This store was very messy. Checkout line very long and slow. A male was working hard and the woman in a black polka dot dress was purposely working as slow as possible. This is not hard to discern. Another lady came to help and she checked out 3 to 1 of this other lady. The male was working too and was keeping things moving. The polka dot dress lady at one point walked out from behind the counter and retrieved 2 unrelated items on hooks in front of registers and went back behind register area. She was a young lady meaning my mother moved faster at 94. This lady had no visible handicaps except laziness. There are more productive people needing jobs. If you can clearly see a person does not want to work then why not tell them to improve or leave. Customers will not return.

It may sound funny I a gift that was given to me 2 years ago. Still haven't used it so I decided to go . I was looking for something for Easter. Didn't like anything . I use to love TJ Maxx years ago but not now. Back into my purse the gift card go 😂

They advertised a sale on big signs outside. But once inside there was certainly no sales. Every now and then something was marked $4, maybe a blouse. The items were very picked over and there was not much choice.I think the price tags are stamped $19.99 or $16.99 and then arbitrarily put on the clothing.I did not find anything I was looking for that day. Not even the dog treats I was looking for.

A great place to find all kinds of things you may need for yourself, family or home. I started substitute teaching this year so I needed a lunch bag for school. I have had this since school started this year. Made the mistake of taking a small bottle of cranberry juice one day, didn't drink it. But somehow the bottle top had gotten loose and had soaked half way up this bag. I got home and scrubbed it with soap and water and it came right out.

Always great finds for great prices at all their locations. This week I found JBL wireless bluetooth speaker Clip 3's and Clip 4's for $30 and $40 bucks. Normally they are $55-$80 depending on where your looking. I use mine on my motorcycle because they are dust and waterproof(ip67 i think dust and water, submerged 1 meter for 30 minutes)

Stay away from this TJMaxx! I shop TJMaxx very often and I have never encountered such rude behavior feo a cashier. Four customers were on line and three cashiers were there: one was with a client and the other two were playing around and laughing. There was another employee with them who I found out was the manager. Cashier finally called me but continued to “play around” with his coworker. I asked him if he wa ready for me and he just rolled his eyes at his coworker. Being that he called me I asked again and he said yes. I proceeded to put my items on the counter and he bagged them. Left them on the counter and just looked at me.When I asked to speak to a supervisor, imagine my surprise when the supervisor turned out to be the third party playing around! There weren’t apologies offered whatsoever.Please train employees to acknowledge, greet and thank customers. If your employees at this location feel it’s a burden to deal with the general public, then perhaps corporate needs to consider who they are hiring.

People compare T.J.Maxx tp Marshall's but Marshall's is the better store. Prices and all.I get my lotion at Marshall's, but went to T.J.Maxx yesterday looked for it. The price was doubled. The exact same lotion. I looked at a few more things and just left. Nothing was reasonable. I gave 2 stars because of customer service

Bought 7 newborn outfits, a small laundry basket and a shower liner. Had all items inside the basket at the register. He had trouble scanning items then finally took them all out to scan individually. Ended up charging me twice for the shower liner. Noticed when we got to the car. It was only $4.99 and it’s too cold to go back inside for that. If it were $10 then maybe lol.

I purchased 5 items yesterday and they shoved a pair of sneakers a pair of pajamas two pairs of active wear pants and a top all in one bag. I was not happy i lost my receipt because of this she put the receipt on top of the sneakers and they fell out. Had to return the pants had no receipt so had to take store credit.

You've totally lost my business.Purchased a shower curtain, $4.99 however found it was sliced, packaging included ..... did not bring drivers license into store, carry as little as possible but they wouldn't even exchange without my licence. Seriously? I have t go out to my car and wait in the line up for another 10 minutes? Not happening.You have pathetic customer service if I can even exchange for a product that was damaged due to your careless employees.Done work the TJ Max

They let people with dogs in. Not a big fan of buying items and having dog hair on products I buy. Plus my son is asthmatic and I wish T.J. would be more considerate of other customers. *No it was not a service dog.*
