I love my local Walgreens. It's my goto for all my last-minute needs, from microwave meals and ice cream to medicines and dental products. Never had a negative shopping experience. Prices are pretty standard and comparable to similar type stores but coupons help a lot, especially the ones in the Walgreens app. Use them all the time. Walgreens in Forestdale--- highly recommended.

I recently have been using this Walgreens to handle something for my business. I’ve been going in around 4-7 everyday. What I’m told are the managers that work this shift are pretty awful. Walgreens hiring department for this zone or territory seemingly look for the most unhelpful ladies. She’s white and young and terrible. You ask this one, to say ring you up or find pictures woah be unto you. The attitude coupled with the nasty smirks are enough to end my relationship with Walgreens. However I seem to irk the twerp so much that I keep going solely for that reason. Happy shopping

Sam, the "Pharmacist" is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I've already complained once to corporate but nothing has been done so far. I had to speak with him this morning and he's still rude!

Second time I've had a bad experience with Betty in the pharmacy. Talking to us like we are stupid with no concern of helping us. She has the worst attitude of anybody I've ever encountered there. Will probably be changing pharmacies. Used to feel welcome there. Now we're a nuisance because fingers had to be lifted to help a customer.

I asked a short black cashier with really long eyelashes and no name tag a question. She had NO people skills. I felt like I was bothering her. I don't think she would like being treated like that if she was the customer and I treated her like that.

I got my Walgreen covid booster and flu shot the week of Nov 8th 2021.I stood in line 30 minutes before I got my shots although there was no one ahead of me. The flu shot was smooth with no pain. The covid booster shot made me almost leave my seat it hurt so bad. I have no idea what size needle or ice pick they used but it was awful. If people knew the pain they will experience they may want to pass or at least try somewhere else. My arm was swollen for days. No pain or issues at all with the first two covid shots from Walmart.

Rude, rude and rude! My family came in to buy medicine, my daughter was sick and needed to use the restroom. They had to wait for it to be unlocked. Her husband came to the front of the store and asked them again to u lock the bathroom, that my daughter was about to throw up- the cashier rolled her eyes and started saying “I hope he come back up here like that” and “I ain’t cleaning nothing up”. Continued to be disrespectful to them, being immature. They didn’t know that I was listening. I then told them that was my family that they were talking about and that they needed to be quiet. The cashier smirked again and rolled her eyes. So disrespectful and the manager on duty was aware of the behavior and did nothing. It will be a cold day in hell (or Alabama) before I spend money at any Walgreens again.

Always slow and for the most part bad attitudes. And they refuse to answer the phone if you do call a order in the pharmacy. All these 5 star reviews are not truthful I’m pretty sure they work there. The workers here in the pharmacy need to really find another occupation.

Shorty with the finger waves in the pharmacy could use some customer service etiquette training. Pointing at customers and asking for their information loudly is poor discretion practice.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This is beyond a doubt the worst place to get a prescription filled. You will die waiting in line. They have three registers and only one open with a line stacked 15 to 20 people deep. The drive thru has two lanes but can only service one person at a time. Be prepared for Jesus to return while waiting; it is likely to take that long. when I got to the register, the 14 people behind me were so angry, I was afraid to turn my back! What moron (manager) puts one person on the counter on Friday at 5:00 when you know there's going to be a rush. Are they taking lessons from McDonald's? When I called to speak with the pharmacist about my concerns, the reply was "That's just how Walgreens does it". If I wanted that kind of attitude, I would still be married to my ex-wife. I am going to transfer all my records to Moore's Pharmacy in Adamsville and see how that goes.

Rude, Rude and Rude. The pharmacy staff lack customer service, the pharmacy manager Sam is the worst short and dry and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. They lack people skills. This is the worse walgreens ever!!!!

Transferred my prescriptions here on my own accord thinking "they're more friendly, homely, and part of the neighborhood." Biggest mistake ever. After speaking with one of their techs via telephone, she assured my meds would be ready for pick up that same evening as the dr had called one in and the other was a simple birth control. Go to pick them up and surprise, the most vital & crucial medicine of them all was not ready because they claimed the dr hadn't called it in. Even though I'd confirmed with the tech that morning that it was. The tech then proceeded to throw the prescription that was ready on the counter top instead of placing it in my hand when I reached out to get it from her. Poor customer service and trashy attitudes of the pharmacy techs working there. Won't be returning.

I like going to Walgreens at least they actually have personality, smile, and care about their jobs and helping others (at least they act like it), it only took a day maybe two for me to get all my meds and info transferred over to Walgreens, I’m a happy customer😊

Now I understand why many are getting Covid vaccines Walmart Forestdale would be a reason..... Patience must be your virtue and a tolerance for poor service, lack of proper communication and all around Negative vibes. We cannot continue to use Covid as an excuse.

By far the worst Walgreens ever. Some of the people are rude and lack customer service skills. They make you wait in drive thru without acknowledging you. God forbid you have an emergency.

Apparently my prescriptions from Campbell's are now here.. If I wanted a chain pharmacy I would have used u. I have always heard of chains buying little family pharmacy and then shutting them down. Never had it happened to one I use till now. Thanks but no thanks.

Pharmacy employees do not exhibit proper customer service..the store manager, she was very helpful and I got results and very apologetic..she should not have to go above and beyond for the lack of employees

Would highly recommend going to another Walgreens they close at 7:00 now the pharmacy is slow and the checkout line can sometimes be fast but mainly slow. In the pharmacy closes an hour earlier too
