What incompetent, 8th grade drop out bozos are you all hiring to do the shopping for drive -up orders? This is absolutely LUDICROUS! Now i have to drive all the way back to a store to replace an item i already paid for and relied on these people to get right-since it was the SIMPLEST of tasks i assumed it wouldn’t be mucked up to this extreme extent.Would you feed your family this?I sure as hell hope not.

If you shop inside it is great. The layout is great, and the variety in the store is also really good. Since the redesign of the store, it is easier to find the things I need and feels like it has a better flow now. The pricing is pretty standard with the other Targets and the selection is pretty basic as well. The wine and champagne area is extremely aesthetically pleasing as well as the produce section. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner and staff can be hard to find sometimes in the back of the store but overall I like this store.

I hadn't been to Target since their remodel, but have now been twice in the last week. Takes a little adjustment to find things, but they have a great selection and it's sooooo much more preferable to that other big box retailer that is ALWAYS out of at least two or ten things on my list. PLUS, the associates pulling orders for pick up are courteous and don't act like they're the only ones shopping. Very respectful and friendly associates!

My order was missing so many things the most important items that my son needed first thing he asked for when he got to the car was did you get my cereal and my bake beans. I also needed my body wash. The main reason why I placed the order some things I didn’t need but like topping up my groceries disappointed because it was my second drive up order, never had this issue with Walmart pickup guess I will be going back to Walmart.

This target is awful. I forgot my wallet at this target in the buggy. My father unfortunately just passed so I’m not as levelheaded as I should be. I tried to call over 10 times so maybe an employee could get it. No one answered and actually hung up several times. So over $100 dollars was stolen out of my wallet.

This Target is huge and I absolutely love it. I would recommend checking the app for inventory. I did have to go across town for 1 item which wasn't a big deal as I should have Check their inventory first. Love this target SUPER huge than most target stores

They are have been a huge amount of renovations going on at at this Target store for many months, so one of the reasons I dropped in was to see what had been done. The store certainly has a fresher look.than before, but I can’t pinpoint many specific changes.I still find it somewhat difficult to shop there because it is hard to locate the items you might need amidst the wide variety that they sell. Except for clothes items and groceries, there doesn’t seem to be any logical pattern where various items are shelved. store personal aren’t particularly helpful, pointing off in vague directions where you might be able to find what you are looking for.I just wondered around the giant store and picked some Christmas candy and stocking stuffers along the way. In the grocery section I did find some frozen items that you don’t usually see at supermarkets. I also found some baked Cheetos that have recently proved hard to find in other places here lately.One thing that has certainly changed is that they now have a large number of self-check out machines. I don’t know if that’s an improvement or not.

I can now say I am officially a Target shopper. I wanted to get away from another big box store and so happy with my experience at Target today. It was busy but not stressful feeling. Very clean even though they are in the middle of a remodel. The employees were engaging and helpful. The checkout was amazing. They didn’t try to herd customers to self-checkout and even called up more cashiers as needed. The front end staff and managers were exceptional as well. I saw no employees standing around doing nothing. Everyone I encountered was busy, yet attentive. They even helped me navigate their app. There were no long lines and no elbow to elbow crowding. Target, you just got a new customer.

Today, Wed DEC 12th, I went to shop a Shipt order, went to the grocery-side self-checkout to ask for help to find two holiday items, and I was told, "If you don't see it, we don't have it." She never even pulled out her handheld device and bothered to even TRY to help! Not to mention, what she said and how she said it was RUDE! When I was trying to ask her, she interrupted me THREE times and kept cutting me off because she didn't WANT to help. I've being doing Shipt about ever since they started, 7 years ago or so. The three, old black ladies that work the grocery-side, self-checkout are RUDE and UNHELPFUL...ALWAYS! It's the same ladies, and this has been happening for the past THREE years! I'm sick of it, which is why I switched to Instacart and have been doing Publix for the past year because Publix employees are always friendly and helpful. The management really needs to do something about these ladies because it looks bad on Target and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Seriously, it makes me not want to shop there, just because of these three employees.

