Tuesday, August 23rd.I witnessed great management skills in action by a young lady named Tashaka. She directed her staff with authority but with respect. I have never seen that in other Wal-Mart stores the way I saw it there...PLUS she rolled up her sleeves to work as well. Leading by example!!!WAY TO GO TASHAKA!!!👍🏽💯Staff was friendly too!👍🏽

They were So Nice to Me !! They went out their to find Me a Riding Cart. Cause I was Disabled. Gone give them a Raise. The Security Guard was The Bomb. Greetings everyone as they were coming up to the Store. Door Was Very Clean. And Stock Up . Very friendly when you needed to Find an item

The lines r to long need more cashier but they put more stock in to the self checkout😤😤an I know someone for Walmart will say we need help but people call in that maybe somewhat tru but I also know that the simple fact of the matter is that they run the workers off the 🕙 so they wont get overtime yes ive worked at three walmart one was a neighborhood market this needs to be better an it starts from the top!!!!

The worst experience ever. Called at least seven times and no one ever picked up. Checked in on the app. Waited 35 minutes with ZERO communication despite attempts to call the pick up line and the main store line. Finally just left and cancelled my order because it was clear no one here was going to get my groceries that I ordered.

This store literally closes whenever they feel like. They're incredibly rude to customers and act like customers are an inconvenience. And if they're going to close down whenever they feel like, then they might want to permanently close down and allow a more consistent store to open.

Horrible long lines!!! Can't shop comfortably with employees working with huge boxes etc., in the aisles. Management needs to develop a better plan. Inventory should be done at a better pace so that things that run out are replaced faster. Products that sell faster should be priority.
