The employees don't seem to be knowledgeable about their products and services or trained well overall.The store will mess things up and blame it on another store or on a 3rd party.Be prepared to deal with children. Cindy isn't much better. 😕

Highly overpriced, very few things in here that's not available at the super-store across the street, and there does not seem to be any employees willing to assist or answer beyond saying "hello" when you come in. Waited 20 minutes after being told someone will help me shortly- no one came, one employee seemed to change aisles to avoid me. I think there were maybe 5 consumers in the store and at least 6 employees. Third trip, will not be a fourth to any of this chain's outlets again.

Bought a safe from here recently. I wanted one of the safes where the envelope wasn’t opened. Manager said “that doesn’t matter”. Come to find out, the code has been reset on the one I bought. Can’t reset the code either and I’m having to call the manufacturer to get it resolved. Poor customer service.

I called and asked for a dog food to be put on hold, was told it was put on hold, only to arrive and there not even be any in stock at the store. Wasted a drive to town.

We went in last night at 8:50 and we just wanted to look around for little bit. My fiancee said to the manager this is my first time here and she said oh really well we close at 9:00 really hatefullly. I did not like here attitude at all. She was rushing us out of there. We already were on our way out. I know there about to close and ready to go, but still she didn't have to be so rude. We will not be back there. They need to get a better manager who is not so rude and knows how to treat costumer.

My daughter and I used the dog washing station Sun Jan 30 and it was awesome. I also can't say enough about the assistant manager, Cindy, she is just awesome! I had a small medical emergency and she stayed by my side and was such a professional and kind soul. Such a great addition to Trussville, we will definitely be back.

Went yesterday to TSC in Trussville Al to get chicks, took 25 minutes to get help, was completely ignored. Listened as they (yes they because apparently it take 2 grown adults to take care of 1 customer) gave silkies to another customer because she had called ahead to reserve another set of chicks and when she got to the store they had been sold to someone else. So they gave her silkies from the back. When I asked about purchasing some silkies I was told I couldn’t. I called again today to see when I might be able to purchase some. He at first said they don’t know when they’ll get some in. I told him that I was there yesterday. He placed me on hold and a lady came back and said they have 5 but they’re quarantined for health check. Which means that they sold the rest last night or today. From now on I will stick to my TSC in Oneonta where the staff goes above and beyond for the customers.

Company that makes the dog food we use is no longer making it. Guy at TSC matched our brand with TSC brand. Our dog has terrible allergies! He was very knowledgeable about pet foods. Thanks.