I placed a delivery order and I got a message that my order was ready for pickup. I tried calling the store to advise or confirm that the order was actually a delivery order but no one answered the phone and it hung up each time I called (around 15 times different departments).

I went into this location on 12/22/23 to purchase a wireless PS5 headset and AirPods. The associate got the headset and placed them on the counter and then proceeded to the back to retrieve the AirPods. Mind you the headset still had the anti-theft device attached. I’m standing at the register credit card in hand when TeamLead Tammy runs over and snatches the headset up and proceeds to walk around with them tucked under her arm. The customer before me was Caucasian and items were left on the counter when no associate present. Also Tammy went to the back to retrieve something with the headset still tucked under her arms. Upon returning she states I need to get right here instead of excuse me or do you if I slide beside you or anything that someone with manners or common courtesy would say. I spend tons of money at this location sometimes multiple times per week. I feel that Tammy was rude and acted this way because all the remaining customers in electronics were black. I feel like I was racial profiled by this team lead. This experience has me rethinking shopping at Target in the future

Football card selection was mid, this was a while ago so you could probably find better, but we found what else we needed. They have had 2022 prizm blaster boxes before.

I stopped by this Target location in hopes of getting help with repairing my glasses. The store was short-handed but I got what I needed and the lone staff member could not have been more pleasant. It was very busy, so I had a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it!I had to admire the lady in charge (I believe her name was Latoya). Very confident, capable, and, as I said, very pleasant.

Amidst the resetting of the entire grocery department, the store was very clean. There aren't enough adjectives to describe floor personnel. The best, most genuine customer service I've ever dealt with. I've been there twice in five years and three times in the past eight days. Simply very impressed! george

I came to this location to purchase a baby doll. When I got to the section, there were dolls on clearance. I didn't see any black dolls on clearance so I asked Shelby if they were sold out. She gladly went to the back and brought me one. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get a black doll. Way to go Target ❤️. You got a good one with Shelby.

The remodeling situation makes finding items so frustrating that we just gave up & left without making a purchase....but we did visit Starbuck's on the way out & our drinks were made correctly & delicious. I'll be happy when the remodeling is over. You'd think they'd have a sign at the entrance to show where the departments are. This would be extremely beneficial for pregnant women, the handicapped & elderly, who can't just walk all over the store.

Store is remodeling I guess, and I don’t have problem with that, but the associate who “assist “ people at the self checkout very very rude, I think she was having a bad day, Target don’t train their employees to be kind to customers I guess, I’m a mother of a 5 and two year old, I never allowed my children to be running all around the store and because of that , my two year old was very upset, to not bother anybody I headed out, well , stead of being considered with a mother of a two year old the employee stared at me with the most ugly face and look at my child like she was a monster. I ask her if she had kids and she said yes, but…and look at my child with a horrible horrible lookI guess their children were perfect!!!!!! Good lord!!!! Who she think she is !!!! Bad bad experience!!!

They’ve been out of most ice cream for weeks now without restocking. (Not unusual for this Target). It seems they stop carrying things once people start to buy it. The employees are nice, but whoever is in charge of what and when to restock is ridiculous. They’ve lost thousands just on me by not restocking things people want. Try to find a plum, or okra, or a lot of different cereals that are available everywhere else. You won’t. Decent prices if they have what you’re looking for though.

drive up and pick up are always super aggravating. every single time I order drive up I sit there and wait and it never comes out, no sign saying they aren't doing pickup right now. when I pulled up someone else was getting their drive up order and no one notified me that they were not doing drive up right now, go inside to get it pick up and nobody acknowledged or apologized for me waiting, my order was already in the drive up cart sitting there when I have perishables thst are not cold anymore when I get them. if target does not want to provide pick up dont make it an option.

Not a great selection of products compared to other stores. It's a mess with the remodeling but it's always been difficult to find things. The cashiers and self-checkout people are usually rude. And the parking lot tends to have some sketchy people lurking. Be careful if you shop here, especially at night.
